Secure and easy parking and employees are very gentil Must explain on the reservation that at entry on the fence of the hotel when you are late arrival. That it's normal that the computer ask again to pay, but this payment is only for the daytaxes. This make confusion for everybody if you don't no.

The bed was comfortable and clean but the bathroom and the floor was dirty an I didn’t feel like stepping on the floor barefoot. The receptionist was helpful and gave us extra bedding but the tv didn’t have a remote control so we couldn’t use it. Our room on the ground floor was too exposed. Breakfast had only sweet options and the pastries and bread was all stale.

Pour moi, c’était la première expérience dans votre établissement. Nous étions en couple avec mon épouse et nos deux petits chiens. Le coût supplémentaire pour le deuxième chien n’est pas un problème financier en soi. Cependant, dans tous les hôtels que j’ai fréquentés, seuls les frais pour un chien étaient généralement appliqués, même lorsqu’il y en avait deux. Je peux comprendre que des frais supplémentaires puissent être demandés pour un nettoyage éventuel. Mais il aurait fallu que la chambre soit propre et exempte de poussière : mes chiens, qui ont l’habitude de se glisser sous le lit, en sont ressortis couverts de poussière et de poils. Pour moi, la chambre n’était donc pas très propre. De même, la partie sanitaire laissait à désirer : il y avait des traces sur la lunette des toilettes qu’il a fallu nettoyer avant de pouvoir les utiliser. Un autre point très négatif concerne le stationnement. Les places réservées aux personnes à mobilité réduite étaient souvent occupées par des véhicules non autorisés, ce qui m’a obligé à me garer loin de l’entrée principale. De plus, certaines camionnettes étaient garées n’importe où, en dehors des emplacements, créant une impression de désorganisation totale. J’espère que mes observations pourront contribuer à une amélioration de vos services.

Considering how expensive is to find a decent lodge in Lyon nowadays, the hotel is value for money. It is quite far away the center of the city (around 45 minutes using public transportation), the room was really small and had no toiletries, hair dryer, balcony and the building had no elevator, but it was absolutely clean, warm and they clean the room and change the towels every single day!

Lyon is an expesive city to stay, so we booked this hotel since we were with a car and within 15 minutes we could reach the Vieux Lyon area. It's near to one of the roads thar cross the region and offers easy parking and checkin. The park and reception are closed during the night and the guests receive codes to access the property, which is convenient and secure. The room is small and the bathroom really small. It gets all wet after shower and for those with long hair, it'd be a challenge to wash it. The main problem was with the temperature. Even trying to cooling the AC it didn't work and the room was reeeealy hot. We so opened the window to help. The breakfast is good with a fair price. You barelly see the staff, but as everything worked accordingly, you dont needed. I wouldn't book it again, but it can be convenient for one night as passage to somewhere.

J'ai pour habitude de prendre juste un café le matin. Le matin du départ, nous avons payé 2.20 eur. pour un double expresso en machine. Rien n'était distribué. Nous avons demandé au réceptionniste qui nous a dit ne pas être responsable de la machine et qu'il fallait appeler les responsables de la machine. Je suis très mécontente car vous mettez à disposition un distributeur à l'intérieur de votre enceinte qui ne fonctionne pas sans nous le signaler. Pas de panneau Hors service. De plus le réceptionniste nous dit que le montant de 2.20 ne sera pas débité, hors ce n'est pas le cas. On nous a bien prélevé 2.20 eur sans nous donner la marchandise . Bref, je suis partie mécontente, sans mon café pour démarrer ma journée.

For a no frills budget hotel is was of a high standard, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Perfect overnight stop if you are on a road trip, with the added bonus of secure parking.

Lyon is an expesive city to stay, so we booked this hotel since we were with a car and within 15 minutes we could reach the Vieux Lyon area. It's near to one of the roads thar cross the region and offers easy parking and checkin. The park and reception are closed during the night and the guests receive codes to access the property, which is convenient and secure. The room is small and the bathroom really small. It gets all wet after shower and for those with long hair, it'd be a challenge to wash it. The main problem was with the temperature. Even trying to cooling the AC it didn't work and the room was reeeealy hot. We so opened the window to help. The breakfast is good with a fair price. You barelly see the staff, but as everything worked accordingly, you dont needed. I wouldn't book it again, but it can be convenient for one night as passage to somewhere.

The bed was comfortable and clean but the bathroom and the floor was dirty an I didn’t feel like stepping on the floor barefoot. The receptionist was helpful and gave us extra bedding but the tv didn’t have a remote control so we couldn’t use it. Our room on the ground floor was too exposed. Breakfast had only sweet options and the pastries and bread was all stale.

Considering how expensive is to find a decent lodge in Lyon nowadays, the hotel is value for money. It is quite far away the center of the city (around 45 minutes using public transportation), the room was really small and had no toiletries, hair dryer, balcony and the building had no elevator, but it was absolutely clean, warm and they clean the room and change the towels every single day!
