Me and my family of 12 stayed there for a weekend, as we had a family wedding in Grenoble. The staff was kind and attentive, we had a family dinner in the restaurant and they kept it open until past midnight for us to finish dinner. Also, they allowed us to enter the pool before the opening hour and sell us coffees the day we departure, even if it was past the breakfast time. The AC worked very well in all rooms, which was extremely necessary due to the high temperatures in August. The hotel is located in a quiet area and provides parking spaces and dogs are allowed! I take a London-Barcelona trip by car at least twice a year, crossing all France, and this is the first French hotel where we found kind and helpful staff, which was an amazing surprise. Overall I would recommend the hotel for a comfortable family stay.

Nice room and clean. AC worked great. No wifi for iphone, Mac, and ipad. Pool closed at 5pm (too early).

Dejligt hotel, og fine faciliteter. Morgenmads buffeten var dog under al kritik. Maden er sådan set iorden men der manglede alt og personalet kom kun og fyldte op når vi vi bad om det. Vi spurgte om alt fra glas til brød, til æg og skinke, da alt var spist og de tydeligvis ikke selv tog initiativ til at se om der manglede noget. Når de så fyldte op med en ting lagde de måske 5 stykker pålæg på fadet, som så var tomt 2 min senere og gæsterne måtte ugen spørge efter mere. Vi ventede 20 min på brød. Vi endte med at bruge næsten en time på at få morgenmad og vi havde travlt og skulle afsted.
