It was an amazing stay. The hotel was clean and fresh, the food was beyond expectations, the personnel are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are really nice and comfortable, and the hotel kept our kids busy and happy the whole time. The food: We didn't have lunch included but were totally surprised by the vast variety of food offered at breakfast and dinner. Also, everything was so delicious and fresh. Our picky kids would always find something they like and we had a hard time choosing what to eat, ending up in food coma after every meal. The food was simply amazing. The rooms: Very comfortable beds, very spacious. We were in a 33 sq.m. room which was decorated perfectly for a family with kids. It had a cozy climbing wall that our daughter really enjoyed, a spacious wardrobe and a high quality bathroom. The kids also had tehir own little room inside our room with a door and a nice little bunkbed. The amenities: Our kids loved the hotel. Three separate large play rooms, each with a specific focus group in mind. The hotel also offers lots of activities throughout the day, every day. The pool area also makes kids of all ages very happy. Our 1-year old had lots of fun in the baby pools while our 5-year old kept practicing her swiming lessons and play all day long in the bigger indoor and outdoor pools.

Not really a 5 star hotel but it was nice. The pool was lovely. Went half board but drinks in evening expensive which bumps up the cost. Rooms are not good for teenagers, beds not standard size. Asked reception for extra pillow 3 times but didn’t come, asked the maid instead who got one for us. Taxi to airport 60 euro, taxi to town 30 euro one way. Wouldn’t stay again but would recommend to anyone who has young children.

Soggiornato nell'ultima settimana di agosto. Il resort non era pienissimo, quindi gli spazi sono stati sufficienti per un buon soggiorno. Struttura bella e abbastanza pulita. Personale abbastanza cordiale, alle volte un pò in difficoltà, soprattutto a cena, nel rendere disponibili i tavoli dopo il precedente utilizzo. Trattasi di un family resort, quindi con numerose attrazioni per il gioco dei bambini. Poi però i campi di tennis e padel sono a pagamento, così come il water park, il bowling, etc... Poichè il costo del soggiorno, essendo un 5 stelle è molto alto, uno si aspetta che almeno le esperienze per i bambini, in un family hotel siano comprese, così come succede in tantissimi family hotel di livello in cui abbiamo già soggiornato. Anche il parcheggio era a pagamento, con la quota di 13 euro al giorno, senza opportunità di scelta. Anche questo non ci era mai successo. Mancia di 10 euro al giorno caricata automaticamente nella fattura finale. Noi l'abbiamo lasciata, ma si dovrebbe lasciare la scelta al cliente. Così si mettono solo i clienti in difficoltà morale e non è giusto, a prescindere dalle buone intenzioni del resort che mira a riconoscere anche chi lavora dietro le quinte. Questa cosa, però, non dev'essere appannaggio del cliente, ma del resort stesso. In generale un buon soggiorno, ma non lo ripeterei, nè mi sentirei di consigliarlo a famiglie con bambini. Ci sono altri family resort in Trentino Alto Adige che praticano davvero il tutto compreso, senza stress.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The food was excellent and very varied – there was always something new and delicious to try. Our room was spotless and well maintained, which made us feel very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One of the highlights for us were the playrooms – there are two: one for younger children and one for older kids. Our children absolutely loved them and spent hours playing there. For the little ones, there are both indoor and outdoor pools, which were perfect for all kinds of weather. The hotel also offers a wide range of activities for kids, which kept them entertained and happy the whole time. We can definitely recommend this hotel for families!

Awesome family resort with so much to do for sporty families. Great room with a climbing wall. Fortis gym and gaming room was absolutely amazing. Food was so good. Beautiful beach. Our son said that this is his favorite hotel and we all really loved it.

Wahnsinnig gutes Essen… wirklich TOP. Säfte & Wasser aus Automaten sind während des Essen inkludiert. Leider wurde 2x während des 1 wöchigen Aufenthalts nicht das Zimmer gereinigt. Das Hotel ist nur für Kinder bis Grundschulalter wirklich geeignet. Fast alles muss teuer bezahlt werden (Bowling 35€/std, Gaming 10€/Std). Klettern (kostenlos) war leider 3 Tage ausgebucht. Die Getränke sind wirklich teuer. Parken 9,5€/Tag… man kann nicht woanders parken. Pauschal wird 10€ Trinkgeld pro Tag angerechnet- was man beim Check out bezahlt. Darüber und vieles anders wird man nicht informiert und muss sich aktiv Informationen einholen… außer man möchte negativ überrascht werden. Balkon klein nur mit 2 Stühlen und das obwohl großes Familienzimmer gebucht wurde. 3 Pools und aufgrund der Jahreszeit nicht voll. Insgesamt entspricht nur das Essen einem 5 Sterne Hotel- alles andere eher 3-4 Sterne. Besonders die Sauberkeit und die fehlende Informationen sind wirklich nicht gut.

