Everyone was very friendly. Rooms were comfy. Breakfast good. Pool area needed attention. The hot tub was out of commission and needed to be cleaned up. Pool shower was not working. Other than that we all enjoyed our stay and would return.

I though the property needed more lighting coming into the hotel. I was giving an option to use the back doors to room 103. It could have used more lighting and I felt unsafe. Upon entering the room, I saw a big stain on the floor between the two queen size beds. And later I found a roach around the toilet area. I have family in the area and I often visit, but I probably would not stay here again.

The staff were fine, the building was fine - but a couple things are going downhill. The linens on our beds were sub-par - very thin and "pilly" sheets. I know it's Florida - but this is the first time I've had roaches in our room. Not enough for me to never stay at LaQuinta again - but hopefully these issues won't be repeated.

Overall the stay was ok. Checking in was not easy. The lady behind the desk was visibly frustrated with everyone. The room was clean, but in disrepair. Stained floors, old linens, and the faucet in the shower was falling off. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and quiet.

I did like that they did bring us clean towels everyday. Did not like that the room furnishings were very worn looking and all the linens were very worn. The bathtub in our bath was chipped in three places down to the steel, this alone made a very bad impression. I have worked in management for a hotel in the past and this property needs a complete makeover.

Elise, the manager on duty the night we arrived, went above and beyond to welcome our entire family and make us feel at home. She treated us as if we were her family. The next time we come to Sebring, we will stay at the LaQuinta and we hope to see Elise there.

The entire staff was accommodating while we were displaced with a flooring issue in the same town. We checked in and out each day for 3 days hoping to spend the next night at home. Extremely clean and quiet. We faced the pool and another 2 nights faced the highway. Never heard anything. Breakfast was good variety clean.

Check in delayed as no one at front reception desk. Waited for about 10 minutes with no one coming out. Other people ahead of waiting. Banged on back office door, no response. Waited more and someone walked back behind desk and yelled for anyone to answer. Waited more and finally someone came out to check us in. The next day I was at work and got a call at 1215 that we needed to check out. My husband had checked out hours ago. No one at desk so he left key in designated container. They said we had left all of our items in room. Had to call husband and he assured me he had not. Called back and they put me on hold to check again with housekeeping. They had wrong room number.

The front desk lady was plain rude, unwelcoming, and mean and tried to ruined us when we checked in. She made her own decision not serving us and threaten to the cops on us by saying “I give you 5 minutes to get out of here or the cops come and get you out!” Right in front of our 3 small kids. The oldest one was here for her golf game early in the morning from few hours drive and tired. We asked for the manager and she said no manager her. You need to get out in 5 mins or cops will. She doesn’t look pleasant nor even want to help just argue the whole entire time with customers. Plain rude! Photos of her calling the cops on us because she refused to help.

A couple of things that would make the property even better: - extend breakfast hours to 10am - add blinds/curtains on the glass door that separates the bedroom and living area in the suites. Otherwise our times staying here have been great! The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The property is clean. And I love that it's pet friendly even though we have to keep our dog at home in NJ when we travel.

This property is pretty, clean and the staff was great but it’s located near nothing and you can’t walk because they don’t have sidewalks in this area. So if you’re ok with an overpriced bed & breakfast style, this is it. We stayed for 4 nights in the area for work and spent enough to be at a luxury resort! 400 per night is ridiculous for this location in my experience.

Great Hotel. Very friendly staff, everyone i talked to were really nice. Enjoyed talking to the guy was putting out the breakfast items. Helped me as well as other guest with the waffles & other breakfast items. That continental was a great spread of foods.Room was really clean, bed was really comfo rtable, slept really well. Enjoyed my stay & was a good choice. Can't believe it was only a 3 star hotel, felt more like a 4.

This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time. The staff was absolutely lovely and so accommodating! Laurie, Heather, Tom and Amber at the front desk all provided excellent customer service. I stayed there for a week when I first arrived in Sebring while I was looking for a place to live in town. They didn’t give me a hard time about my pets at all and were even sweet enough to give me mail that was forwarded there. Rafael put out an outstanding breakfast each day I stayed there. He was always polite and friendly and kept things well stocked. I stayed at 3 different La Quinta’s on my drive east from AZ and this was easily the nicest one. My standard room had a nice living room area with a couch, coffee table and desk. The entire room was very clean and despite having neighbors with pets I never heard them make noise. The water pressure in the shower was also great for a hotel. I didn’t use the pool or gym, but both looked very clean and tidy. If I ever have visitors in Sebring I Will not hesitate to recommend this hotel. I give it 5 stars overall!

Stay at this hotel every month when I come to town for work. Usually the stay is pleasant, with no complaints. This time around I was rudely greeted, the room was unvacummed and the breakfast is never great but it was even worse this time around. Management needs to be more hands-on with their staff, because the business is definitely declining.
