Groot complex met meerdere zwembaden. Ruime kamers met goede faciliteiten. Jammer dat de receptie niet 24/7 aanwezig is. Wel handig dat er autoverhuur op het complex zelf is. Over het algemeen erg tevreden.

We stayed in a standard room - King bed for 7 nights while staying in Barbados for the Australia V West Indies test cricket. We loved our accommodation. Our room was on the second floor overlooking one of the pools plus we had beach views. It was modern and clean. The hotel arranged a shuttle for all guests going to and from the cricket each day. This was fabulous! Earl and Dave (our drivers) were both legends. The shuttle cost 20 BBD pp. I loved that we had an actual laundry - not an expensive laundry service - (but instead a shared washing machine and dryer on our floor) that we could use without payment. We used it several times - there's a clothes rack in the room for drying clothes on your balcony. The kitchenette was well equipped - a decent sized fridge and freezer (which was great for freezing waters for each day at the cricket), toaster, kettle, coffee machine (no instructions for how to work it though) crockery and glassware. The room was spacious, and the balcony was perfect after a long hot day at the cricket. Local buses (we only used the yellow ones) are literally at your doorstep for only $3.50 BBD pp in each direction (no matter where you get off). We caught them regularly to check out Bridgetown, Holetown...A taxi from the airport to the hotel will cost around $70USD from memory - what I loved was the fixed pricing chart at the airport. The hotel has an awesome bar on site and a little store. Although, for groceries just take a local bus to the supermarket.

This is a fantastic hotel with excellent facilities. The Rooms are huge. You will experience the personnal touch as soon as you arrive with the owners there to meet you. Will definately be looking to rebook next year. Overall one of the best hotels I have stayed at.

The property has 4 pools, good restaurant, and walkable area. Only minus was the beach, it was still pristine but no amenities at the beach, and not too much beach. Overall it was great

A Caribbean home away from home, our one bedroom suite had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a huge well-equipped kitchen so we could take full advantage of the fresh fish from the market across the road. Hotel grounds were well designed and looked after, with 3 great pools a paddling pool for children. Well located on the busy bus route from Bridgetown to Speightstown, and right on Paynes Beach. This part of Barbados has the best beaches and good snorkling, but it is quite residential/access restricted to a few public paths. So whilst there are some local bars/places to eat they are either part of a hotel or need a bit of seeking out. It's not a tourist strip like St Lawrence Gap, which was fine for us but may be a consideration for some.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel in a great location and pools/grounds well looked after. Run very professionally and also family owned so lots of really nice and thoughtful touches throughout. Handy to have a little kitchen for making breakfast too! Gym is a bit small and could do with a little bit of a revamp. That said the gym was perfectly useable and it did not negatively impact my holiday.... Also I was the only one in the most of the time. I would recommend the hotel and would definitely return.

Lovely stay in a Villa at Beach View Barbados. Our property was spacious and clean, perfect for a group of 5 or 6. We used the kitchen and loved spending time on our terrace in the evenings. The hotels amenities are great, with a nice restaurant/bar, functional gym, three great pools and beach chairs etc to use. The property is over the road from Paynes Bay and has bus stops close to get further up the East Coast or into Bridgetown. There are a few places in walking distance (Cliff Restaurant and some other local places) but we would recommend a car/bus for further exploring. The staff and reception were really friendly, polite and helpful. They assisted us with car rental, taxis and a wonderful boat trip.

Overall we had a great stay while here. The owner greeted us upon arrival and brought us to our apartment and gave a quick tutorial on important items . The place was clean and housekeeping throughout our stay was great. The reception staff was helpful and polite. Restaurant on site was a nice feature and the bartender and staff were great The owner and his wife had a nice get together for guests at there beautiful house on the cliff for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, which was very nice and thoughtful of them. We truly enjoyed our stay. My only complaint.....we didn't have a Beach View! We were on the ground floor. Not sure why, place didn't seem packed. Anyway what are ya gonna do! We still sat out every morning for our coffee and looked at the beautiful tropical grounds.

We enjoyed our stay at Beachview. Our suite was spacious and had a lovely view of the ocean. The suite we stayed in looked older than what was shown on the website and it did show minor signs of wear. Food at the on-site cafe was good and the service was also. It’s not an upscale experience but a solid option on the “Platinum Coast.”

