Disney's Hollywood Hotel

Travelled as a family of 4 with 5yo and 8yo. We utilised the shuttle alot, to get to the Disney MTR station and obviously to Disney. Very convenient, never had to wait long and exceptional aircon. I especially appreciated the shuttle bus when leaving the park at night - instead of battling thousands we just lined up and were at the hotel within about 15minutes. The food and beverage cost inside the hotel was eyewateringly expensive, as novel as I am sure the breakfast experience is we skipped it, the cost was going to be similar to a night's accommodation! Kids appreciated the games room, we did utilise one of the craft activities, which was quite good quality. The instant hot water in the room was appreciated. On demand disney shows was also nice. Character sightings every day was enjoyed by the kids. Pool was clean and comfortable - if you want to eat at the hotel the pool menu pricing was the most reasonably priced. We chose to eat off site a few times taking MTR to Sunny bay, one station either way had plenty of options. Tsing Yi exit G has great options or Tung Chung exit B in Citygate had plenty. Family dinner cost us $300HKD total instead of pp.

重新的裝修後仍和以前相若. 有一個遊戲室給兒童玩是不錯的. 也可去其他二間酒店玩那裡的設施. 往探索家只是10分鐘路程或坐Shuttle. 往樂園酒店則會遠些.

The Hollywood Hotel might be the cheapest cost of the three HK Disney hotels but it is still Disney worthy. It was beautifully clean and chic in the interior and exterior, especially the spacious welcoming lobby, and the outdoor pool (which pleasantly has a water slide that the kids enjoyed immensely). The room was amazingly marvel, with us getting the Marvel Themed room, which had beautiful wall art and a personalized Marvel welcome screen on the TV. All the facilities were well thought out and in good working condition (tv, a/c, outlets, power adapters, light control console, safe, washroom facilities and locks). They were able to accommodate our request for connecting rooms for us and another room in out group which made for a more home-like and comfortable experience. Finally would like to shout out front desk member Louisa who was very friendly and made our check-in efficient and answered all our questions, and also Joe, who was the only member manning the welcoming lobby area when we were checking out at 6am on Aug 27. He assisted us with the luggage for our big group (3 rooms) and helped save us time and money by suggesting and obtaining 2 cabs that could hold us and all our luggage (we were initially going to take public transit since through Klook most transport services stated we would need more than 2 vehicles for the amount of luggage we had). Overall great experience, minor downside is if you stay for the fireworks at the park (shuttle ride wait might be long).

Very nicely appointed hotel. We travelled as a family of four, and the standard room was a good size. There is also an small arcade, which the kids loved. The pool and hot tub was also excellent. Overall a very enjoyable stay, and I would highly recommend.

HKDに行くにはシャトルも出ていて最高です！ また、ランドホテルやエクスプローラーズロッジへ行くのにもシャトルバスがあって便利です。

ナイトプールが22時までとショップが23時までで、ディズニーランド閉園後でも入れます！子供達が大喜びでした。

Overall really nice, I enjoyed my stay. I didn't like that the shower was combined with the bath tub. For such a very expensive hotel I expected something more classy. Also level 9 the floor we stayed on had a very terrible smell in the corridor.

スタッフの対応もホテルの部屋も良かったです。ただ、トイレを流すボタンを押すと指が臭くなりショックを受けました。

Room was crawling with cockroaches. Very unsanitary for a place that should be well maintained with standards. Staff was not friendly aswell.

パークで遊んで帰ってきたら、部屋の掃除が終わっていませんでした。 いつも利用していますが、こんなことは初めてでした。 すぐに掃除をしていただきましたが、パークで夜まで遊んで掃除を待つ時間が残念でした。 あと、バスルームの水はけが悪く足場に水が溜まって不快でした。

さすがディズニーホテルとても楽しかったです！ ただ友達が先にシャンプーしたときボトルに髪の毛がついていたのとお風呂ためたら排水溝からゴミがでてきたみたいです！日本ではないので完璧な清潔さを求める方は難しいかも！

Was good but not very clean

小さい子供が2人いたので、ベッドガードリクエストしたらすぐに持ってきてくださいました。 今回初めてのミキフレルームでした。お部屋もスリッパも可愛くて移動の疲れが吹っ飛びました。

お部屋は広くて快適でした。

Great for Disney other than the room was very small. And they do not pick you up from the airport or take you to the airport.

Very nice hotel to stay and staff was helpful. Environment was great. Just room sound proof need to be improve as can clearly hear when people's open and close room door . Plus if possible improve the dining option. And price also bit high compare to others.

