Tiny rooms but did not mind at all. Clean rooms, laundry room available 24/7 no detergent needed!!. Walking distance to train station, restaurants and shopping!! Incredible location. Cute quiet area just 30 minute train ride from Tokyo. Would stay again!! Really loved the area after a long day of walking in the busy streets of Tokyo.

The room was small; there wasn't enough space to open my suitcase. Guests are required to take care of trash themselves and ask the staff for new towels. While all the staff were courteous and friendly, I wouldn't stay at this hotel chain again. I should've known how things worked at this hotel.

This is supposed to be an inexpensive alternative to the 4+ star rated hotels. However, when they up the rates in Nov, the amenities don’t match the cost. Stayed 5 days with no room service. If you want to change your towel, you need to bring it down yourself and exchange for new ones. Not a huge deal, but, paying $100+/night, I expect better. Laundry room on first floor nearby check-in and open 24 hrs. Staff was very friendly and able to communicate in English. Location was about 5-10 min walk from JR train station. Near a major supermarket and shopping with a Lawsons across the street.

We stayed for 7 days at this location so it was great that there was a laundry facility accessible for guests. All we needed to pay for was the washing machine (detergent was already include), the dryer and fabric softener. The front desk was friendly though we didn't interact much aside from checking in and out. The elevators are a little on the older side, and would be great if they could see an upgrade in the next few years. For our room, an AC unit was provide which was well used. There were full-sized toiletries, toothbrushes and small tubes of toothpaste (almost tiny sized) and a shower/body cloth provided. The shower/body cloth wasn't the best quality so we passed on those. Also, the fan in the washroom ran but didn't seem to run well.

The hotel was okay… the staff were very nice. It was just the room. We booked a smoking room cause it was cheaper. But we didn’t expect the room to be pretty dirty and to us, uncomfortable. It still smelt like cigarettes, our sheets had somewhat “blood” stains. Bathroom wasn’t clean good enough. There were stains on the sink and on the shower curtains. The wallpaper was peeling off AND there were yellow stains on the wall. We were very uncomfortable and we were supposed to stay there for a whole week. We tried to get a refund and told them about our experience but we couldn’t since we booked from here and not their official website. Other than that, there were Lawson across the street and around the block was a mall which was good. ALSO it was walking distance from the train station.

Había gente fumando dentro del edificio, en el pasillo, y aunque miraban por las cámaras, nadie les dijo que era un área de no fumar yo tuve que salir y pedirle k no fumara pork mi cuartito se estaba llenando de su humo, y solo me ignoro y mas noche salio a fumar otro sigarrillo. La tina de la regadera tenía moho negro y estaba muy manchada de suciedad, y aunque pagué extra para que me fueran a limpiar el cuarto, no se quitó. Lucía sucia, definitivamente se tiene que reemplazar.

とにかく掃除が全くダメでした。そこら中に長い髪の毛が落ちており、１番ビックリしたのが冷蔵庫の中の製氷容器に下の毛が入ってました。有り得ない！あと頭上のベットフレームに使用済みの縁取りカラコンがカチカチの状態で置いてあり大変気持ち悪かったです。ホテル周辺で仕事の為利用しましたが、今後の利用は検討しようと思います。立地が良いだけにとても残念でした。

We were sad to go from an APA hotel to here. The room was pretty old and actually filthy. There was some dirt texture on the carpet so we always wore the slippers they provided as to not get anything on our feet. There was black dirt/mold on the edges of the wall and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been updated since the 70s. I guess we fell for the display pictures? Our window had no view because it was the blurry glass so all it did was let in light. You're supposed to keep your suitcases under the bed I thought but there was so much dust under it was gross! The tv was tiny and not facing the bed so we were never able to watch anything. At that point, why even bother with a tv at all? The desk was nice to have and we appreciated having a mini fridge despite being old and dirty. There were no outlets near the bed so the only place to charge your phones or anything else was on the desk. Also never heard of a hotel not having ice or an ice machine anywhere on property. The lobby is deceivingly nice and then you get to your room and it's the opposite of the lobby. Hotel is a long block away from Kameido station. Not terrible, and Kameido Clock is a nice mall. Would not stay here again and would definitely not recommend it.