Second time we stayed in this hotel. We came here to relax for two days before continuing our road trip through Croatia. The hotel is perfect for this. The rooms are spacious with all modern comfort. Outside you have great pools and a slide for the kids to enjoy. The buffets (breakfast and evening) are huge with for everybody something to their taste. The nearby city of Zadar is really worth a visit, you can already get a taste of it in half a day.

The hotel is fantastic for families with children. The beach has a beautiful environment with lots of greenery, and the waterslide by the pool is great — just like the smaller, covered pool for the youngest kids. The food and the variety of food were fabulous. What’s absurd and negative is the morning “reservation” of sunbeds by the pool with towels and personal belongings by people who arrived hours after we did — we almost had nowhere to put our things. The hotel does not address this situation and leaves it up to the guests to sort it out themselves. What’s also unfortunate is the condition of the beach. No one takes care of the service there — it’s pretty much wild and unmanaged. The sunbeds are scattered around and in rather shabby condition. Towels have to be picked up by the pool (they don’t give them out on the beach), and they’re exchanged for a paper card, which I consider nonsense and a burden on guests in the 21st century. For a room price of nearly €600 per night, the guest receives very minimal service by the pool and none on the beach. That said, the hotel was great, and so was the food. We’re grateful for the one-hour later check-out.

Moderne und saubere Hotelanlage mit umfangreichen Angeboten für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Trotz der Dynamik, die ein Familienhotel zwangsläufig mitbringt, wurde tagtäglich für ein sehr hochwertiges Buffeterlebnis gesorgt. Viele hausgemachte Produkte, vielfältige Auswahl ohne Abfertigungscharakter. Liebevoll gestaltete Familienzimmer und hochwertig ausgestattete Spielbereiche. Mitarbeiter:innen im Kidsclub waren sehr engagiert und motiviert. Gute Lage mit komfortabler Distanz zum Flughafen, Stadt und diversen Ausflugszielen. In Summe ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht ganz stimmig. Reguläre Room Rate und Preise für Getränke und Parken in Relation zur Destination meiner Meinung nach zu hoch. Sehr kleiner Balkon, der in unserem Fall auf eine Lagerhalle gerichtet war, deren Beleuchtung nachts Flutlichtcharakter hatte. Unterm Strich aber ein sehr positiver Eindruck.

Wir waren im Falkensteiner Kinderhotel und es war wirklich super! Das Hotel ist perfekt für Familien – unsere Kinder hatten jede Menge Spaß und wir Eltern konnten auch ein wenig abschalten. Das Essen war richtig lecker, total abwechslungsreich und für jeden was dabei – auch die Kleinen wurden super versorgt (wir hatten Vollpension gebucht). Besonders positiv ist uns die Sauberkeit aufgefallen. Alles war sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer immer sauber. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut gelaunt – man hat sich einfach willkommen gefühlt. Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit und überlegen vielleicht wieder zu kommen.

Leider ist die Unterkunft aus unsere Sicht kein 5 Sterne Haus. Die Sauberkeit in den Gängen und Treppenhäusern lies zu wünschen übrig. Der Service war bis auf den Barkeeper mittelmäßig. Hervorzuheben sind die Zimmer und die Qualität des Essens. Alles in allem nicht der Standard den ich von einem Falkensteiner Hotel erwarte.
Leider ist die Unterkunft aus unsere Sicht kein 5 Sterne Haus. Die Sauberkeit in den Gängen und Treppenhäusern lies zu wünschen übrig. Der Service war bis auf den Barkeeper mittelmäßig. We had again a fantastic stay at Diadora. Special thanks to Katarina for being such a kind, skillful and interesting swimming teacher, to Matea and the animation team for the great entertainment, mini disko and the kids show. The opera at Iadera was awsome. And big thanks to the housekeeping team for your great work - our room was so clean every day!