We stayed in the updated Marvel room and it was nice and well-themed. It has a small fridge and a hot water maker (that’s kind of a hot mess) for coffee or tea. The Avengers slippers were a fun addition. The bed was on the firm side, but still okay. We had to ask for a few extra pillows, which were quickly supplied. They send you an email saying they don’t offer travel shampoo/soap/conditioner anymore, but that you can buy some - they even stated this at the front desk at check-in. What they didn’t say was that they still have all of those items available in the room, they’re just the kind that have to stay in the shower/counter, so buying any isn’t necessary. They are even kind enough to provide bug spray outside at the park shuttle area. Speaking of the shuttle - it comes often and is very convenient. The two restaurants on site are good. We had breakfast at the buffet (and got to see Chef Goofy) and dinner at the Archivist (Marvel themed atmosphere and food and drinks). Food at both was good. Overall we’ve been very pleased with our stay and I would put the hotel on par or higher with any mid-level hotel at any Disney park.

マーベルルームとても素敵でした！ディズニーランドからシャトルバスが定期的にでてるので、行きも帰りもスムーズでした。英語は苦手ですが、日本語で書かれた説明などもあり、チェックインも不安なくできました。スタッフの方も親切で、また滞在したいです。

Really liked the cleanliness and availability of shampoo and conditioner in the rooms. The showers were a bit small and didnt have an iron but otherwise, it was really nice.

予約時点で2部屋が離れていたことは知りませんでしたが、当日の空き状況で、コネクティングルームの空きがあると提案をして頂き大変助かりました。

This hotel is very nice. Design inside is on point. Check in was quick and efficient. They even let you check in early. The Archivist restaurant has amazing food, went 2 out of the 3 days we were there was worth it. The Disney shop also sells everything you would need.

Fantastic stay at Hollywood Hotel. Our cases got lost on the way so arrived with no luggage, staff super helpful to help locate it and delivered to our room. My mum required a wheelchair during our stay and staff were so helpful with this letting us hire from the hotel so she didn’t have to walk to/from the park. We had reservations at the other Disney hotel Restaurants on property and the bell desk arranged staff to take us up instead of walking which was very much appreciated. The remodel of the lobby and restaurants has been done exquisitely and I can’t recommend the hotel and it’s staff highly enough.

Unbelievably, the AC plug of the hair dryer was broken. Requested to change, but it took very long time for replacement. There are a lot of guests because of the cheapest hotel in Hong Kong Disney Hotels, I cannot recommend you to book this hotel, if you have money.

The staff was particularly great at the hotel, all friendly and very helpful. The check in process was so easy - we arrived before our room was ready but the staff set it up so we were notified about the room number via email while we were in the park and had our luggage waiting in the room. The room and hotel were also clean and newly updated.

チェックインからチェックアウトまで全てのスタッフが思いやりのある温かな接客でした。さすがのディズニークォリティーです。台風で帰国便の飛行機が大幅に遅延になることがわかり、急いで延泊やデイユースができるところがないかネットで探しました。移動も大変なので、このホテルで同じ部屋でレイトチェックアウトが出来ないかの交渉を前日の夜22時に行いました。嫌な顔ひとつせず、丁寧に確認、説明、料金の提示をしてくれました。延長料金は7時間で約1900ドルでしたが、涼しい中快適に過ごせ、その後の空港での待機時間への体力温存にもなり価値ある延長となりました。 併設のレストランのランチハンバーガーセットが感動的に美味しかったです。また香港ディズニーランドに来る時はここに宿泊します。

Great location conevient to go yo disneyland. There is shuttle bus from metro station to hotel.

空港からもタクシーやUberを利用すれば15分程度で着くことができ、ディズニーランドにも循環バスがあるなど立地・交通面ともに満足でした！ 快適にすごすことができました！

家族4人で宿泊。 目的がディズニーだったので良かったが、街まで電車だと乗換もあり、少し距離がある。

The one drawback is the location is well away of amenities so be prepared to be organised to bring food back or eat out in the city. Otherwise the only option is to eat in the hotel which is good but pricy. Top tips - the shuttle service to Disney is excellent all through the day in either direction. What we didn’t realise until the second day that as a resort hotel guest you get to access the park with platinum members in a private aisle as you enter Disneyland. If it’s busy this can save considerable time! Another nice touch at the hotel and complex is the readily available suncream and mosquito spray. Overall an excellent hotel experience but just be prepared for being a distance from amenities.

Accessibiility to Disneyland park

ディズニー香港に行くのには勿論便利ですが、鉄道とシャトルバスで香港、九龍、空港へも短時間で移動できるのでここに連泊もありです。

Property was beautiful and staff was wonderful. Limited dining services, we had to go to Explorers Chart Room to have a late dinner.

We had a layover for a night on our way to Seoul from Sydney. The rooms were so lovely and clean and I loved that we could book a connecting room. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they booked us a taxi for our early flight the next morning. The buffet at Ink and Plate was quite expensive but that is to be expected. We got a photo with Donald Duck after dinner and loved exploring the gardens before we went to bed. It was a lovely stay.

Our stay at Disney Hollywood Hotel went very well, hotel staff are all very courteous and knowledgeable. All facilities are well-kept and room are properly cleaned everyday. Breakfast at Ink & Plate Cafe has enough variety to please everyone.
