Relaxia Beverly Park

Beverley Park absolutely exceeded my expectations. Food was fabulous, loads of choices and great quality. Restaurant hours were great and they constantly replaced food so it didn’t matter if you went in towards the end of service. Drinks on all inclusive were brilliant. Three pools, one beautifully heated, jacuzzis, masses of sun beds, close to lovely beach. Comfortable bed and pillows and lovely staff. This hotel is on the up and deserves more than its three stars

Zeer goed verblijf gehad! Alles is netjes schoon, fijne bedjes bij de 3 zwembaden! Wel is het water wat koud in het zwembad, dat zou iets verwarmd mogen zijn. De kamer was ook schoon en werd dagelijks door vriendelijke schoonmaaksters schoongemaakt. Wel allemaal wat verouderd, kapotte kozijnen aan de onderkant enz. Maar nogmaals, super schoon! Over het eten waren wij het meest positief verrast! Veel keuze, dagelijks anders en het is echt lekker! De ligging van het hotel vonden wij jammer. Wat langere afstanden overal heen, opzich vinden wij dat geen probleem om een stukje te wandelen, echter moet je een mega trap op, of een flinke heuvel/berg op om ergens te komen. Dit vonden wij erg jammer. Denk zeker als je slechter te been bent dat je bijna verplicht taxi’s moet nemen. In de avond is er animatie maar het is dan zo onwijs druk dat er geen plek is om te zitten buiten, is de animatie binnen wordt je gek van het gegalm in die hal. Het is niet heel gezellig zitten in de avond. Echter hadden wij dit hotel niet daarvoor geboekt en gingen wij in de avonden altijd het hotel af, dus voor ons was dit absoluut geen hinder! Al met al een top verblijf gehad en genoten!

Wir waren für sechs Tage in dem Hotel und können die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Das Hotel entspricht einem 3-Sterne Hotel mit all-inklusive Angeboten. Wer beim Essen meckert ist fehl am Platze. Jeden Tag genug Auswahl, lecker und gut bekömmlich. Es wurde ständig Essen nachgelegt. Die Getränkeauswahl ist auch ausreichend, Cocktails/Wein/Softgetränke/Wasser ist da. Das Personal ist total freundlich und bemüht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist Zhasmina von der Rezeption, die mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht und total bemüht ist die Wünsche der Gäste zu berücksichtigen. Danke dafür! Das Fitnessstudio ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Für Cardio und Kraft ist alles vorhanden. Das Hotel selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es wird renoviert. Die Zimmer Richtung Meer haben einen tollen Ausblick, zum Meer selbst kann man durch den Garten gehen (rechts raus muss man nicht eine Straße überqueren). Für uns hat das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis gepasst.

The Beverly Park Hotel is in a great location by the sea, with easy access to the beautiful boardwalk. Staff were very friendly and are very good workers, in particular Maria Lucque who worked in Restaurant and Bar. We would definitely return to this property. Only bit of advice I would give is that the hotel should thin out and trim the trees growing in`Snackbar `/pool bar area as every evening people are moving tables and chairs around to get some evening sun.

The view from the room was amazing, but everything was closed. The bars at the pools, the lightning in the hotel was not on, so everything seemed so deserved. They didn’t care for the quest that were there out of season obviously. The breakfast was not worth eating. To low standard. Limonade instead of juice and and looked so uninspiring everything.

We stayed here AI for 4 night in a “superior?” Sea view balcony in March. The weather was perfect for us which meant we had a lovely time sunbathing by one of the hotels 3 heated pools. There was no shortage of loungers. The building is very dated and basic - could do with renovation. There was a colony of cats inhabiting the gardens and loungers. They were pretty and friendly but be aware if you have allergies. There were also cockroaches and small flies? Inside but I guess this is expected in an old building by the sea. It’s main criticism was the lack of entertainment, extensive smoking areas and reduced staffing at the very busy bar in the evenings It’s biggest asset was the exceptional friendly and helpful staff. There was only one pool bar in the middle of the 3 pools, , queue never too long but snacks had to be eaten there, we did take some drinks back around to the pool. The food was decent for a 3 star but you will never please everyone all of the time.

Jag tyckte om att det fanns massa aktiviteter på hotellet att ta del av, till exempel vatten gym eller spelrum. Det var också väldigt trevligt med shower på kvällarna. Stor variation på maten, speciellt på middagarna. Det fanns nånting för alla, från typisk turist mat till gran canariska smaker. Personalen var väldig trevlig. Du får verkligen vad du betalar för.