Wir waren das zweite Mal dort, im Vergleich zum Vorjahr wurde einiges geändert: die Speisenvielfalt ist zurückgegangen, immer noch gutes Niveau, aber insbesondere hochwertige Speisen wurden aus dem Sortiment genommen. Das Hotel ist relativ neu, wirkt allerdings teils heruntergewohnt - nicht runtergekommen. Die Wege in der Anlage sind relativ weit, es ist ein riesiges Areal, der Zugang zum Meer ist ebenfalls relativ weit und umständlich. Positiv ist, dass es nun eine eigene Ecke mit glutenfreien Speisen gibt - Brot, Pfannkuchen, Kekse, Kuchen. Glutenfrei geht durchaus, bei GF Pizza besteht Kontamination. Ansonsten alles ok. Personal kennt sich meist aus und ist zuvorkommend. Doppelcheck schadet aber nicht. Poolanlage ist für Kinder sehr schön, Musik an der Bar leider viel zu laut für ein Familienhotel. Insgesamt gut mit ein paar kleinen Abstrichen, Vier-Sterne-Niveau (lokal fünf Sterne).

It was an amazing stay. The hotel was clean and fresh, the food was beyond expectations, the personnel are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are really nice and comfortable, and the hotel kept our kids busy and happy the whole time. The food: We didn't have lunch included but were totally surprised by the vast variety of food offered at breakfast and dinner. Also, everything was so delicious and fresh. Our picky kids would always find something they like and we had a hard time choosing what to eat, ending up in food coma after every meal. The food was simply amazing. The rooms: Very comfortable beds, very spacious. We were in a 33 sq.m. room which was decorated perfectly for a family with kids. It had a cozy climbing wall that our daughter really enjoyed, a spacious wardrobe and a high quality bathroom. The kids also had tehir own little room inside our room with a door and a nice little bunkbed. The amenities: Our kids loved the hotel. Three separate large play rooms, each with a specific focus group in mind. The hotel also offers lots of activities throughout the day, every day. The pool area also makes kids of all ages very happy. Our 1-year old had lots of fun in the baby pools while our 5-year old kept practicing her swiming lessons and play all day long in the bigger indoor and outdoor pools.

Das Hotel ist bestens für Familien mit Kleinkinder geeignet. Tolle Lage auf der Halbinsel mit schönen Strandabschnitten. Die Anlage ist schön gestaltet, ist natürlich als Familien-Hotel etwas lauter. Bei Buchung bitte beachten, dass die Kinderbetten eine maximale Länge von 170 cm haben - es gibt keine größeren Betten in den Kinder-Schlafzimmer. Bei älteren und größeren Kinder ein Problem. Leider hatten wir diese Info bei der Buchung nicht - für uns wurde aber eine absolut zufriedenstellende Lösung durch das Hotel-Management gefunden. Das Essen ist qualitativ hochwertig und geschmacklich top. Einziger Kritikpunkt...bei Frühstück und Abendessen wirken die Kellner überfordert - liegt an der Unterbesetzung. Hier muss auf jeden Fall nachgebessert werden. Ansonsten absolute Empfehlung.

Not really a 5 star hotel but it was nice. The pool was lovely. Went half board but drinks in evening expensive which bumps up the cost. Rooms are not good for teenagers, beds not standard size. Asked reception for extra pillow 3 times but didn’t come, asked the maid instead who got one for us. Taxi to airport 60 euro, taxi to town 30 euro one way. Wouldn’t stay again but would recommend to anyone who has young children.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The food was excellent and very varied – there was always something new and delicious to try. Our room was spotless and well maintained, which made us feel very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One of the highlights for us were the playrooms – there are two: one for younger children and one for older kids. Our children absolutely loved them and spent hours playing there. For the little ones, there are both indoor and outdoor pools, which were perfect for all kinds of weather. The hotel also offers a wide range of activities for kids, which kept them entertained and happy the whole time. We can definitely recommend this hotel for families!

Awesome family resort with so much to do for sporty families. Great room with a climbing wall. Fortis gym and gaming room was absolutely amazing. Food was so good. Beautiful beach. Our son said that this is his favorite hotel and we all really loved it.

Second time we stayed in this hotel. We came here to relax for two days before continuing our road trip through Croatia. The hotel is perfect for this. The rooms are spacious with all modern comfort. Outside you have great pools and a slide for the kids to enjoy. The buffets (breakfast and evening) are huge with for everybody something to their taste. The nearby city of Zadar is really worth a visit, you can already get a taste of it in half a day.

