The hotel has a restaurant which we were unable to use due to closed dates. There are restaurants in the area but parking is at a premium and walking on the road (no sidewalks) is an adventure. Finding an open restaurant with parking was our biggest challenge. The hotel has an attached gas station and convenience store.

We had a good experience with this hotel. The room was clean and nice. It smelled like smoke around reception, which we did not like, but the rest of the hotel was not that way. There was a convenience store and cafeteria nearby which was nice. It was fairly close to the metro stop, which was good as it is pretty far from the center of Bilbao. The parking was also convenient and included, which we appreciated!

The food in the restaurant was basic but very good. Maria who served us was by herself, but did a great job in dealing with a busy restaurant. I would recommend this hotel for the reason we chose it.

Dette gikk helt fint da det var ca 5 minutters gange til togstasjonen som tar deg helt ned til sentrum og en kort gange videre til Guggenheim Museumet med mer. Kan være en fordel å ha bil om du bor på dette hotellet. De ansatte var vennlige og rommet var rent og stort.

Schönes Hotel aber Badezimmer mangelhaft, Duschkopf lässt sich nicht in der Höhe verstellen (kaputt), Waschbecken rinnt nicht ab und Abfluss lässt sich nicht öffnen, beim Seifenspender ist die Abdeckung heruntergefallen. Zimmer in Ordnung, ziemlich hellhörig, gratis Tiefgarage, für den Preis hatten wir mehr erwartet.

El hotel está muy bien. Habitación amplia, colchón y almohada cómoda, buena limpieza, un trato muy agradable, tanto en recepción, personal de limpieza y personal del restaurante, pero con un inconveniente: si tu habitación da a la parte de atrás, el dormir algunos días, se hace complicado ya que, la parte de atrás del hotel da al repostaje de combustuble para la gasolinera y se oye un ruido infernal de madrugada, durante dos o tres horas por los camiones cisterna al reportar el carburante.

Abbiamo pernottato una notte durante il cammino del nord per Santiago. La stanza era molto bella e pulita, silenziosa durante la notte, unica pecca e molto fuori dal percorso quindi bisogna camminare un po’ anche se si prendono i mezzi. A parte questo la consiglio vivamente!