Insgesamt eine sehr ordentliche Unterkunft, welche großen Wert auf Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit legt. Für ein 3 Sterne Hotel eine große Auswahl an Essen. Man findet jeden Tag etwas. Die Türen der Zimmer sollten dringend ausgetauscht werden, da man wirklich jeden Gast in sein Zimmer gehen hört. Wir hatten das Glück keine hohe Auslastung des Hotels vorzufinden und ein ruhiges Zimmer bekommen zu haben am Ende des Gangs. Je nach Lage des Zimmers kann dies schon sehr stören. Ansonsten immer genug freie Liegen am Pool, ein gut gelauntes Animationsteam und eine schöne Poollandschaft. Zusammenfassend können wir das Hotel zu dem günstigen Preis weiterempfehlen.

Det mesta mycket bra i förhållande till priset. Lite slitet här och var men imponerande rent. Bra mat, dryck, poolliv, närhet till hav, shopping och nöjen. Plus trevlig personal.

We loved this hotel for its great location to the sea with beautiful walks to Maspalomas and Dunas de Maspalomas. The cuisine, very helpful staff and cleanliness throughout the hotel are of a very high standard. On top of that we had nice weather, swimming in the sea was no problem. The hotel pools complemented the swimming opportunities. A great holiday that I recommend.

Onlangs verbleven wij voor de 2e keer twee weken in dit hotel. Het fijne is dat de medewerkers allemaal zeer aardig en behulpzaam zijn. Het eten is fantastisch, zeer veel keuze en dagelijks een ander thema. Ook is er altijd voldoende plaats rondom de zwembaden om te iggen op één van de bedjes met parasol. De volledige accommodatie wordt continu schoongehouden. Echt een aanrader. Wel mogen de kamers en de gangen gemoderniseerd worden. Het kaartsysteem om de kamer binnen te komen werkt zeer regelmatig niet waardoor je bij de receptie je kaart moet laten vervangen.

De kamer was ook schoon en werd dagelijks door vriendelijke schoonmaaksters schoongemaakt. Wel allemaal wat verouderd, kapotte kozijnen aan de onderkant enz. Maar nogmaals, super schoon! Over het eten waren wij het meest positief verrast! Veel keuze, dagelijks anders en het is echt lekker! De ligging van het hotel vonden wij jammer. Wat langere afstanden overal heen, opzich vinden wij dat geen probleem om een stukje te wandelen, echter moet je een mega trap op, of een flinke heuvel/berg op om ergens te komen. Dit vonden wij erg jammer. Denk zeker als je slechter te been bent dat je bijna verplicht taxi’s moet nemen. In de avond is er animatie maar het is dan zo onwijs druk dat er geen plek is om te zitten buiten, is de animatie binnen wordt je gek van het gegalm in die hal. Het is niet heel gezellig zitten in de avond. Echter hadden wij dit hotel niet daarvoor geboekt en gingen wij in de avonden altijd het hotel af, dus voor ons was dit absoluut geen hinder! Al met al een top verblijf gehad en genoten!

Had a good stay. Friendly helpful staff and enjoyable "All Inclusive" (AI) food and drink options. First ever time trying "AI" but would do so again at this venue. The room was clean and tidy and serviced on a decent regular schedule. The area has good transport links with a Bus Stop right outside on the main through road providing swift affordable access to the local area and the airport.

Das Hotel ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, doch das wird durch guten Service, saubere Zimmer und vor allem durch die reichhaltige und vielfältige Speisenauswahl ausgeglichen. Die Nähe zum Strand, gute Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sprechen ebenfalls für einen Aufenthalt im Relaxia Beverly Park Hotel.

Bra hotell! Överlag bra all-inclusive mat. Sängarna var mycket osköna.

La estancia fue fenomenal, el personal muy atento y agradable sobre todo con la niña cosa que se agradece. Los animadores, camareros, recepcionistas, limpieza en general todos muy muy buena gente. Única pega es sobre las habitaciones, las cuales las veo un poco anticuadas y sin servicios básicos como una pequeña nevera o un calentador de agua, cosas necesarias al tener niños pequeños. Por otro lado el bufet tampoco es de los mejores que conozco. Pero en general todo muy bien, sobre todo el personal cosa que para mí es lo más importante.