The picture provided by the hotel make the hotel look better than it is in real life. The price was very cheap but it reflects the condition of this hotel. The bathroom is really small. It’s very hard to shower comfortably. You can’t use the toilet and use your phone at the same time without having the door open. It’s very old fashioned and the hallway almost reminded me of something from a North Korea documentary. It’s only a few minutes walking distance from Kameido Station which is only 3 station away from Akihabara. There’s several convenience stores around the area.

Stay was comfortable and convenient next to Kameido station. The only thing is that if you are really tall and wide, the room will be very small. Bathroom is tiny as well and our two luggage’s fit but did make it tight. Other than that, it was great

2人で滞在するためツインルームを利用しましたが、バストイレも狭く、居室のベッド以外のスペースが狭く、荷物を置く場所や、お互いの行き来がしにくかった。シングルルームに無理やりベッドを2脚入れたような感じです。寝るだけと思って予約しましたが、それにしても狭く感じました。設備も古く、ベッド周りにコンセントないのも今時っぽくないなと感じました。お安く利用できたのはよかったです。

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. At first we had a problem with our room as it had an unpleasant smell. They tried to rectify it however they were unable to do so. So they very kindly moved us with no other issues. Overall great location and would stay again.

チェックインにとても時間がかかりました。ロビーが手狭でひたすら並んで待つしか出来ず、一組終わるのに5〜6分、自分の番が来るまで20分。ちょうどチェックイン開始の時間に到着した事もあると思いますが、3人で対応して、こんなにかかるの？と正直驚きです。外国人観光客の方が多かったため、色んな確認が必要なんだろうとは思いますが、うんざりしてしまいました。コンビニがすぐ傍にあること、大通りから少し入った住宅地にあり静かな環境であること、目の前の緑道が気持ちよく、ホテル自体もリノベされて綺麗。とてもよいホテルではあるので、チェックインの短縮化を頑張ってほしいです。

An overall pleasant experience. Stuff was friendly and helpful, although some were not able to speak in English much. I received multiple packages while staying at the hotel. Each time they’d let me know that I had packages. The location is very good too, yet very quiet. I shortened my stay from 10 days to 7 days, and they returned me the fees of three days immediately. I was definitely happy about the whole experience living there.

I’ve stayed at this hotel three times. Every time I come to Japan I book my stay here. There is a Lawson across the street and a shopping mall a block or two away. The location is ideal and the staff have always been very helpful with any request I have. The train station is 5-10 minutes on foot and the Sobu line can take you directly to hot spots like Akihabara and Shinjuku.

Great location. A 5-minute walk to the JR station and a 10-minute walk to the subway. There is a mall nearby and a mall in the JR station for any essentials you can't find in the nearby Lawson or 7-Eleven. Be aware that services like room cleaning come with an additional fee, but for the price of the room, it is not really an issue. Most staff will need a translation app if you cannot speak Japanese, but they are helpful.

Great value for money stay. Aside from the noisy fridge in our room, which we unplugged, was a quiet stay. Room had air con and breakfast was interesting and affordable. Staff were polite, room and bathroom were clean with soaps and toothbrushes. Bit away from the touristy bit of tokyo, so good for us, but maybe not for you (the reader of my review). Recently stayed here for 5 days in an annex twin room. The location of the hotel is fantastic, easy walk to Kameido Station and nearby mall. It’s nice to be able to take the train wherever you want to go and enjoy a quieter neighborhood! Hotel room is very small, which we expected and didn’t actually mind. The bathroom is also very small, if you are tall you may have to squeeze! I would skip paying extra for the breakfast buffet if you are a tourist and eat at nearby stores, we paid in advance but only went to the buffet 2 days. The only negative thing about our stay was the noise levels around the room. When there was no one next door to our room is was fine, but during the weekend we were there it was very noisy anytime, especially because the bathroom is so small there is a lot of bumping into things and you could hear everything. For the price it is what you expect but we overall had a good stay, just bring earplugs and be prepared to be close if you are sharing the room! If you are expecting a luxurious experience, this isn’t the place for you but if you arnt planning on spending too much time at the hotel this place will do!
