Chalet Queenstown

Chalet Queenstown is a real gem. I would rate this B&B an 11 out of 10! Super clean and the beds super comfortable. The rooms have all the necessary amenities (including a view of Lake Wakatipu). The staff is super friendly and the made to order breakfast was AMAZING. The location is excellent. Less than a 15 minute walk to the town center and a couple minute walk to the bus stop. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms a little bit small (we did have two massive suitcases) but everything there that you need. Super sweet guys to welcome you. Breakfast freshly cooked and very delicious.

Rooms were small but clean. What stood out was how welcoming and accommodating the staff was, especially Harry. He cooked us a sumptuous breakfast every morning and was happy to help with anything we needed. They also stored our suitcases for a few days as we had to pare down for a cruise. A short 10 min walk to downtown with access to many restaurants and the lakefront. Would love to visit again.

Lovely hotel. Clean, modern and with everything you might need. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful and were permanently on hand. The breakfast was lovely...plenty of choice. The cooked options were beautifully presented. This is an absolute gem of a place. Quiet, but within a 15 minute walk of the busy waterfront. Just perfect in every way.
