Elevator was past its required inspection date. Door lock mechanism ddor our room and some others did not have proper hardware to hold it shut, seemed unsafe. Property is old and needs repair, it appears that surface work was done but there are some structural issues. Staff was great. Location was very convenient.

Convenient to I-75 and mostly quiet. There was a line at check-in at 8 pm, but Paul gave each individual friendly and personal service. Room har a sofa and desk. Bed was very comfortable! Very bright lights everywhere. A little overwhelming in the bathroom which only has 1 switch for all lights and vent. The tub is very shallow and slippery. No towel racks only a small hook on the door. So happy to see GLUTEN FREE BAGELS on the breakfast bar! Also appreciated the hard boiled eggs as an option to scrambled. More choices here than at most hotels. Staff kept everything stocked and clean.

I just hate to tell everyone about our favorite secret spot to stay on the south side of Atlanta. This property is always clean!!! It has a nice indoor pool for year round use! Fantastic beds!!!! Clean!!!! Friendly staff!!!

The property had a nice lobby but once you got on the elevator you knew the building quality was subpar. The building was dark and there was an empty room with wires where the ice machine was supposed to be. A hourly motel was located right next door making the property feel unsafe. There were no linens on the sofa bed and we had to request new sheets for the bed. A man banged incessantly on our door at 11:06AM and DEMANDED that we exit the room because checkout was at 11. I will NEVER stay here again and advise all who read this to avoid this property.

Location location location othereise decent stay beds were comfy the microwave was a plus most stays dont privide them anymore. The breakfast as great seems.like.the cleaning crew only hit the hot spots...the elevator was filthy and had to report a stoppage the phone didnt work i went downstairs and they handed me the plunger ...

The stairwells smelled very strongly of mold and mildew. You vould just feel the dampness when you walked in. I got the king size bed and my back hurt half way through the first night. I stayed 4 nigyts for work and on the 3rd night i come back with my arms full off dinner and realize my key card had been deactivated. And he checked it and said sorry we only activate them for 2 nights. Ok im sorry next time i wont stay for more than 2 nights. And then trying to get a reciept at check out was impossible. The lady literally had no idea how to print me a reciept

Clean room and lobby. The only complaint was our room smelled musty. We were across from the pool so I expected a chlorine smell, but it wasn’t. Maybe could add air fresheners to the rooms to help.

Upon arrival we walked in and there was no one at the front desk. Rang the bell and waited. We could see the front desk was connected to the laundry room and that there was a lady walking back and forth in front of the open door. Rang the bell again. Nothing. She passed again. Rang the bell again. Still nothing. I was walking around to the entrance to the laundry room when she finally came up to the desk. Not impressed with the service we received. Was amazed that you could not change the input on the TV for Roku or iPad. Front desk said that was not available due to the remotes that they use. Also, the channel listings were very incomplete. When we asked the front desk she pulled out a guide and handed it to us. When asked if that was in the room and we just missed it she said no. That’s weird. The room was very nice. Huge really and in nice condition. The initial impression was damped by the guest agent and the lack of being able to use our Roku or iPad.

Acceptable for our family of 5 for the night. Fit us well and it was clean. Walls were thin and we could hear others outside fighting through the night. But the room itself was fine.

The staff was pleasant and the rooms were comfortable. The mattress is old and has not been turned, therefore there is a definite dip in the mattress where solo travelers tend to sleep. Turning the mattresses on a regularar basis would increase the comfort and lifespan. Maybe one floor a week could have the mattresses turned. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel was clean and updated. The second room he had was clean and comfortable. There was one inconvenience though, that I’m still not sure what happened or why. After we arrived we got all set and comfortable in our room and then the front desk called. We were told something was wrong with our room but gave no other details other than we needed to leave immediately. They had us pack everything up and put us in another room.

This is a nice hotel with reasonable rates for the area. The wonderful thing about this property is the friendliness of Paul! I look forward to chatting with him each time I stay! All of the front desk staff are very nice, but Paul is more personable and that makes a huge difference in my experience!

We arrived late and although I paid for 6 people they had no pillows or blankets to provide for their sofa bed which was in really bad condition. The breakfast was average. Its probably gonna be a one time stop..definitely not a place to revisit.

The room was pretty clean, except the pull out couch was gross and obviously hadn’t been cleaned. The worst part was the breakfast. Supposed to be served until 9. When we got there at 8:20 there was no more gravy, 1 serving of eggs, and 1 biscuit. When I asked about replenishment I was told there wouldn’t be anymore put out. Then my kids waited in line for 30 mins for waffles - there is 1 waffle maker - when it was finally their turn there was only 3/4 of a serving left of the regular mix. I asked if there was anymore regular waffle mix - and was told by the VERY RUDE worker that breakfast was over so he wasn’t putting more out. He hadn’t replenished anything at all since we had been there. I told him my children had been waiting for 30 mins. He said it didn’t matter and nothing else would be put out. Then he came and angrily slammed both of the waffle mixes out of the machine and took them to clean them out - there was still mix in the red velvet waffle flavor. I was left standing there with 3 kids and 3/4 of a waffle after waiting for 30 mins! There were also people behind us! I went and told the manager what happened and she forced him to put more mix in - which he did by coming out and slamming it in place. There were only 3 small syrups left. My kids used them. The people behind us asked him for syrup and he refused to give them any. It was the worst customer service experience I think I’ve ever had at a hotel. The manager was nice but that guy needs to be fired.

Late check in 1am . After entering the room I noticed room was not clean bed sheets was dirty. Hair from when the last people/ person stayed at the property in the bath tub, bed , and floors. Breakfast could have been better a very poor selection.
