Just returned from a fabulous 5 days here for an adults ski trip. 25 min taxi ride from Innsbruck airport which is really handy and only €60 fare. Great hotel and spotlessly clean. Superb pool and spa facilities, with swim out linked outside heated pool which is great for a soak after a hard day on the slopes. Room was spacious and very quiet, maid lovely. Resort more suited to beginner/intermediate skiers, where there are loads of blue runs and various cable cars/funicular/chair lifts. It’s not technically a ski in hotel, as you do need to walk about 6 mins to the lifts/ski bus but not a big deal. Town centre is a 20 min walk away and is buzzing on weekends with ice skating and trail skiing as well as club alpine races. We went half board – food is great for the money, and drinks reasonable; only negative is the wine list is very limited. All in all a great hotel, brilliant 5 days, may well return next year

I recently stayed at Krumers Alpin - Your Mountain Oasis, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. Sehr alte Zimmer. Ein Bett im Doppelzimmer misst lediglich 240cm. Restaurant und Wellness ziemlich neu. Beim Pool lösen sich die Fliesen und die Unterwasserlampen hängen heraus. Essen sehr fein und Personal sehr freundliche.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück und der Wellness-Bereich sind super und wir haben uns gut erholt. Das Zimmer ist ein wenig älter, aber noch gut in Schuss. Beim Pool lösen sich leider vermehrt die kleinen Fliesen.

Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel. Leider sind diverse Abschnitte bereits deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind für diese Preisklasse aus unserer Sicht deutlich zu klein und sehr altmodisch. So mussten wir in unserem „Doppelzimmer“ mit einem 140cm Bett klarkommen. Diverse schwarze Fugen im Badezimmer und ein Teppichboden der den Zenith ebenfalls bereits überschritten hat. Auch im Pool fehlten diverse kleine Fliesen und der Sprudel im Aussenbereich funktionierte auch nur zur Hälfte. Preis Leistung stimmte nicht für uns in dieser Region. Das Personal im Gastro sowie das Zimmerpersonal war stets freundlich und gut gelaunt.

Wir hatten einen zügigen, problemlosen Check in. Die sehr freundliche Dame von der Tischreservierung zum Abendessen hat uns einen sehr schönen Tisch reserviert. Die Zimmer-Möblierung ist sicher schon älter und rustikal, aber in einem, zumindest bei uns tadellosen Zustand. Die Qualität der Speisen beim Abendessen und Frühstück waren ausgezeichnet. Alles in allem,ein top Aufenthalt,wir werden gerne wieder buchen.

Ein tolles Hotel, Zimmer zwar etwas älter aber sehr sauber und schön. Wellnessbereich, Restaurant und Empfang groß und sehr schön modernisiert. Das Essen war wirklich top.

The rooms are rather old, but clean and comfortable. We had unfortunately one at 7th floor where the view wasn’t to good due to the roof and small Windows, but the staff were ready to change it. :) however, the amenities are very Nice and renovated. The pool is warm and cosy (very nice option to swim outside), the food is very good (the prices in the restaurant and bar reasonable), and there is really good gym. The staff was helpful and friendly. There is rather nothing to do for smaller children, apart from the pool. Overall we had a nice stay. Thank U!

Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich mit mehreren Saunen, Saunaaufgüßen etc. Großartiges Fitnessstudio hinsichtlich Austattung, leider im vorderen Eingangsbereich ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch. Vermutlich und hoffentlich bedingt durch die Verlegung eines neuen Bodenbelags. Toller großer Innenpool mit Möglichkeit in den Außenpool zu schwimmen. Zimmereinrichtung und Bad gut, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch ansprechend und praktikabel. Betten sehr gut. Sehr laute Lage an sehr befahrener Straße. Die Zimmer sind nicht klimatisierbar (kühlbar), daher müssen im Sommer bei Belegung eines Raumes mit mehreren Personen die Fenster bzw. auch Balkontür geöffnet werden-insofern nachts Straßenlärm zu hören. Frühstück und Abendessen waren hinsichtlich Qualität und Auswahl sehr ansprechend. Servicequalität der Restaurantmitarbeiter lässt in Teilen zu Wünschen übrig. Mit viel Humor kann man darüber gelegentlich hinwegsehen, kann aber auch anstrengend sein sehr oft auf sich und seine Wünsche und bereits mehrfach genannten Bestellungen am Tisch aufmerksam machen zu müssen. Hotel i.O. für zwei bis drei Tage ausgelegt auf Nutzung von Wellnesseinrichtung, Baden und kulinarischem Genuß - für einen längeren Aufenthalt in einem "Berghotel Tirols" für meinen Geschmack zu wenig Ruhe.

