Overall, a great experience, and I would stay here again. The location is excellent—safe, well-lit, lively, and close to major attractions, shops, and the subway. The only downside was that the elevators were not working, so going up and down four flights of stairs was inconvenient, especially with luggage or after walking all day. The host was excellent and always communicated clearly, responding promptly to our questions and requests.

We were generally pleased with our stay. The location was perfect as we wanted to visit Natural History Museum, Science Museum and Victoria & Albert Museum. Communication with the host was easy. Whenever I messaged them before our stay, they provided detailed information. We were able to communicate easily on the day of arrival, and a member of staff met us when we arrived at the accommodation. I hadn’t actually expected the room to be in the basement, but it was bright, so we didn’t mind too much. There was no noise from outside or from the building, and the atmosphere was peaceful. On the plus side, we didn’t have to carry our suitcases upstairs, as there was no elevator in the building, just as mentioned in other reviews. The room was generally clean. Some areas of the flat needed a bit of maintenance. The kitchen and other areas were well equipped. The internet connection was fast and stable. It’s a place that’s well worth choosing at this price.

Férias em família, 2 adultos e 2 crianças, espaço suficiente e acolhedor. Comodidades suficientes. Negativos: Elevador avariado Um ou outro apontamento de descuido de manutenção, cortina não estava bem presa ao tecto, o que fazia com que entrasse luz mt cedo. Suporte de chuveiro partido, redutor caudal do lavatório. São pequenos pormenores que não são relevantes mas podiam ser reparados. Recomendo reserva neste alojamento.
