Very well maintained location

Highlights: House was easy to find, grocery store and essentials within a reasonable distance, comfortable beds, and it was fairly clean. The community pool was nice, although crowded and not enough chairs. You can only reserve the hot tub for 30 minutes per day, and most guests did not respect this and occupied the hot tub for several hours so no one else could use it. Cons: When I booked this home I accidentally booked the wrong dates so I reached out to the host immediately to request to change dates and/or cancel and the host refused to help me, even though my confirmation clearly showed I could modify, or cancel for a partial refund, before July 30th. Three times I tried to address the fact that they went against the policy for modification and refund, and they ignored my questions. Arrived at the home to discover it’s very basic. No extras included such as soap, shampoo etc. Only one TV, very little towels, blankets, etc. There’s 1 mini-split in the home located in the stairwell, and it was uncomfortably hot on the main level and in the master bedroom. Every night it was 25 degrees in the bedroom which made it hard to sleep. Sheets were missing for the sofa bed and the owner told me “the cleaning staff confirmed there are sheets” even though there wasn’t. They did bring sheets, unfortunately they were dirty (red crusty stains that looked like blood). Only 7 towels for 4 people for a week so we had to do laundry every other day.

Hidden Gem, great place for our last to stop before heading home after a long trip on the road.
