The check in was great and the Staff member was super helpful. We got there early and they went ahead and let us check in. The room was clean and spacious. The pool was ok but it was green and seemed like it didn’t filter well. The room the pool was in was so hot and that would be great in the winter but not so much in the dead of summer. The last night there was a huge spider in the closet and let’s just say it is possible that it’s still there. Overall I always stay here when I visit and will continue to stay but hope they fix the pool issue.

The pool was green (one of the main reasons we booked this place), we had a softball team come to stay and we didn't use the pool because it was disgusting. We also found a brown recluse in our room. We went to the front desk and the lady finally switched us but she was very rude and told my wife (What do you want me to do about it). We will never stay here again for sure and possibly never another Sleep Inn.

Beds weren’t the comfiest and made lots of noise. Tub drained very slowly. Staff was very nice and helpful. Pool was not warm but they were aware and had an order in to fix. Overall not the best but not the worst.

A lady with two medium size dogs and a cat occupied a room near our room. I would be reluctant to make a reservation at another Sleep Inn knowing that they allow pets in the rooms

Average stay. I had stayed here last year and went back because of that stay. This time, it was obvious the hotel is in need of a facelift. It was clean but could definitely do with repairs/paint. The elevator was a bit scary, to the point where I hesitated to use it. Staff were friendly and it's in a quiet area.

We’ve stayed here multiple times before over the last 8 or so years, but it seems to have gone down hill. Squished insect on the wall, water didn’t go down the drain properly while showering, and the elevator sounded like it was going to break every time we got in it. Food was decent. Housekeeping needs to do a little better, first time they cleaned they didn’t take the trash or vacuum, the second time they didn’t clean properly, bed wasn’t made, forgot to leave towels and trash bags for the bins and didn’t vacuum. The staff was nice and friendly, but service was eh…. Will probably go next door when the Hampton inn opens up next time we stay.

We arrived on time for check in and once there was charged double what I locked in for. I had to show my receipt for what I was supposed to be charged and that was corrected however I was charged twice plus another charge. The smaller charge was taken off and have to wait till Monday to see if the other room charge will be taken off. The room was suppose to have been a double queen, but I got a disabled room king. The shower was not put together so first night was a challenge to say the least. Floor stayed soaked due to short curtain and have no edge for water to stay in intended area. The room was clean, requested extra towels and rags and got more than extra. Elevator made me think of Final Destination. Staff was nice and breakfast was nice. Remote was acting up all night and volume from speakers was hard to hear. Parking was great. Close to all shopping centers 5-8 minutes. Pool was a dark green so no swimming

Staff. was helpful. Bathroom was filthy missing basics . TV was not working. Door entry card quit working. Outside light lit up the room even with blackout curtains. Breakfast was good.

One the room was not finished. No carpet in the closet. Carpet was dirty. Walls were not completely painted. Curtain would not even cover the window and with a light outside the window it was like a big night light all night long. The tv worked at first then didn’t work the rest of the stay. When we got there the shower would only use steaming hot water and the next morning it was working correctly. Just overall not what you pay for.

Upon arrival our room was dirty. Sheets were not changed das they had foot print markings on them and we found a half empty coke bottle behind the pillows. Water in shower didn’t go past lukewarm at best on some of the coldest days when we wanted hot showers. Pool was filthy. Didn’t bother with breakfast. Absolutely will never stay here again.

Everything was great, but the only issue was we were on the 1st floor across from the ice machine right by the desk and could hear the breakfast person and the shades wouldn’t close all the way and the lighting was blasting the room which kind of kept me up. Have stayed here a few times & wont be back. Room smelled like mold, found empty used cups in random places in my room & the smoking smell was so crude. The construction workers were loud until after 11-12 at night & the place just felt like a cruddy Motel 6. However, the staff is wonderful!

Hotel was alright. Condition was ok, but probably a little tired. Wasn't the warmest of receptions, but was ok. Elevator creaks pretty good. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast I thought was awesome. Quite a selection. I was happy to see some recycling bin options. Convenient, right off I-155.

Bed is very uncomfortable. Very noisy in the middle of the night due to people stomping around and the breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had. The eggs were watery, sausage was cold and not really cooked and the back was rubber. And the shower was very short. Plus the toilet runs all night and makes weird sounds.

Nice hotel but our room overlooked the parking lot and the lights shone directly in my room so the room was never dark; even with room darkening shades. Kind of annoying. The bath tub was very slippery. The office staff and breakfast was very nice check in was very easy.

The staff that works over night had absolutely no care about you and your stay. We drove in from a 12 hour drive just to get a room that was beyond nasty. Please ask to see a room and/or if its not to your liking, can you move to another room. Trevor was the overnight staff who first stated that they only have one room available and we wont get any refunds. All this was said before we even paid. We never asked about any returns, so that was a red flag. The room was horrible and he knew it too. So we ask can we switch and he said no you can't, theres nothing available. We waited till the next shift(4 hours later) came in, show them the pictures and he moved us immediately. The new room is 8 times better than the first one. So please ask to view the room before.

I tied more than a dozen times to check out by phone due to travel required . Someone picked up and hung up each time. Had my travel coworker do the same and got the same hang up. Two rooms for two nights should have been two rooms for 1 night.

Nice property with clean rooms. Rates were reasonable. The woman who checked us in was the sweetest person, and so helpful with everything we needed. Lots of variety for breakfast too.

I have stayed at this Sleep Inn location several times for family events and several funerals and I can't say enough about the pleasant staff, wonderful comfy beds and linens. The breakfast is decent and it's in a quiet location. Highly recommend

First of all, I recommend all users of hotels.com vefify hotel information independently of that provided by the webiste. While information is currently correct for this hotel. it was grossly inaccurate for another hotel at which we stayed, resulting in $175 in extra charged that I am fighting with hotels.com to make right. This hotel is in a convenient location and is the best in the area for those travelling with pets as other less expensive hotels do not accept pets. It will be our go to site for future travels east.

I have stayed here many times over the past few years, but it seems like the property is going down lately. I'm actually a bit concerned about the elevator - it clanks and groans and doesn't seem well maintained. The room was bit lacking in maintenance as well. The staff is very friendly, and the service is good, and it's in a nice quiet area.

An excellent value for the price. The property was clean, comfortable and pretty. The free breakfast was awesome. The staff were friendly and helpful. If you are a TV watcher, be advised ,they have some wierd Roku thing that you have to use your device to stream on the TV in your room. They have free WIfi...we just connected to Wifi and streamed directly to our phones/ tabletso it wasnt a problem.

I always stay between here and the Holiday Inn.Sleep inn have better breakfast.The staff is also very nice and friendly.The lady who serves the breakfast in the morning is so wonderful. My next time I stay here I have to ask her name again. Have been coming here for 8 years now and never a problem that the staff didn’t resolve to make my stay wonderful.Keep up the good work!!