Great room, spacious with a lot of kitchen amenities to allow for meals at home before going out for the day. I’d recommend catching the bus, it’s right out the front and very fun. The local restaurants are great and the people so friendly.

Quality apartments in a spacious and beautifully kept site. Decent quality restaurant and hut for coffee and drinks, close to the largest of the 4 pools. Excellent staff. Significant road noise for four of the sea view buildings, and some exhaust fumes noticeable around the two pools adjacent to the road. Separated from the beach by a very busy road, but beach chairs provided for guests. Limited number of other bars and restaurants within walking distance. The site would benefit from an early evening bar for guest to mingle but, overall, a very spacious, high quality holiday site, with excellent staff.

Beach View looked just as advertised. However, I did not get the room that I paid for. The pictures on the Luxury Passion Fruit Suite clearly had ocean views on it. Nonetheless, the taxi driver kept asking me about a Rm # 114. I told her that I know nothing about that number. Once at the hotel, that was the Rm # that they gave me. It was downstairs right in front of the pool. I went to the front desk. The lady there tells me that just because I paid for an ocean view room does not mean that I will get one. I told her she just messed up my 50th birthday trip, and I never heard such a thing in my life. I was later shown a Classic Suite with an ocean view; so basically I got a downgrade without any adjustments in my price. I feel as though they save their best rooms for visitors with longer stays. My five day visit was just as important, and costed money too.

We stayed in the Passion Fruit 1 bedroom suite and also took the deluxe breakfast package. We were so impresses with the room, it was loterally a "home away from home". Being able to sot and dine on the balcony with a full view of the pool and ocean were one of the highlights of our room.

We loved our stay here, the family that run it were so helpful and friendly location is excellent to get to beaches and easily get buses around the island. We were able to hire a car on site for a few days which was convenient. The Thursday night sundowner drinks at their home were an excellent touch and we got to meet people.

The property and our stay there exceeded our expectations! All of our needs were expertly met. The beach across the street was almost like a private beach. Getting to Holetown, Speightstown and Bridgetown was so easy by bus as bus stop was just in front of the property. The staff on property were excellent, friendly and so helpful. Finally, the Sugar Apple restaurant on site provided us with some of our best meals on the Island. Highly recommend!!!

The water and beach are beautiful, perfect for snorkelling. The only downside is that it’s right by the main road, so you do hear traffic and notice the exhaust, which can make it a bit harder to fully relax.

The hotel is clean, spacious rooms and in lovely grounds, staff very friendly, attentive and extremely helpful. However, there is very limited dining within the hotel. The Sugan Apple Cafe has limited options (same and little choice for breakfast), lunch and dinner although good quality food again limited with choice. Surrounding area has v few restaurants that are good so requires taxis or bus. Instead of having four pools the hotel could transform some of these into bar/restaurants and keep just one or two pools. This would also liven up the atmosphere. If you are looking for somewhere very quiet and tranquil this is the place. In summary, lovely hotel, but needs more dining options.

We were delighted with the property. It was so spacious and tastefully decorated. The amenities were in abundance. The cleanliness was excellent. Loved that we had the outdoor space to enjoy too. My two teenage sons thought it was fantastic and enjoyed the space it afforded them. Our only (slight ) negative was that the menu at the Sugar Cafe was misleading. It was very expensive for what we were given. By the time we had our sitting they had run out of a lot of the ingredients; they were brilliant in that they still made us meals out of what they had, however there was no adjusting the bill and it was very expensive. Added to the fact they charged in USD which was misleading. If we are lucky enough to return to Barbados we would definitely be returning to Beach View ! Thank you !

The property has 4 pools, good restaurant, and walkable area. Only minus was the beach, it was still pristine but no amenities at the beach, and not too much beach. Overall it was great

Lovely stay in a Villa at Beach View Barbados. Our property was spacious and clean, perfect for a group of 5 or 6. We used the kitchen and loved spending time on our terrace in the evenings. The hotels amenities are great, with a nice restaurant/bar, functional gym, three great pools and beach chairs etc to use. The property is over the road from Paynes Bay and has bus stops close to get further up the East Coast or into Bridgetown. There are a few places in walking distance (Cliff Restaurant and some other local places) but we would recommend a car/bus for further exploring. The staff and reception were really friendly, polite and helpful. They assisted us with car rental, taxis and a wonderful boat trip.