I stayed here last week with the family and friends for a ski trip. Our room was really spacious which was great for the four of us especially on a day when the kids were too exhausted to go out for dinner so we ordered takeout one night. The location was perfect and only about five mins from the slopes. The pool area was lovely and well needed by all of us after skiing all day. The staff were generally really friendly and welcoming. We had a little incident with a dinner booking on our first night as when we turned up for a reservation we’d made about an hour before they’d accidently given the table to another group of seven. We then had to wait about 20-30 mins for a table to be sorted out and although the lady who seated us we very apologetic we then felt rushed by the waiter as the kitchen was due to close. Had we been seated at the time of our reservation that would not have been an issue. The waiter was then quite huffy with us even though it was not our fault. Given the price of the meal this was very disappointing so we did not stay for dinner any other night during our stay. The only other negative is oddly our used glasses in the room didn’t seem to be getting changed despite the room being made up daily. That said we would still definitely stay here again. Overall it was still a lovely experience and those little niggles did not spoil what was a great stay.

Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel. Leider sind diverse Abschnitte bereits deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind für diese Preisklasse aus unserer Sicht deutlich zu klein und sehr altmodisch. So mussten wir in unserem „Doppelzimmer“ mit einem 140cm Bett klarkommen. Diverse schwarze Fugen im Badezimmer und ein Teppichboden der den Zenith ebenfalls bereits überschritten hat. Auch im Pool fehlten diverse kleine Fliesen und der Sprudel im Aussenbereich funktionierte auch nur zur Hälfte. Preis Leistung stimmte nicht für uns in dieser Region. Das Personal im Gastro sowie das Zimmerpersonal war stets freundlich und gut gelaunt.

Just returned from a fabulous 5 days here for an adults ski trip. 25 min taxi ride from Innsbruck airport which is really handy and only €60 fare. Great hotel and spotlessly clean. Superb pool and spa facilities, with swim out linked outside heated pool which is great for a soak after a hard day on the slopes. Room was spacious and very quiet, maid lovely. Resort more suited to beginner/intermediate skiers, where there are loads of blue runs and various cable cars/funicular/chair lifts. It’s not technically a ski in hotel, as you do need to walk about 6 mins to the lifts/ski bus but not a big deal. Town centre is a 20 min walk away and is buzzing on weekends with ice skating and trail skiing as well as club alpine races. We went half board – food is great for the money, and drinks reasonable; only negative is the wine list is very limited. All in all a great hotel, brilliant 5 days, may well return next year

Et fantastisk, romslig og flott beliggende hotell med en utmerket service! Vi har bodd her flere ganger, denne gangen ankom vi sent etter en lang kjøretur gjennom Europa. Fantastisk mottakelse og innsjekk av nattevakten, som virkelig fikk oss til å føle oss velkomne. Rommet var romslig og velutstyrt, bortsett fra at vi (som vanlig) savnet aircondition. Fin restaurant med veldig god frokost og middag, spa- og badeavdeligen med egen lunsjbar er tipp topp. Fantastiske turmuligheter rett i nærheten av hotellet, både rundt / i Seefeld og oppe i fjellet. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

I recently stayed at Krumers Alpin - Your Mountain Oasis, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. Bodde på Krumers Alpin for tredje gang, og har vært strålende fornøyd de forrige gangene. Rommet denne gangen var "slitent", og fryktelig varmt. Pga mye insekter kunne ikke vinduet stå åpent, og temperaturen kunne ikke reguleres, ingen AC. Badet var det minste jeg noengang har sett. Baderomsdøren kunne ikke engang åpnes helt, da toilettet sto i veien! Maten er veldig bra, og betjeningen superhyggelig, men komforten trakk veldig ned denne gangen.

Es hat einfach alles soweit gepasst. Das einzige was ein wenig nervt ist die nicht vorhandene Dusche in unserem Zimmer . Die ist an der Badewanne integriert. Man muß sich schon ziemlich verrenken um zu duschen.

The rooms are rather old, but clean and comfortable. We had unfortunately one at 7th floor where the view wasn’t to good due to the roof and small Windows, but the staff were ready to change it. :) however, the amenities are very Nice and renovated. The pool is warm and cosy (very nice option to swim outside), the food is very good (the prices in the restaurant and bar reasonable), and there is really good gym. The staff was helpful and friendly. There is rather nothing to do for smaller children, apart from the pool. Overall we had a nice stay. Thank U!

Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich mit mehreren Saunen, Saunaaufgüßen etc. Großartiges Fitnessstudio hinsichtlich Austattung, leider im vorderen Eingangsbereich ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch. Vermutlich und hoffentlich bedingt durch die Verlegung eines neuen Bodenbelags. Toller großer Innenpool mit Möglichkeit in den Außenpool zu schwimmen. Zimmereinrichtung und Bad gut, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch ansprechend und praktikabel. Betten sehr gut. Sehr laute Lage an sehr befahrener Straße. Die Zimmer sind nicht klimatisierbar (kühlbar), daher müssen im Sommer bei Belegung eines Raumes mit mehreren Personen die Fenster bzw. auch Balkontür geöffnet werden-insofern nachts Straßenlärm zu hören. Frühstück und Abendessen waren hinsichtlich Qualität und Auswahl sehr ansprechend. Servicequalität der Restaurantmitarbeiter lässt in Teilen zu Wünschen übrig. Mit viel Humor kann man darüber gelegentlich hinwegsehen, kann aber auch anstrengend sein sehr oft auf sich und seine Wünsche und bereits mehrfach genannten Bestellungen am Tisch aufmerksam machen zu müssen. I was lying in a groove. But it was changed after my reclamation. And there was only 1 electric socket in the single room for charging the mobil telephone. But at all, I can only recommend this hotel.

Very welcoming desk staff offered us a a complimentary drink upon arrival. The rooms weren't as impressive as the communal areas but I loved my massive balcony overlooking the peaceful forests & mountains. Breakfast was well into the luxury end of the spectrum with omelettes to order, loads of fresh fruit, pastries, smoked salmon as well the usual continental stuff, lots of attentive staff to hand here too. It was just a one-nighter and selected as the cheapest place in town that night, much cheaper than nearby Garmisch. Therefore the luxury was kind of wasted on me, I didn't bring my trunks so couldn't use the pool & didn't have the time to join in the multiple organised activities (yoga, walks, exercise classes). It was about a 15 minute walk uphill from the station, my only complaint was that the rooms were very warm (easily solved by leaving my balcony door open). Beautiful hotel if you're in need of a pampering.

Das Krumers kennen wir noch als es Dorint war. Es ist ein wunderbares Wellnesshotel, allerdings sind die Zimmer immer noch wie vor 20 Jahren. Sehr gepflegt und sehr groß, aber ein Modernisierung könnte inzwischen nicht schaden. Der Adults Bereich mit verschiedenen Saunen ist sehr schön! Allerdings sieht man beim Restaurant, dass der Service sehr unter Personalmangel leidet. Man wartet auf Getränke etc. unverhältnismäßig lange. Trotz allem immer wieder gerne!

Wir hatten einen zügigen, problemlosen Check in. Die sehr freundliche Dame von der Tischreservierung zum Abendessen hat uns einen sehr schönen Tisch reserviert. Die Zimmer-Möblierung ist sicher schon älter und rustikal, aber in einem, zumindest bei uns tadellosen Zustand. Die Qualität der Speisen beim Abendessen und Frühstück waren ausgezeichnet. Alles in allem,ein top Aufenthalt,wir werden gerne wieder buchen.

Very nice hotel conveniently located close to the ski lifts. Staff was absolutely amazing! I broke my leg during skiing and they did everything to make the rest of our stay as pleasant as possible! Food in the restaurant was great and the wine selection top notch!

I stayed here last week with the family and friends for a ski trip. Our room was really spacious which was great for the four of us especially on a day when the kids were too exhausted to go out for dinner so we ordered takeout one night. The location was perfect and only about five mins from the slopes. The pool area was lovely and well needed by all of us after skiing all day. The staff were generally really friendly and welcoming. We had a little incident with a dinner booking on our first night as when we turned up for a reservation we’d made about an hour before they’d accidently given the table to another group of seven. We then had to wait about 20-30 mins for a table to be sorted out and although the lady who seated us we very apologetic we then felt rushed by the waiter as the kitchen was due to close. Had we been seated at the time of our reservation that would not have been an issue. The waiter was then quite huffy with us even though it was not our fault. Given the price of the meal this was very disappointing so we did not stay for dinner any other night during our stay. Virkelig lækkert spaområde og fitness. Begge dele moderne og nyrenoveret. Værelset havde nogle år på bagen, men det var i fin stand. Vælg endelig et værelse med udsigt til haven og bjergene - det er klart det værd. Helt okay morgenmad med er fint udvalg. Det ville klæde værelserne med noget aircondition, men det gik helt okay, selvom det var super varmt udenfor. Dejlig beliggende tæt på hyggelige byer og perfekt natur til hiking.

