When I arrived I tried to plug in my car at the charger on-site. When it didn’t work I went to speak to the front desk and was informed the charger is “iffy” at best and wasn’t currently working, there was nothing they could do. Otherwise the stay was good.

The rooms are average size and clean. Walls are very thin. You can hear your neighbour talking on the phone and anything else going on in the room. The surprising thing was that the carpet in the hallways on all levels were rippled and dirty. I have never seen so many ripples in carpet. Not safe. A huge tripping hazard. Would not recommend for elderly or people with gait issues. Staff nice and friendly.

I booked this hotel because of the pool. I paid more to stay there so that we could use the pool. I was not told that pool heater had broken. We went to the factory in london ontario and left early to be able to go swim. If they had told me the pool wasn't good we would have stayed longer at the factory. Instead we came back and it was a waist of our time. So disappointed. Wish they were truthful. Left messages for manager have not heard back from her.

Jacuzzi tub did not work. The carpet in the hallway was unsafe. The tub was slippery with a cleaning product causing me to slip and fall stepping into the shower.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times in recent years. On this visit we are noticing the wear and tear on the facilities. The hall carpets and elevator are dirty for example. I was surprised that the incidental fee was $200 for this property which was what I basically paid for the room itself. There is another populate hotel chain in the city we have also used many times and I think we still stick theree in the future.

Decent hotel, but: 1. Wifi was intermittent 2. Room was damp, carpet was damp 3. 3 of the 4 the EV chargers did not work 4. The breakfast options are very limited and bland 5. The hotel room we had was very dated The staff was really friendly and helpful! Location is good too.

Front desk staff and coffee at breakfast were top notch. Everything else was disappointing - Room was dirty (pullout bed was very dirty, shower had hair in it), in room coffee maker did not work properly, the food at breakfast was marginal, hotel is extremely loud (can hear people, water systems, ventilation or other mechanical things thumping on and off), pillows were terrible (had to go to Walmart to buy a decent pillow).

Good location, very close to lots of places to eat. Very good breakfast included. The bathroom wasn't as clean as we would've liked but after telling the front desk, they sent somebody up to clean it again. Helpful front desk overall.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times in recent years. On this visit we are noticing the wear and tear on the facilities. The hall carpets and elevator are dirty for example. Room was dirty in some spots. Dishes that was provided in the room was dirty I hand washed them before I used any and I just bought my own dishes. Never touched the dishwasher as it was pretty dirty as well and the power went out during my stay and asked about it from a worker and was told rudely it’s Woodstock as if that was an answer and when asked how long it’ll be off said for me to call and find out as if it was my job

Room was spotless hsd a very cute window seat. We both loved the size of the t.v. edpecially for sports. Breakfast was ok the usual fare. I asked for a room change, fod middle of Nov. A family member member is disabled. We got adjoining rooms and the barrier free bathroom is amazing!! The person who helped us was very helpful and understanding. Would not hesitate to stay here at all.

Breakfast was decent. Staff was helpful when asking for extra coffee. Shower was terrible. Couldn’t pull up the lever/diverter for shower all the way which resulted in a shower that was only half pressure. Not enjoyable. Restless/sleepless night due to noise. Loud fridge, heater, road noise and neighbors/staff? Some dusty areas on night tables and coffee maker.

Probably the worst stay at a hotel I've ever had. Were put in a room right where a youth hockey team was staying. We were right down the hall from the pool, the other direction was the front desk and breakfast area. Kids were very loud and running up and down the hall after 11:00 at night. Parents were in the sitting area drinking and being extremely loud. We called the front desk twice to ask for something to be done about it, but the noise continued.

I had only two issues with the stay: The lack of an adequate amount of hot food on the breakfast bar and the handicapped parking spaces not being snow plowed, neither of which prevented me from having an acceptable stay. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. However, the reply I received from Amy Smith (General Manager) after responding to the survey sent by the hotel, has led me to rate this location as poor. Besides the lack of punctuation and rambling nature of the reply, Amy made excuses for why the hot food was not adequately stocked and she lied, saying the handicapped spaces are ALWAYS plowed when her plow drivers are there (twice a day) and the spaces are not occupied. A snow plow truck was clearing the near end of the lot when I arrived. I had a small sedan and did not park in the closest available spot because there were several inches of snow in the spot and I didn't want to risk getting stuck. A pickup truck was in the still unplowed spot the next morning.

The hotel is close by to dining and shopping options. The beds were comfortable, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. Amanda at the front desk was absolutely the BEST! There was an issue with how we chose to pay but she remedied the situation quickly and easily and was so pleasant. The hotel was great but the staff truly made our stay!

Kids hockey team running up and down halls, slamming doors , screaming throwing things while the parents sat in lobby drinking the night away and no staff at front dest to voice issues with. I understand the excitement of kids sports teams and hotel stays, but thats why i stay away from the pool areas , so the kids have that for themselves, but I am very shocked over the lack of parents supervision of their children, and hotel staff not dealing with this as half the fully booked hotel was not part of this hockey tournament!

Check in staff took the initiative and amalgamated two bookings/reservations into one thus eliminating having to change rooms. Further staff were polite, helpful and cooperative. Pleasure to deal with.

We were there for a wedding and several rooms were booked by our party. The staff were friendly and very attentive at check in, during our two night stay and even after check out. It was very noticeable how well they treat their guests.

Hotel was very nice, but the night manager was very unprofessional and very aggressive towards some of the parents on our team. Also how does a hotel of this size in a city of this size run out of towels for the pool and for our rooms. Will probably not stay here again

the motel was close to the 401 highway. There was a traffic light at the main intersection, so it was easy to go to the motel and leave it. It was also very close to restaurants and shopping.

Travelling for business, perfect location for access to where I needed to be. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Can be a touch noisy floor to floor, dependent on the guests staying (if they're heavy footed)...wasn't bad but noticable. Breakfast is your basic continental style, but everything was presented well and organized; small area so if the hotel is full, plan your attendance wisely. Additionally, a fair amount of dine out options available close by. Staff are friendly and well organized and willing to assist if needed. Would recommend if you needed to stay for a night or two.