Wir waren im Falkensteiner Kinderhotel und es war wirklich super! Das Hotel ist perfekt für Familien – unsere Kinder hatten jede Menge Spaß und wir Eltern konnten auch ein wenig abschalten. Das Essen war richtig lecker, total abwechslungsreich und für jeden was dabei – auch die Kleinen wurden super versorgt (wir hatten Vollpension gebucht). Besonders positiv ist uns die Sauberkeit aufgefallen. Alles war sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer immer sauber. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut gelaunt – man hat sich einfach willkommen gefühlt. Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit und überlegen vielleicht wieder zu kommen.

Bei einem Abend Essen haben wir uns auf einen Tisch draußen hin gesetzt, der nicht gedeckt war. Die Kellnerin hat uns bemerkt und uns auch Getränke gebracht, aber Besteck, Servietten etc. haben wir nicht bekommen. Haben uns selbst das selber holen müssen - man bedenke dass man ja in einem 5* Hotel eig ist und viel Geld bezahlt hat Am negativsten ist mir tatsächlich der Check-out aufgefallen. Bei der Rechnung war einfach ein freiwilliges Trinkgeld mit 10€/Tag angeführt!!! Dies wird AUTOMATISCH in der Rechnung miteingerechnet. Skip this resort if you can!! First of all the astronomically high price is in no way justified. The rooms are lack luster at best. While they are "built with children in mind" it really depends on what room you get. The bathrobes are gray and there is a stale smell in the rooms that can't be aired out. While breakfast and dinner are included, expect to still pay for a cup of coffee. The price for a ,below average, double espresso is 7.5€. Even though the resort has more than plenty of parking available also expect yo pay 13€ / day for parking. We ran out of sunscreen and asked the recpetion if there was anywhere we could get sunscreen at the resort. We were directed to the spa where we were changed 50€ for a travel sized packaging of SPF. There is no bell boy after 10PM so if you arrive after 10PM you will have to manage with your own luggage. However, we checked out at 10A.M. on a Sunday and were told there was no one available to help us at check out so ....just don't expect help. The service and experience to price ratio is completely off. There would absolutely be no problem in paying a premium price if we had received premium service, but this resort charges premium prices for below average EVERYTHING. In our opinion a highly overrated and overpriced resort! We will definitely not be coming back and advise you to look into all other options before booking.

Even though the resort has more than plenty of parking available also expect yo pay 13€ / day for parking. We ran out of sunscreen and asked the recpetion if there was anywhere we could get sunscreen at the resort. We were directed to the spa where we were changed 50€ for a travel sized packaging of SPF. There is no bell boy after 10PM so if you arrive after 10PM you will have to manage with your own luggage. However, we checked out at 10A.M. on a Sunday and were told there was no one available to help us at check out so ....just don't expect help. The service and experience to price ratio is completely off. There would absolutely be no problem in paying a premium price if we had received premium service, but this resort charges premium prices for below average EVERYTHING. In our opinion a highly overrated and overpriced resort! We will definitely not be coming back and advise you to look into all other options before booking.

We had a wonderful stay at Falkensteiner Family Hotel Diadora. It is truly designed for families from the great facilities for children to the kindness and helpfulness of every employee we met. The food was excellent, with dinners in particular being a highlight each day. A perfect choice for a relaxed family holiday.

Not really a 5 star hotel but it was nice. The pool was lovely. Went half board but drinks in evening expensive which bumps up the cost. Rooms are not good for teenagers, beds not standard size. Asked reception for extra pillow 3 times but didn’t come, asked the maid instead who got one for us. Taxi to airport 60 euro, taxi to town 30 euro one way. Wouldn’t stay again but would recommend to anyone who has young children.

Special thanks to Katarina for being such a kind, skillful and interesting swimming teacher, to Matea and the animation team for the great entertainment, mini disko and the kids show. Soggiornato nell'ultima settimana di agosto. Il resort non era pienissimo, quindi gli spazi sono stati sufficienti per un buon soggiorno. Struttura bella e abbastanza pulita. Personale abbastanza cordiale, alle volte un pò in difficoltà, soprattutto a cena, nel rendere disponibili i tavoli dopo il precedente utilizzo. Trattasi di un family resort, quindi con numerose attrazioni per il gioco dei bambini. Poi però i campi di tennis e padel sono a pagamento, così come il water park, il bowling, etc... Poichè il costo del soggiorno, essendo un 5 stelle è molto alto, uno si aspetta che almeno le esperienze per i bambini, in un family hotel siano comprese, così come succede in tantissimi family hotel di livello in cui abbiamo già soggiornato. Anche il parcheggio era a pagamento, con la quota di 13 euro al giorno, senza opportunità di scelta. Anche questo non ci era mai successo. Mancia di 10 euro al giorno caricata automaticamente nella fattura finale. Noi l'abbiamo lasciata, ma si dovrebbe lasciare la scelta al cliente. Così si mettono solo i clienti in difficoltà morale e non è giusto, a prescindere dalle buone intenzioni del resort che mira a riconoscere anche chi lavora dietro le quinte. Questa cosa, però, non dev'essere appannaggio del cliente, ma del resort stesso. In generale un buon soggiorno, ma non lo ripeterei, nè mi sentirei di consigliarlo a famiglie con bambini. Ci sono altri family resort in Trentino Alto Adige che praticano davvero il tutto compreso, senza stress.

