This was our first time in Japan and we stayed 5 nights as we explored Tokyo. It was in a business district so it was very quiet and convenient to get to the subway station. Not a lot of choices in restaurants close by that was ok for us. The staff were great although there was obviously some language barriers. We did not try the buffet breakfast as we thought it was too expensive for our standards. It was strange that the ice machine was on the second floor and the water dispenser was on a different floor instead of being together. The room was somewhat small compared to American standards but we managed fine. The biggest issue was the room was warm and the A/C was having a hard time cooling it down. The staff gave us a fan for the room which helped. Luggage storage was convenient. Overall we would stay here again

Five Stars! The staff was super nice and help full! They even fixed the mistake that I made by booking a smoking room when we were not smokers, they switched us to the same type of room but non-smoking! Thanks again!!!
