We stayed for one night and it was as expected. Room was clean and comfy but pillow was too soft. Breakfast was not worth 14 euro for what was offered. Location is in a good place. Best bit for us was the hotel having a pool table, as it kept my teenage son and myself with something to entertain us with.

The hotel is old but well kept. I wish they opened the bar on weekends. Service was ok. I also wish they had at last a bench outside for smokers.

Prima voor de prijs. En idiaal dat er 2 gescheiden kamers waren(reisden met 2 kids). Airco was prima, wel last van mieren gehad. Parkeergarage buiten gebruik. Moesten auto parkeren meteen achter hotel maar had naar onze mening een ongure/onveilige uitstraling(niks gebeurt hoor). Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en sprak zeer goed engels.

Prima voor de prijs. En idiaal dat er 2 gescheiden kamers waren(reisden met 2 kids). Airco was prima, wel last van mieren gehad. Parkeergarage buiten gebruik. Moesten auto parkeren meteen achter hotel maar had naar onze mening een ongure/onveilige uitstraling(niks gebeurt hoor). Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en sprak zeer goed engels.

Hélas à notre arrivée là chambre n'était pas nettoyée. Du coup on nous a indiqué deux fois une autre chambre. On nous a dit que les petit déjeuner était jusqu'à 9h30 et lorsque nous nous sommes rendus sur place tout était remballé, on nous a dit que là dame de la veille s'était trompée. Du coup on nous a remboursé les petit déjeuners. Enfin bref, très mal organisé et contexte extérieur assez mal famé....

Lavabo salle de bain plein de rouille, lit qui grince des qu on bouge. Occupant d autre chambre qui rentre a minuit du match qui se court apres, hurle , boucan pendant plus d une heure vive le respect tres mediocre pour son prix!!

The hotel is old . The staff is nice and Lena is a lovely receptionist . I stayed there 6 days my room was never clean ... Not the fault of the staff just the organisation and the hotel needs to be reorganised. For 200 Euros a night during worldSkills time I was expecting Free breakfast , sadly at this price The breakfast was not included .Again not the fault of the staff . Just nonsense the hotel deal their price with not offering breakfast . The area is not my type but thanks to Lena the receptionist we managed to have a great meal at la Rose Rouge near by. This hotel needs for sure a relooking :)

Il est évident que l'offre et la demande sont de mise lors du SIRHA qui se déroule à Lyon. Mais lorsqu'un hôtel de catégorie économique triple son prix cela devient indécent en terme de rapport qualité/prix. Au-delà de l'aspect tarifaire, pas de félicitation à l'architecte qui a conçu des salles de douche/WC/lave-mains et non lavabo comme jamais vu même dans des hôtels similaires.

Hotel très bien, accueil excellent de la part de la personne de l'accueil, En revanche comme la douche du matin était exclusivement à l'eau froide !! (ça réveille !!) j'ai noté "moyen" pour l'écoresponsabilité de l'Hotel car j'ai en fait hésité entre "horrible" ou "excellent", vu que dans le premier cas il faut laisser couler l'eau pendant 5 bonnes minutes pour se rendre compte qu'elle ne chauffera pas davantage (bonjour le gaspillage...) et que dans le second cas on évite à la planète de faire chauffer l'eau pour la douche des clients (bonjour les économies !).

Hôtel bien tenu dans un quartier en plein expansion. Accès à Lyon très facile avec le tram et il y a centre commercial à proximité. Je regrette simplement un wifi plus solide et stable afin de pouvoir travailler dans de bonnes conditions.

Voyage à l’occasion d’un concert avec un Ami, très surpris par la propreté de la chambre et la gentillesse de l’hôtesse de l’hôtel ! Elle nous a conseiller quelque endroit et nous a renseigné c’était top, le plus dans cette chambre était la Clim, au vu de la chaleur qu’il faisait on a vraiment apprécié !

