The location of the property met all of my needs. From various dining options, outlet shopping and the accessibility to easy parking. This is a great location to use while trying to get away. The only drawback was the closing of the pool of the property. On those hot days, the pool was not made available to the consumers staying there.

We stopped here for a night on our way North . Beautiful new hotel, comfortable beds and pillows, very clean. Breakfast included was scrambled eggs , sausage ,waffles , cereals and bagels and toast. Right next to a chick filet. The owner suggested a local mexican restaurant that was great! Very friendly too. Check in and out all done remotely so it was quick. Free parking on site. Right next to I 75 so quick on and off. We would stay again for sure .

This hotel was great! There is only one issue that really needs to be addressed, they only have one elevator for 4 floors and this elevator has to be used by everyone including the housekeeping staff. This can make it very difficult if there people trying to get to their rooms during times that it's being used by the staff. Other than that my stay was excellent! I would stay here again.

Parking spaces are a little bit too small. Can’t open doors without hitting adjacent cars. Hard to get in and out of my car. Other than that I’m good.

La Quinta have had pets as a foremost trade brand so why would you build a newer hotel with no grass on the facility, just large rocks where shrubs or grass should be

The sheets smelled like urine, highly doubt they were changed, when I complained they came to my door and handed me sheets to change them. I had to complain to the front desk who also accused me of lying ( not sure if he is used to the smell) to have them come and change the whole bed sheets. mind you I was only there for an hour. I requested an early check in for 11am, it was approved at 3pm. Paid for 3 rooms and they weren't even on the same floor. Horrible experience

This hotel was amazing. My room was very clean and smelled nice. I had a king sized bed and there was plenty of room. There blind at the window was electric (I thought that was a nice touch). The pool’s water was crystal clear. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The area was clean and safe. If you don’t want the complimentary breakfast at the hotel there is a Waffle House and chick fil A next door. I can’t say enough about this hotel. I only found one flaw and this seems to be the norm, these hotels never clean their coffee makers. I was going to make some coffee until I discovered it had not been cleaned.That does not deter me from considering this hotel on my next stay in the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean room and bedding (outside of used wash cloth left behind in closet and light dust). Cleaning staff was very kind. Front desk gentleman courteous, woman was nice but unhelpful with computer use, noise complaint about loud stomping and banging above my room (she hung up on me for some reason and I had to call several times before she would answer/help), and almost seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered but smiled to mask it yet I was still without assistance regarding a few requests. Overall pretty good stay.

This is a great. hotel. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. My room was very clean; the bed was comfortable, and I like that they use Dove products in the bathroom. Overall, a very good experience!

Very nicely appointed. But we were placed facing the freeway I-75 and we heard every truck and motorcycle that went by all night long. This is a construction issue and is disgraceful given modern construction techniques. The A/C unit compressor also thumped while it ran. Did not make a favorable impression.

Ms.Patel was rude and inconsiderate. I was originally placed in a room with no ac and a running toilet. I advised Ms. Patel of the issue and she gave me attitude when changing my room. Once the room was changed for the 2nd time I was given a room with a broken fridge. I had to wait until noon the next day for maintenance. The fridge still did not work all my food spoiled. They have the A/C on a timer so it get either really cold or really hot based on the timer settings. It was definitely not worth the money I spent.

The man at the front desk on Thursday evening was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, kind, humorous, and made the first few steps into the hotel delightful. I’d give that man a raise! Because of him, I’ll be staying there the next time I am in the area.

We did the precheck in online. The woman who greated us was so kind a quick. The room was great! Spacious for a family of 4 and breakfast was awesome, the staff tending breakfast was very helpful answering allergen questions.

Everything was good. The only concerns were there were used bandaids by the pool and the only meat they serve for breakfast is pork. No beef, chicken or turkey. Maybe give a little variety to include everyone

The property seems new. It was extremely clean and the staff were excellent. The lady who prepared breakfast brought her A game! The food was the best I have ever experienced in a hotel setting. She is def a keeper!