Hello, I have booked a room (all inclusive) with a sea view for me and my wife. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, so I wanted to something with a bit extra. Didn\'t need a posh room, but a clean room with good bed and view at the ocean. The website was showing the view from this type of the room like you would be looking straight at the ocean. It was the view at another hotel nearby in our case. Only when you get at the balcony of the room, you would see on the left side the ocean. When I complained at the reception about this, I was told that it was still partially visible and the hotel stuff didn\'t want to rectify this. Only a manager offered us to pay additional 5 euros per day to get Supreme room with ocean view. It was the same as ours, but it was looking at the ocean as per photos. So, my advise - don\'t bother paying extra for the room with sea view, you never know what you would be looking at. The rooms - clean, good bed and beddings, although the design was a bit outdated (didn’t bother us - we were spending most of the time on a beach). The restaurant - more like canteen, good variety of food, good choices, Have to say, the waiters were super efficient and cleaning the table almost instantaneously. Excellent location - a sandy beach just "around a corner". Some shops nearby if you need to purchase toiletries etc. Overall - good value for money. Best regards, Rustam.

I have been to this hotel several times and was satisfied. The hotel has excellent access to the sea. I was happy with the kitchen. I always had a room with a sea view. But this time I'm not satisfied. Although I had paid for a room with a sea view, I did not get it. They gave me a west facing room without a sea view. The room was in bad shape and the front door had to be repaired immediately upon arrival. In the end, they had to change the lock in order for me to get into the room. The room was in a bad condition, broken drawers on the cabinets, broken doors on the wardrobe, old bed, water did not drain from the bathtub, the TV in the room is probably just for decoration... Three elevators only worked for two days, then one broke down and was shut down during my visit. With a fully occupied hotel it was a problem because I was on the 7th floor and waiting for the elevator for 10 minutes and standing in a 10m line to squeeze into the elevator is humiliating. The kitchen has deteriorated since my last stay and even though I was all-inclusive I started going to restaurants outside the hotel. I once had a hamburger in a garden restaurant that was cold and undercooked. It gave me an upset stomach the next day. The hotel has few employees and therefore they do not have time to clean the restaurants. However, the employees themselves are very nice and willing. I personally know that I will not come to this hotel again and I do not recommend it to other interested parties.

Vi oplevede virkelig god service og betjening under hele opholdet. Personalet var venligt, imødekommende og hjælpsomt. Værelset havde en fin udsigt, hvilket gjorde opholdet endnu bedre. Derudover var der et godt og varieret udvalg af mad og drikke, så der var noget for enhver smag. Alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse, som vi varmt kan anbefale 😊 (

Ha sido una estancia super agradable, muy agradecidos a todo el personal en general y en especial al personal del servicio de comedor, un trato muy bueno y la comida, abundante, muy variada y en general de calidad y bien preparada. Mencion especial a Adolfo como director de la sala, una persona muy agradable y cercana en el trato, y las peticiones o sugerencias las recibe de buen grado y las atiende en la medida de lo posible. Un detalle q nos parecio excelente por parte del hotel fue que el último dia se nos permitio quedarnos en el hotel hasta la hora del vuelo q era a las 7 de la tarde, es mas, nos cedieron una habitación para poder asearnos y vestirnos antes de partir. Seguramente repetiremos, una experiencia 10.

Amabilidad y cercanía de la playa. Falta de personal en el comedor

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen, sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Das Essen war gut, für jeden was dabei. Die Getränke bei AI sind nicht so gut, aber es ist überall so. Der Strand ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß.

Outstanding for a 3 star very well priced with helpful friendly staff the food was all really high quality and lots of options to choose from with different themes each evening thanks we will stay again

Non mi piace che il tutto incluso non includa l’acqua in bottiglia, ritengo assurdo doverla pagare e avere i super alcolici inclusi!! Anche il mangiare andrebbe migliorato per il resto personale gentilissimo e posizione ottima

Jag tyckte om att det fanns massa aktiviteter på hotellet att ta del av, till exempel vatten gym eller spelrum. Det var också väldigt trevligt med shower på kvällarna. Stor variation på maten, speciellt på middagarna. Det fanns nånting för alla, från typisk turist mat till gran canariska smaker. Personalen var väldig trevlig. Du får verkligen vad du betalar för.

Nice clean hotel, good variety of food options, always free sunbeds. The entertainment was lacking and drinks not the best, but friendly staff and value for money.