Mon séjour n'a pas été des plus satisfaisant. La salle de bain est vieillotte et petite. Le quartier est plutôt bruyant. Le personnel est gentil mais pas hyper compétant et pas réactif. Pour la facture... c'est à récupérer le lendemain, si elle est prête! Le petit déj n'est pas fou, plus d'oeufs brouillés: il n'y en aura pas! Le rapport qualité/prix pas dingue. Bref je ne recommande pas

Hôtel bien tenu dans un quartier en plein expansion. Accès à Lyon très facile avec le tram et il y a centre commercial à proximité. Je regrette simplement un wifi plus solide et stable afin de pouvoir travailler dans de bonnes conditions.

Personel parfait est repas tres biens. A proximite bus. Les chambres meritent d etre renovees. Globalement bon sejour et pas trop couteux pour la region de Lyon.

We stayed for one night and it was as expected. Room was clean and comfy but pillow was too soft. Breakfast was not worth 14 euro for what was offered. Location is in a good place. Best bit for us was the hotel having a pool table, as it kept my teenage son and myself with something to entertain us with.

Hélas à notre arrivée là chambre n'était pas nettoyée. Du coup on nous a indiqué deux fois une autre chambre. On nous a dit que les petit déjeuner était jusqu'à 9h30 et lorsque nous nous sommes rendus sur place tout était remballé, on nous a dit que là dame de la veille s'était trompée. Du coup on nous a remboursé les petit déjeuners. Enfin bref, très mal organisé et contexte extérieur assez mal famé....

The hotel is old but well kept. I wish they opened the bar on weekends. Service was ok. I also wish they had at last a bench outside for smokers.

Unser Zimmer war soweit O.K., der Checkin ging schnell, die Dame war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich (5 Sterne). Die Zimmertür ging nur schwer auf, die französischen Betten (man schläft nur knapp über dem Boden) sind gewöhnungsbedürftig und für ältere Menschen stellen sie schon ein Problem beim Aufstehen dar. Die Nacht war ruhig, die Betten sauber. Leider gab es am nächsten Morgen kein Frühstück, also gar keines für niemand. Dies hat die freundliche Dame von der Rezeption dann durch eine Tasse super guten Kaffees wieder gut gemacht, kostenlos. Ein weiterer Mangel ist, dass das Wasser im Bad eine Vorlaufzeit von mehreren Minuten benötigt um auf Temperatur zu kommen, vermutlich war die Zirkulationspumpe an diesem Wochenende ebenfalls in Urlaub.Als richtig negativ empfand ich den "Eisernen Vorhang" nach 22 Uhr. Man kann dann von der Eingangstür nur noch geradeaus zum Aufzug, aber nicht mehr an irgendeine Sitzecke oder Aufenthaltsraum. Habe ich jetzt so noch in keinem Hotel gesehen, und das waren schon Einige....

The hotel is old . The staff is nice and Lena is a lovely receptionist . I stayed there 6 days my room was never clean ... Not the fault of the staff just the organisation and the hotel needs to be reorganised. For 200 Euros a night during worldSkills time I was expecting Free breakfast , sadly at this price The breakfast was not included .Again not the fault of the staff . Just nonsense the hotel deal their price with not offering breakfast . The area is not my type but thanks to Lena the receptionist we managed to have a great meal at la Rose Rouge near by. This hotel needs for sure a relooking :)

Mon séjour n'a pas été des plus satisfaisant. La salle de bain est vieillotte et petite. Le quartier est plutôt bruyant. Le personnel est gentil mais pas hyper compétant et pas réactif. Pour la facture... c'est à récupérer le lendemain, si elle est prête! Le petit déj n'est pas fou, plus d'oeufs brouillés: il n'y en aura pas! Le rapport qualité/prix pas dingue. Bref je ne recommande pas

une chambre plutôt confortable et propre malgré l'isolation phonique limitée. Par contre, j'ai été très fortement insatisfaite du service de restauration (1h pour être servie, sans saveur, ingrédients annoncés non servis, un petit dej triste et incomplet). En partant la personne m'applique une offre commerciale qui m'est ensuite retirée (prélèvement sur carte bancaire sans autorisation). Un hôtel n'est pas seulement un lit avec des draps, il faut que le reste suive !