Just returned from a fabulous 5 days here for an adults ski trip. 25 min taxi ride from Innsbruck airport which is really handy and only €60 fare. Great hotel and spotlessly clean. Superb pool and spa facilities, with swim out linked outside heated pool which is great for a soak after a hard day on the slopes. Room was spacious and very quiet, maid lovely. Resort more suited to beginner/intermediate skiers, where there are loads of blue runs and various cable cars/funicular/chair lifts. It’s not technically a ski in hotel, as you do need to walk about 6 mins to the lifts/ski bus but not a big deal. Town centre is a 20 min walk away and is buzzing on weekends with ice skating and trail skiing as well as club alpine races. We went half board – food is great for the money, and drinks reasonable; only negative is the wine list is very limited. All in all a great hotel, brilliant 5 days, may well return next year

Et fantastisk, romslig og flott beliggende hotell med en utmerket service! Vi har bodd her flere ganger, denne gangen ankom vi sent etter en lang kjøretur gjennom Europa. Fantastisk mottakelse og innsjekk av nattevakten, som virkelig fikk oss til å føle oss velkomne. Rommet var romslig og velutstyrt, bortsett fra at vi (som vanlig) savnet aircondition. Ett fantastiskt hotell, underbart läge vid den större liften. Mycket trevlig personal som gav bästa service. Vi som har elbil kunde ladda på hotellet som hade flera laddstationer. Fantastiskt spa på hotellet, stort fint rum. Tyvärr har de heltäckningsmatta som så många hotell i Österrike. Är man allergisk mot damm är det inte det bästa stället, men annars var allt toppen.

Die Zimmer sind nicht klimatisierbar (kühlbar), daher müssen im Sommer bei Belegung eines Raumes mit mehreren Personen die Fenster bzw. auch Balkontür geöffnet werden-insofern nachts Straßenlärm zu hören. Frühstück und Abendessen waren hinsichtlich Qualität und Auswahl sehr ansprechend. Servicequalität der Restaurantmitarbeiter lässt in Teilen zu Wünschen übrig. I stayed here last week with the family and friends for a ski trip. Our room was really spacious which was great for the four of us especially on a day when the kids were too exhausted to go out for dinner so we ordered takeout one night. The location was perfect and only about five mins from the slopes. The pool area was lovely and well needed by all of us after skiing all day. The staff were generally really friendly and welcoming. We had a little incident with a dinner booking on our first night as when we turned up for a reservation we’d made about an hour before they’d accidently given the table to another group of seven. We then had to wait about 20-30 mins for a table to be sorted out and although the lady who seated us we very apologetic we then felt rushed by the waiter as the kitchen was due to close. Had we been seated at the time of our reservation that would not have been an issue. The waiter was then quite huffy with us even though it was not our fault. Given the price of the meal this was very disappointing so we did not stay for dinner any other night during our stay. The only other negative is oddly our used glasses in the room didn’t seem to be getting changed despite the room being made up daily. That said we would still definitely stay here again. Overall it was still a lovely experience and those little niggles did not spoil what was a great stay.

Das Krumers kennen wir noch als es Dorint war. Es ist ein wunderbares Wellnesshotel, allerdings sind die Zimmer immer noch wie vor 20 Jahren. Sehr gepflegt und sehr groß, aber ein Modernisierung könnte inzwischen nicht schaden. Der Adults Bereich mit verschiedenen Saunen ist sehr schön! Allerdings sieht man beim Restaurant, dass der Service sehr unter Personalmangel leidet. Man wartet auf Getränke etc. unverhältnismäßig lange. Trotz allem immer wieder gerne!

Wir hatten einen zügigen, problemlosen Check in. Die sehr freundliche Dame von der Tischreservierung zum Abendessen hat uns einen sehr schönen Tisch reserviert. Die Zimmer-Möblierung ist sicher schon älter und rustikal, aber in einem, zumindest bei uns tadellosen Zustand. Die Qualität der Speisen beim Abendessen und Frühstück waren ausgezeichnet. Alles in allem,ein top Aufenthalt,wir werden gerne wieder buchen.