Das Hotel ist bestens für Familien mit Kleinkinder geeignet. Tolle Lage auf der Halbinsel mit schönen Strandabschnitten. Die Anlage ist schön gestaltet, ist natürlich als Familien-Hotel etwas lauter. Bei Buchung bitte beachten, dass die Kinderbetten eine maximale Länge von 170 cm haben - es gibt keine größeren Betten in den Kinder-Schlafzimmer. Bei älteren und größeren Kinder ein Problem. Leider hatten wir diese Info bei der Buchung nicht - für uns wurde aber eine absolut zufriedenstellende Lösung durch das Hotel-Management gefunden. Das Essen ist qualitativ hochwertig und geschmacklich top. Einziger Kritikpunkt...bei Frühstück und Abendessen wirken die Kellner überfordert - liegt an der Unterbesetzung. Hier muss auf jeden Fall nachgebessert werden. Ansonsten absolute Empfehlung.

Second time we stayed in this hotel. We came here to relax for two days before continuing our road trip through Croatia. The hotel is perfect for this. The rooms are spacious with all modern comfort. Outside you have great pools and a slide for the kids to enjoy. The buffets (breakfast and evening) are huge with for everybody something to their taste. The nearby city of Zadar is really worth a visit, you can already get a taste of it in half a day.

Wir waren das zweite Mal dort, im Vergleich zum Vorjahr wurde einiges geändert: die Speisenvielfalt ist zurückgegangen, immer noch gutes Niveau, aber insbesondere hochwertige Speisen wurden aus dem Sortiment genommen. Das Hotel ist relativ neu, wirkt allerdings teils heruntergewohnt - nicht runtergekommen. Die Wege in der Anlage sind relativ weit, es ist ein riesiges Areal, der Zugang zum Meer ist ebenfalls relativ weit und umständlich. Positiv ist, dass es nun eine eigene Ecke mit glutenfreien Speisen gibt - Brot, Pfannkuchen, Kekse, Kuchen. Glutenfrei geht durchaus, bei GF Pizza besteht Kontamination. Ansonsten alles ok. Personal kennt sich meist aus und ist zuvorkommend. Doppelcheck schadet aber nicht. Poolanlage ist für Kinder sehr schön, Musik an der Bar leider viel zu laut für ein Familienhotel. Insgesamt gut mit ein paar kleinen Abstrichen, Vier-Sterne-Niveau (lokal fünf Sterne).

The beach has a beautiful environment with lots of greenery, and the waterslide by the pool is great — just like the smaller, covered pool for the youngest kids. The food and the variety of food were fabulous. What’s absurd and negative is the morning “reservation” of sunbeds by the pool with towels and personal belongings by people who arrived hours after we did — we almost had nowhere to put our things. The hotel does not address this situation and leaves it up to the guests to sort it out themselves. What’s also unfortunate is the condition of the beach. No one takes care of the service there — it’s pretty much wild and unmanaged. The sunbeds are scattered around and in rather shabby condition. Towels have to be picked up by the pool (they don’t give them out on the beach), and they’re exchanged for a paper card, which I consider nonsense and a burden on guests in the 21st century. For a room price of nearly €600 per night, the guest receives very minimal service by the pool and none on the beach. That said, the hotel was great, and so was the food. We’re grateful for the one-hour later check-out.

Wir sind das Drittmal zu Gast gewesen. Das Essen , die Gastfreundlichkeit hervorragend besonders Renato ist ein toller Gastgeber. Die Zimmer sehr schön geräumig, die Lage des Hotel sehr schön an der Punta Skala .Toll zum Joggen und spazieren gehen. Die Kinder haben immer Spaß in diesem Hotel .

