The sheets were stained and we couldnt find an elevator so we had to haul our suitcases upstairs. There was a bit of a weird smell and the room looked rather unclean, along with the rest of the hotel. Gave it a second star because I didnt see any pests or bedbugs.

I’ve been to other Econo Lodge’s in other cities and this one is very outdated. The floor was uneven in our room and the hotel room just looked like a dump. We checked in a bit late so we didn’t have to stay in the room very long. The staff at the front were friendly though, I will say that!

Gentleman was nice. Room clean but very dated. The whole place needs refurbishing. Area seemed a bit dicey. Parking in street or parking lot down the street so wasn't feeling my car was really very safe.

Very rundown. Housekeeper had done their best but furniture left a lot to be desired. Old office chairs at table in room, no door on closet, curtains wouldn’t open, room key given in a used worn envelope (previous room # had been crossed out), very worn out carpets in hallways, bed was a double although told was a queen, street parking only, towels clean but seen better days, damage to bathroom wall not repaired. Was very overpriced. Would never recommend or stay there again.

This hotel was absolutely filthy. We had to go buy our own blankets. We all slept in full clothing. Theres no elevator, and we were on the 4th floor. Not once did we see one person cleaning anything on any of the floors.there were staisn all over the sheets, pillows. Burn marks where the blowdryer plugged into the wall. Thisnplace is absolutely disgusting, and i honestly dont think has been cleaned in a very long time.

The location is right downtown, immediate walking distance to restaurants, museum, historic buildings. No elevator and parking is half a block down the street. Also, it is silly that it hides its real name, which is Econo Lodge Woodstock. I found the bed and pillows very comfortable. The heating and cooling was perfect. Water was hot and pressure was good. TV and wifi worked. There was a slight gap under the door /no door sweep which made it feel like there was very little privacy in the bathroom. Free continental breakfast in the morning was 2 types of cereal, yogurt, breads and jams / cream cheese. I thought this place was a solid 6.8/10

No parking. You have to park on street or in a public lot at the end of the street. Not a hotel for anyone with any type of mobility issues. Room ordered was to be a queen - bed was a double.

I did not even stay my money was refunded within the first 15 minutes of arrival. I walked into the room, pulled down the bedsheets. They were stained and marked the pillows, smell like body odour the room smelt bad it was not clean. There was mould in the bathroom. I was not staying there.

The tub was dirty. It was black instead of white. The sink was dirty toothpaste all over the sink. The bed blanket dirty it had stains on it. When I was sleeping I was getting bit I don’t know what was in that bed.

It was fine. Clean, did the job as i only slept there. Tv xhannels are sd so was hard to watch but thats being nitpicking. Internet was impossible to connect to even with the right password i just created hotspot on my phone.

I secured the room on short notice and at a very reasonable price. I arrived very late and checked out very early and wasn't able to enjoy the offered breakfast. I had some difficulty with the wifi and wasn't able to use it but sleep by that point was more important I am a poor sleeper and unfortunately for me, the bed was't as comfortable as I would have liked

Asked for accessible room got 20 stairs to climb. Was advertised as queen bed got a double. Toilet was not handicapped and ran out of toilet paper. Won't ever stay there again

I was booked into a room on the first floor which is located at the basement level. The front desk area is ok but once you go beyond that it all went downhill. The stairs leading down to the first floor and hall was dirty, and has a musky smell. The room was clean but the sheets had stains aĺl over it. I had ask to have a change of room I was told there is no other available room.

Well we got there and they didn’t have a reservation for us so we had to find other accommodation. The guy at the desk smelt like weed and was not helpful at all. I will be asking for a refund on this bill also. Very poor conditions!!

Unclear where to park. Room dirty, floor clearly unswept, shower curtain had globs of dried toothpaste, urine stains on toilet. Incessant morning calls from staff 40 minutes before check out time. Rude and unhelpful staff when confronted about subpar quality of room.

The front desk was unmanned and thus when checking out I called on their house phone as advised and waited 7mins. And no one came. So I left. Thus I didn't get a payment receipt. So personal service was lacking. We stayed x3 nights and garbage wasn't collected out of room nor were towels replaced. So we stuck our garbage bag in the hallway for them to pickup. No replacement bags left. So a total lack of service.

The hotel is located in a rough part of the city. There were families living in some of the rooms and the place was dirty, dirty bedding and just felt completely unsafe. The free parking was parking on the street which also didnt sit well with us. We checked in, saw the room and checked out immediately. Not a safe place to stay.

As a single male traveling alone, I had no problem with the property. I can handle myself, but I would never take young children here the amount and aggressiveness of homeless people near the property was concerning. That said, the staff were polite and kind and very helpful.

Carpet in hallway was filthy, and the one in our room hadn't been vacuumed recently. Only one bedside lamp and and entrance overhead light illuminating the room. The only window looked out on an alleyway, with a streetlight glaring all night. The breakfast was scant, toast and cold cereal.

Made a online reservation. it was set at one price. get there. its more $$.- the air/ heater..in the room . had a bad smell when you turned it on.. blanket on the bed had stains on them.. the morning breakfast.. food was very limited. stale cereal. - only 4 bagels and one english muffin the marmalade was hard like candy -. you could not get it out to spread just one hard sticky ball.. when asked if there was any other jams available.. they said that is al there is.. and when showed that it was hard like candy .. and not edible.. nothing was done to help or fixed the problem.... you had to continuous go see the clerk to refill the milk and juice.. people would come in to eat., look around and nothing impressive... and would just walk away.. there was a metal tin set up with a sign for eggs. Empty nothing in that either. The overall time spent we were all not impressed.. It was one thing.after the other.. from the room then the breakfast..

ll stay was okay not the most modern but acceptable however was breakfast included but was surprised to what was “ breakfast “ provided … watered down coffee, toast and bagels, english muffins on the counter with jams and cream cheese, and some cheap cereal Thats was it !! Coffee done coffee machine in my room tasted better. 😖

Très bien situé dans Woodstock. Par contre, en trois nuits, aucune fois la chambre a été remis à l'ordre, pas de changement de serviette, aucune visite. L'endroit pour faire nos toasts est pas bien entretenue, aucun personnel sur place pour ajouter ce qui manque. Muffins anglais et bagel très dure, ils sont là depuis plusieurs jours certainement.
