I think that this hotel is a Gem. Really loved the estetic. Beautiful pool area on the lake with lovely plants and flowers that surround the pool. We had a delicious breakfast sandwich in the morning that was brought to our door. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our weekend work trip. We didn't get a chance to take advantage of the really nice onsite restaurant and bar. We will surely return! We enjoyed our stay. Other hotels in the area don't hold a candle to the Inn on the Lakes.

Staff friendly and professional. Garden and pool area outstanding, the crown jewel of the hotel. Big disappointment is that restaurant is only open for five meals each week - no breakfasts or lunches and only five evening meals. When it is open, bar and restaurant are very good.

This was our second stay and everything still holds true. he staff was amazing. My husband slipped at entrance when they were cleaning. They tended upon him immediately. They had signs out but he didn't pay attention. I dsnce because nerve damage and allowed me access during night if I needed to use. The outdoor pool and view is amazing. The flowers and garden are amazing and you could spend hours loooking and find new flower didnt see before. Absolutely beautiful!

The property was fine. Unfortunately the very small elevator broke down with us in it. The Hotel staff got us out quickly so there was no problem, however, we had to carry our luggage by hand. On a positive note, the pool was as warm as bath water!

Check in service was friendly and welcoming. Provide a ton of information as well as a map. Elevator was out of service at time of check in but was fixed next morning. Room was nice and clean and the hand delivered breakfast was a nice touch! The views from the rooms were great and pool area was amazing.

This is a charming boutique hotel! Love that it’s not a chain. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are charming; white decor with black accents. Lovely tiled bath room and shower! Tap is on the opposite wall from the shower head so you don’t get wet when you turn the water on. Bar fridge, Keurig coffee machine. Breakfast is complementary and delivered to your room at the time you request. Options are limited, but very tasty. The breakfast sandwich was fresh and tasty. It is bagged, so eat in or take it with you. The pool area is gorgeous! Situated beside a lake, there are beautiful flowers growing around the perimeter and a good variety of tables, chairs and loungers. Would have been easy to spend the entire day poolside. Parking is free and easy.

Our room smelt like mildew and the carpet was squishy and wet near the bathroom. I’m sure the smell was typical for an older hotel but we couldn’t wait to get out of there. The pool had beautiful flowers everywhere but attracted a lot of bugs so it was hard to enjoy the pool. The breakfast was yummy and the staff were very nice!

The hotel could use an update. The carpet throughout was very old and dingy. It felt dated and shabby but it was fsirly clean in spite of age. We had to check out a day early due to illness, and no one could locate the manager to ask about a refund. I was charged and told they would reach out once they connected with manager. I was never contacted.

The stay was great! I was traveling with my pets, and although there is $100 fee per stay, they really did make it great for my babies. They even brought them a breakfast sandwich once I called room service asking about the doggy menu. Really made it so special. The room was also very clean and comforting.

We had a lake view in the screened area of the hotel. We were very happy there. It was quiet and serene. Then, the hotel put a group of men right next door to us and we could hear every word that was said. We asked to change rooms and were moved to a balcony room but not a lake view. We were happy with the new room and for the quiet.

Alyra was wonderful! Was greeted with a smile and felt welcomed as soon as I walked through the main doors. She gave me a complimentary upgrade from two queen beds on the first floor with no lake view to one king bed on the third floor with a beautiful pool view and lake view! The restaurant was closed. Alyra gave me restaurant suggestions which we went to Cody’s Roadhouse. Food and service was excellent. Room was spacious, clean and updated. Breakfast is delivered to the room with two choices both sound delicious! I will stay here again! Thank you Alyra!

When I visit Sebring, I love staying at the Inn On The Lakes! Their staff is courteous and ensure you are well taken care of during your stay. The rooms are clean, and fully stocked with a range of towel sizes. If you stay in the king rooms, you can hear the highway but when I checked in, they offered me a room switch if that would be a problem. The daily breakfast delivery is a wonderful touch!

Inn on the lakes is my go to spot in Sebring. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood right off 27. It’s always a pleasure staying there. It’s quiet, which is wonderful. The rooms are comfortable. You also get breakfast with your stay delivered to your room the following morning. The pool area is well kept and it’s located right next to the lake. I enjoy using the pool during my stay. The staff is very polite and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Highlands County.

This property was unique and well cared for. The gardens alone are worth a visit. I liked the location and that it was at an intersection with a traffic light, making it easy to get out onto the main road. The breakfast was adequate, and a nice change to have it delivered to the room. Much better than fighting through a line at a buffet. Our only issue was with the air conditioner, as we couldn't seem to get it regulated and the room was extremely damp. Even our clothes felt damp after the first day. Could have been our fault, but it was uncomfortable. The view from the room and pool area is just lovely. Very close to Highland Hammocks State Park.

The room was at the end of the hallway next to an unlocked outside door that the high gust wind was pushing it open causing loud noise. The strange unique thing is that they offer a complimentary breakfast but you’re forced to eat it in the room. They won’t use the dining area. P.S. we had lunch and dinner in place and the food was pretty good.

Very nicely updated and maintained older property. Older is better, because the walls between the rooms and the ceilings between the floors are solid and, thus, you can’t hear anyone else on the floor or anyone else above you or below you. The staff was super personable and eager to help. The dining at Chicanes, the onsite restaurant, was fabulous. Both the food quality and the service was excellent. The entrees took a little while to arrive, but they were worth the wait. A few of the menu items could’ve been more competitively priced, but I’d rather pay up and be delighted than save a few dollars and have a so-so experience. On the appetizers, GET THE ROLLOVERS!