While they are "built with children in mind" it really depends on what room you get. The bathrobes are gray and there is a stale smell in the rooms that can't be aired out. While breakfast and dinner are included, expect to still pay for a cup of coffee. The price for a ,below average, double espresso is 7.5€. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The food was excellent and very varied – there was always something new and delicious to try. Our room was spotless and well maintained, which made us feel very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One of the highlights for us were the playrooms – there are two: one for younger children and one for older kids. Our children absolutely loved them and spent hours playing there. For the little ones, there are both indoor and outdoor pools, which were perfect for all kinds of weather. The hotel also offers a wide range of activities for kids, which kept them entertained and happy the whole time. We can definitely recommend this hotel for families!

Das Hotel ist nur für Kinder bis Grundschulalter wirklich geeignet. Fast alles muss teuer bezahlt werden (Bowling 35€/std, Gaming 10€/Std). Klettern (kostenlos) war leider 3 Tage ausgebucht. Die Getränke sind wirklich teuer. Parken 9,5€/Tag… man kann nicht woanders parken. Pauschal wird 10€ Trinkgeld pro Tag angerechnet- was man beim Check out bezahlt. Darüber und vieles anders wird man nicht informiert und muss sich aktiv Informationen einholen… außer man möchte negativ überrascht werden. Balkon klein nur mit 2 Stühlen und das obwohl großes Familienzimmer gebucht wurde. 3 Pools und aufgrund der Jahreszeit nicht voll. Insgesamt entspricht nur das Essen einem 5 Sterne Hotel- alles andere eher 3-4 Sterne. Besonders die Sauberkeit und die fehlende Informationen sind wirklich nicht gut.

We have been there for 5 nights. It would be nicer if they could provide dinner with more options of warm dishes. The variety was really limited. This was the only shortage we have experienced. Overall, it is a great place for a family to stay, especially with smaller kids.

Sauberkeit lässt in den Zimmern ebenso wie am Indoor-Pool sehr zu wünschen übrig. Nette und engagierte Kinderbetreuung und -bespaßung. Restaurant ist ungemütlich wie eine Betriebskantine. Salatauswahl, Obst, Gemüse und Pizza top. Das warme Essen wahr nicht sehr abwechslungsreich und wenig Auswahl.

Wir waren das zweite Mal dort, im Vergleich zum Vorjahr wurde einiges geändert: die Speisenvielfalt ist zurückgegangen, immer noch gutes Niveau, aber insbesondere hochwertige Speisen wurden aus dem Sortiment genommen. Das Hotel ist relativ neu, wirkt allerdings teils heruntergewohnt - nicht runtergekommen. Die Wege in der Anlage sind relativ weit, es ist ein riesiges Areal, der Zugang zum Meer ist ebenfalls relativ weit und umständlich. Positiv ist, dass es nun eine eigene Ecke mit glutenfreien Speisen gibt - Brot, Pfannkuchen, Kekse, Kuchen. Glutenfrei geht durchaus, bei GF Pizza besteht Kontamination. Ansonsten alles ok. Personal kennt sich meist aus und ist zuvorkommend. Doppelcheck schadet aber nicht. Poolanlage ist für Kinder sehr schön, Musik an der Bar leider viel zu laut für ein Familienhotel. Insgesamt gut mit ein paar kleinen Abstrichen, Vier-Sterne-Niveau (lokal fünf Sterne).

Moderne und saubere Hotelanlage mit umfangreichen Angeboten für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Trotz der Dynamik, die ein Familienhotel zwangsläufig mitbringt, wurde tagtäglich für ein sehr hochwertiges Buffeterlebnis gesorgt. Viele hausgemachte Produkte, vielfältige Auswahl ohne Abfertigungscharakter. Liebevoll gestaltete Familienzimmer und hochwertig ausgestattete Spielbereiche. Mitarbeiter:innen im Kidsclub waren sehr engagiert und motiviert. Gute Lage mit komfortabler Distanz zum Flughafen, Stadt und diversen Ausflugszielen. In Summe ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht ganz stimmig. Reguläre Room Rate und Preise für Getränke und Parken in Relation zur Destination meiner Meinung nach zu hoch. Sehr kleiner Balkon, der in unserem Fall auf eine Lagerhalle gerichtet war, deren Beleuchtung nachts Flutlichtcharakter hatte. Unterm Strich aber ein sehr positiver Eindruck.

We had a wonderful stay at Falkensteiner Family Hotel Diadora. It is truly designed for families from the great facilities for children to the kindness and helpfulness of every employee we met. The food was excellent, with dinners in particular being a highlight each day. A perfect choice for a relaxed family holiday.
