Rooms were clean, AC worked great and the staff was friendly

There was no water pressure, luke warm water both nights. The breakfast was subpar & with an hour left with breakfast the workers refused to refill empty items. Several people complained to no avail. Breakfast area was dirty & two people sitting upfront playing on their phones. We made our first & last stay here!!

Neglected isn’t the word! How about laziness!! The room was not cleaned enough. We had to pull the nightstand out to make and redo plug-ins as the alarm clock wouldn’t charge our phones; the filth behind the nightstand ( mound of dust) a broken pink fingernail; fruit loop; pen; and little papers. The light above the bed didn’t work ; the safety lock on door was hanging half off; the bathroom was half way clean..and there was a cockroach crawling across the floor..I went down to manager on duty and complained. He didn’t seem to care. I had booked for 2 nights and since it was after 8 pm I told him we would be checking out in morning and I wanted my second night cancelled. We pulled the covers back to make sure they were clean to sleep for the night as it was late. Next morning we left early . I got a printed out receipt and will be watching my credit card to make sure there are no other charges as I will dispute them.
