Goed hotel en vriendelijke medewerkers. Jammer dat er gezegd word dat je voor parkeren een uitrij kaart krijgt en niet duidelijk is dat je er wel voor moet betalen, terwijl op straat parkeren dat moment gratis was. Daardoor wel €6 parkeer moeten betalen voor niets.

Prima hotel voor een bezoek aan Sint-Niklaas. Direct in het centrum. Kamers zijn eenvoudig en netjes. Nadeel: Kerkklokken 's ochtends vroeg. Ontbijt niet genomen; veel te duur voor wat je krijgt. voor hetzelfde geld eet je buiten de deur. Er is geen eigen parkeergegelegenheid en het hele centrum lag overhoop met werkzaameden, waardoor er ook niet in de buurt geparkeerd kon worden.

This was our 6th or maybe 7th time visiting Ibis Sint Niklaas. As usual it was clean and tidy throughout. We were arriving very late (or early) at just after midnight, the check in was just the same as when we've arrived in the mid afternoon. We stayed 5 nights, and the only problem we had was with a broken door lock. Whilst frustrating, these things do happen, the staff did the processes to get the lock open and a technician fitted a new lock the next morning. This hotel is very convenient for the town centre. There is lots of construction planned for the market Square so it may get a bit noisy now and again. All said we would stay again no problem, overall the staff are friendly and professional. If there was one criticism it would be that it seems there are different staff everyday.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral. Bei der Ankunft muss man etwas aufpassen, da das Hotel nicht über einen eigenen Parkplatz verfügt, sondern man unter dem „Großen Platz“ parkt (6€ pro Tag). Von dort geht es zu Fuß (5 Minuten) zum Hotel. Das Personal sprach kein Deutsch, aber mit gebrochenen Englischkenntnissen kamen wir gut zurecht. Frühstück kann man zusätzlich buchen, hatten wir aber nicht. Da unser Zimmer in der 1. Etage lag, konnten wir alle Geräusche und Gespräche auf der Straße hören. Die Fenster lassen viele Aussengeräusche rein. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, das Bad hatte eine gute Größe und die Betten waren angenehm weich. Klimaanlage ist vorhanden.

Var en bra natt men tyvärr var det svårt med att hitta parkering så vi fick köra och leta. De totalrenoverar torget vilket medför stora störningar och långa omvägar att kunna lasta ur bilen vid hotellet. De hade en prisvärd och fin frukost.

This Hotel was very pleasant, warm and friendly; ideal for short stays. The Rooms were clean and comfortable. However there was one absolutely disgusting and horrid issue for such a nice Hotel.... the TOWELS were like Rough pieces of unusable bits of RAGS!!!!! They were so thin you could see through them and each Customer was only given one Towel that was so small it barely dried one arm. This Hotel desparately needs to invest in brand new thick Egyptian cotton Towels, which each Customer should be given One Hand Towel, One Bath Towel and one Bath/Shower sheet. All Bathrooms should also have proper decent mats to step on when exiting the shower, NOT stupid tiny towels. Quite frankly, using the lump of Rag provided as a Towel made me sick. The only other issue of complaint I have that would greatly improve the Rooms is for Tea & Coffee making facilities to be placed in all Rooms.

For the price and the brand excellent. Good room, reasonable bed, good shower, air conditioning in the room, reasonable breakfast. For the price very good. The room had a few extras, like the cushioned bench; not quite a sofa but better than you would expect for the price/brand. Overall can’t fault for the price.

Zeer tevreden over deze accommodatie. Uiterst vriendelijk ontvangen en, ook al waren we iets te vroeg, konden we direct inchecken. Mooie en vooral rustige kamer. Als er mensen op het terras zitten en je sluit het raam ( wij sliepen op de 1ste verdieping) hoor je absoluut niets meer. Ruime douche, heerlijk bed. Elke dag propere handdoeken. Ruime veelzijdige keuze qua ontbijt en heel lekker. Personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en voorkomend. Ideale ligging als je het OV wil gebruiken. Kort samengevat... uitstekend over de ganse lijn. Wij gaan zeker nog gebruik maken van deze accommodatie.

This was our 6th or maybe 7th time visiting Ibis Sint Niklaas. As usual it was clean and tidy throughout. We were arriving very late (or early) at just after midnight, the check in was just the same as when we've arrived in the mid afternoon. We stayed 5 nights, and the only problem we had was with a broken door lock. Whilst frustrating, these things do happen, the staff did the processes to get the lock open and a technician fitted a new lock the next morning. This hotel is very convenient for the town centre. There is lots of construction planned for the market Square so it may get a bit noisy now and again. All said we would stay again no problem, overall the staff are friendly and professional. If there was one criticism it would be that it seems there are different staff everyday.

First night on this trip we arrived on a public holiday, so we weren't sure if any of the local restaurants would be open, when my wife told them it was our 20th anniversary so it was a bit special, the young man on duty helped book us a table at a nearby Italian place. Overall this hotel is clean and tidy, it can be a bit busy at times but generally it's a quiet haven just off the main square.

Ontbijt niet genomen; veel te duur voor wat je krijgt. voor hetzelfde geld eet je buiten de deur. Er is geen eigen parkeergegelegenheid en het hele centrum lag overhoop met werkzaameden, waardoor er ook niet in de buurt geparkeerd kon worden.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral. Bei der Ankunft muss man etwas aufpassen, da das Hotel nicht über einen eigenen Parkplatz verfügt, sondern man unter dem „Großen Platz“ parkt (6€ pro Tag). Von dort geht es zu Fuß (5 Minuten) zum Hotel. Das Personal sprach kein Deutsch, aber mit gebrochenen Englischkenntnissen kamen wir gut zurecht. Frühstück kann man zusätzlich buchen, hatten wir aber nicht. Da unser Zimmer in der 1. Etage lag, konnten wir alle Geräusche und Gespräche auf der Straße hören. Die Fenster lassen viele Aussengeräusche rein. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, das Bad hatte eine gute Größe und die Betten waren angenehm weich. Klimaanlage ist vorhanden.

For the price and the brand excellent. Good room, reasonable bed, good shower, air conditioning in the room, reasonable breakfast. For the price very good. The room had a few extras, like the cushioned bench; not quite a sofa but better than you would expect for the price/brand. Overall can’t fault for the price.

Var en bra natt men tyvärr var det svårt med att hitta parkering så vi fick köra och leta. De totalrenoverar torget vilket medför stora störningar och långa omvägar att kunna lasta ur bilen vid hotellet. De hade en prisvärd och fin frukost.

Zeer tevreden over deze accommodatie. Uiterst vriendelijk ontvangen en, ook al waren we iets te vroeg, konden we direct inchecken. Mooie en vooral rustige kamer. Als er mensen op het terras zitten en je sluit het raam ( wij sliepen op de 1ste verdieping) hoor je absoluut niets meer. Ruime douche, heerlijk bed. Elke dag propere handdoeken. Ruime veelzijdige keuze qua ontbijt en heel lekker. Personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en voorkomend. Ideale ligging als je het OV wil gebruiken. Kort samengevat... uitstekend over de ganse lijn. Wij gaan zeker nog gebruik maken van deze accommodatie.
