Superbe séjour. Hôtel au calme avec une incroyable vue panoramique. Très belle chambre contemporaine équipée d'une literie très confortable. Espace détente équipé d'un spa et piscine avec accès extérieur, tres bien organisé (les créneaux sont enregistrés à l'arrivée, cela permet d'éviter d'être trop nombreux). Personnel accueillant et à l'écoute. Restaurant de qualité avec produits de qualité. Nous comptons bien évidemment y retourner.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. We didn't eat in, as we had a reservation in the city. To come back in the evening at 22:00 and be refused to enjoy a cocktail at the balcony because it's reserved for dining guests, was a disappointment considering there was plenty of free tables and the kitchen was closed. They made a statement, and we got it and will not return again.

Sejour en famille dans cet hôtel dit 4 étoiles, mais notre chambre ne l etait pas du tout. Jacuzzi et piscine plus que tièdes... Nous n avons ni diné ni pris le petit dejeuner. Bref déçussiez par les photos du site et la réalité.

Très bel hôtel avec une vue magnifique sur Lyon et les Monts du Lyonnais. Excellent accueil. Chambres et literie très confortables. Nous avons apprécié l'espace détente avec piscine, jacuzzi et douches sensorielles.

レストランのテラスからの眺めは最高だったけど部屋は設備が古く床の埃が目立ち四つ星ホテルとは思えなかった。連泊したがシーツの交換もなく使ったコーヒーカップも洗われて無かった。値段が安いから仕方ないかも知れないけど正直ガッカリした。

Nous étions déçus par la pauvreté du service, surtout que les linges n’ont pas été changés pendant notre séjour qui a duré 3 nuits. Vaisselle n’a pas été changée non plus. Ce n’est pas un service digne d’un hôtel ayant 4 étoiles. Cerise sur le gâteau nous avions été facturés le petit déjeuner pour la totalité du séjour sauf qu’on la pris uniquement une seule fois.

Das Hotel war schön gelegen und der Pool und das Restaurant inkl. Terrasse, die aber eher zum Restaurant zu gehören scheint statt zu den Allgemeinbereichen des Hotels. Das Zimmer war schön, es gab ein schönes und gemütliches Bett aber das Bad hatte Krankenhaus-Vibes und die Fugen waren teils ziemlich schimmelig. Alles in allem aber ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Toller Blick, toller Pool, tolles Restaurant, super Frühstück, nettes Personal... Eigentlich alles top. Leider wird wohl seit Jahren nichts in Instandhaltung investiert und so ganz sauber ist auch nicht alles. Schade, wir müssen wohl bald wieder kommen, bevor zu viel von diesem eigentlich tollen Hotel "verfallen" ist.

Je suis resté une nuit pour le travail donc je ne jugerai pas le restaurant. Sinon, l'hôtel est correct, le service aussi. Cependant, le matin, lors du check out, il y avait que des employés jeunes (pas de responsable) et là c'était une cours d'école avec moi au milieu. J'ai trouvé ça limite dans un 4*. Sinon la chambre n'était pas a la hauteur d'un 4*, ils ont essayé de moderniser en gardant le vieux... Sinon c'était propre. Voilà, un avi mitigé sur cet hôtel heureusement que j'avais une offre tarifaire. Ah si, le petit dej était très bien, un peu cher, mais bien.

Un bel établissement au calme avec restaurant prestigieux et vue imprenable sur Lyon. Je conseille plus au début de l'été poru profiter du cadre et des infrastructure. Établissement qui viellit un peu trop vite / peinture chambre et sdb boiserie et courant d'air.. Mais le lieu est époustouflant vue de la chambre et terrasse au top

The room had a faulty shower, lamp, and hairdryer so this was not a good start. After hours of traveling I was looking forward to a relaxing time but this was not received. I was also insulted by the waitress when I asked about the menu when she said if you want something more "basic like burger and chips" - maybe because I am English. I was actually hoping for a nice salad and something healthy - being put in that box was quite rude. The menu was very nice just not for me, whist I appreciate fine dining it was very limiting and not what I wanted that evening so went into the local area for a better atmosphere and found a lovely restaurant with music and kind staff. Nice cheese, wine and selection of local meats and salad. Cocktails and music. I spoke with the manager as I checked out and he said to email him!

2回目の宿泊でした。今回はマウンテンビゥーの部屋に泊まりました。最高の眺めです。レセプションスタッフ、お掃除のスタッフ皆さんとても感じよかったです。また次も泊まりたいホテルの一つです。少し料金は高くなりますがマウンテンビゥーの部屋を強くお勧めします。

Hotel 4 étoiles plus proche du 3 étoiles. Impossible d'avoir la chambre à 15h mais 1h30 plus tard. Impossibilité d'avoir le noir complet dans le chambre. Toutefois magnifique emplacement et vue. Très bon restaurant. Et SPA agréable.

3 séjours consécutifs dans cet établissement. La décoration, l’emplacement et les composites sont vraiment appréciables. Un grand plus pour le personnel d’accueil vraiment disponible, sympathique et réactif. La vue depuis les chambres est magnifique, superbe. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et j’y retournerai avec plaisir.

En effet, on nous a indiqué que les petits déjeuner etaient compris dans notre formule avec le spa sans supplement. Alors que le jour de notre depart nous avons ete supris de devoir payer les petit dejeuner ! Tres mauvaise communication et spa en mauvias etat

je recommande vivement cet hotel que le hasard du site à mis sur notre chemin car nous ne trouvions pas de logement de qualité à un prix raisonnable pour cette période de fetes des lumières; certes, il est éloigné de Lyon et il faut disposer d'un véhicule tant honni dans la capitale des Gaules, mais quelle vue!!! une gentillesse du personnel, et 2 diners délicieux

Superbe séjour. Hôtel au calme avec une incroyable vue panoramique. Très belle chambre contemporaine équipée d'une literie très confortable. Espace détente équipé d'un spa et piscine avec accès extérieur, tres bien organisé (les créneaux sont enregistrés à l'arrivée, cela permet d'éviter d'être trop nombreux). Personnel accueillant et à l'écoute. Restaurant de qualité avec produits de qualité. Nous comptons bien évidemment y retourner.

The room had a faulty shower, lamp, and hairdryer so this was not a good start. After hours of traveling I was looking forward to a relaxing time but this was not received. I was also insulted by the waitress when I asked about the menu when she said if you want something more "basic like burger and chips" - maybe because I am English. I was actually hoping for a nice salad and something healthy - being put in that box was quite rude. The menu was very nice just not for me, whist I appreciate fine dining it was very limiting and not what I wanted that evening so went into the local area for a better atmosphere and found a lovely restaurant with music and kind staff. Nice cheese, wine and selection of local meats and salad. Cocktails and music. I spoke with the manager as I checked out and he said to email him!

The pool and hot tub were very nice with a beautiful view over the city. Food was very expensive for what it was but eating in the restaurant was really the only option as the village is very small. Breakfast was nice but again quite expensive. Room was adequate for three adults.
