A séjourné 1 nuit

It took me over 20 minutes to ck in when I was the only person in lobby. Was given a tv remote with no batteries I was given a room on the third floor when their were many rooms in lower floors and no elevator lobby next door so not convinient to go back for new remote I was only staying that one night. Next morning there was no water not just bad pressure there was 0 water so we couldn’t shower. Explained to staff of problems and not even an I’m sorry just face like it is what it is. I have stayed in many hotels and this was the worst of the worst. Staff not at all helpful and no empathy. Only good part of stay was parking staff. In Mexico its culture to tip parking staff and we were glad to do it as they were the only good service we received at this location.

Staff very polite and educated , they offer a good breakfast every morning . Water pressure is too low but at least it was cold and hot water .

busqué un lugar cómodo, bien ubicado y accesible de precio porque mi finalidad era pasar a El Paso y regresar a pernoctar. Buen lugar, recién construído o remodelado, habitación de buen tamaño, bien iluminada, con AA y TV, baño amplio y cómodo. Todo bien, muchas gracias.
