The shuttle will pick u up from a station! Really great all around stay! Food is little for dinner but still good. Public baths are less busy in the early afternoon from my experience.

Amazing. Seems expensive, but what you get is amazing. Spend the extra Yen and get a floor in the Luxury floors. VIP lobby, foot bath. Private in-room onsen. Dinner and breakfast. Great view of Lake Biwa. The nicest place I have ever stayed in. Free pickup and return to the train station.

Excellent room, decoration and atmosphere. The onsen area is little bit small but having 5 different onsens in different time. Lots of choices. Highly recommended!
