Overall a solid 5 star with friendly service, good gym, great large pool and close to mtr station. Our room had recently been refurbished as well and bed was super comfortable. Negatives: sauna was hot but the entire sauna/spa area very dated and rundon / bit dirty. Also there's nothing nearby, so not suitable for tourists, but we stayed there as we visited family in tai po.

Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Club-Lounge-Zugang gebucht. Absolut empfehlenswert. Es gab dort Frühstück ( reichlich Auswahl und auf Wunsch auch Spiegeleier/Omelett), den ganzen Tag nichtalkoholische Getränke und gleichzeitig einen ruhigen Rückzugsort nach einer anstrengenden Erkundungstour. Die ausgeschriebene „Cocktailstunde“ am Abend entpuppte sich als komplettes Abendessen, inklusive alkoholischer Getränke. Der Pool war vor allem abends bis 21:00 Uhr geöffnet und angenehm. Einziger Kritikpunkt dort: Es gibt kein Wifi. Die Zimmer waren riesig mit bodentiefen Fenstern, an denen ich stundenlang sitzen konnte… Die Zimmerreinigung war immer sehr sauber und Handtücher wurden erneuert, wenn sie auf dem Boden lagen. Einziger Kritikpunkt hier: Sobald man aus dem Aufzug ausgestiegen ist (26.Etage), kam ein muffiger Geruch entgegen , der auch im Zimmer war, da man nicht lüften konnte.

Quiet clean room with a sea view. If anything was missing, nothing was too much to ask for at the reception. Stayed here previously, there is gym & steam room. Still to try the restaurant as need to book in advance. Famous for the freshly made apple pie, which made me consumed twice in two days.

Amazingly convenient hotel for accessing both the New Territories and Hong Kong Island. Right next to the University MTR stop and major transport interchanges and far enough away from the urban density of the Island or Kowloon. Staff were very helpful - maintenance was ongoing at the time but they were very considerate about it. Pool facilities were also under repair but still good. Breakfast was immense but would have been too much everyday - it's so convenient to just step out and get some proper street snacks, you're in HK after all

Just a list of our experience. 1. Mosquito bites everyday. 2. Found 1 live spider on bed. 3. Pillow and bed are too soft and provides no support for the body. 4. This hotel is with spacious room and good views. It's next to The Chinese University of Hong Kong, which is very convenient. One thing to mention is that the room has some mild unpleasant odor. The breakfast is not to the caliper for this category of hotels. We also lost a good portion of the delivered food at midnight and the hotel didn't inform us about what happened after our inquiry.

We stayed in a 2- bedroom executive room which was very big and roomy for the the family. Great for not being cooped up. The decor could do with updating. Everything was brown. The kitchenette tap was leaking each time we used it. I had to move the microwave as the water was going behind it. The most infuriating thing about the room was it’s a harbour view plus highway view. So you could hear the traffic all day and night. The windows had very poor soundproofing. A few nights we were startled awake by motorcycles revving up the road. I tried to change rooms but I was told all 2 bedroom executive rooms had a harbour view. I would’ve worn earplugs but I needed to be able to listen out for the children in the other bedroom. The location of hotel is handy for the train as it’s right by the station. A few convenience shops for food and drinks but other than that there is not much to do in the neighbourhood. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety and catered for children and grown ups.

The check in was very fast and I have to thank the front desk management for their appropriate response to my suggestion over the past few months. I was fortunate enough to be upgraded to a top notch suite for which I am most grateful. I also took the opportunity to have a casual but intimate dinner in the G/F restaurant. I shall be back !!

The overall experience was great, staff was helpful and friendly but there were some hiccups. 1) understand this is a placement hotel for HKCU so some delay services was expected. However it took me three requests to fulfil my needs for my baby, which was stated clearly when I made the booking 2) staff can be more flexible. Check out time is 11am, which is understandable. However as I need to breastfeed my baby at 1130am we requested a late check for 1 hour. However the staff said late check out was not an option as the hotel was fully booked, but I can ask the staff for help and they will direct me to a nursery room. Turn out when I asked where it was they offered me with another vacant room, which I appreciated. However this is quite confusing caused they told me all the rooms were sold thus I have to check out on time. I think they can be more flexible to allow an extra hour for me in my room so I can finish the feeding without extra effort from both sides 3) Cleanliness can be much better: see the pics as we were surprised when we saw the dirts on baby seat and tea spoons in room. Overall experience was pleasant. Believe it could be better to represent themselves as a 5-star hotel.

Good location if you are visiting the tech areas in Sha Tin otherwise far from the airport. Metro is close by but not direct from airport, so if you have baggage etc taxi is better. Not many shopping or eating places near by but hotel has a good restaurant
