Stayed 1 night

Hello, My name is Jade Cross, and I am currently staying in Room 320 for a one-night stay. I paid approximately $180 for this room and specifically chose this hotel because it was one of the best-rated options in the area. Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall condition of the hotel. From the moment I arrived, there was an excruciatingly strong cigarette smell throughout the lobby and elevator. Once I reached my room, I found red stains in the bathtub, noticeable stains throughout the carpet, and an issue with the room door. The key card does not reliably unlock the door and has required approximately 3–4 attempts just to get into Room 320. The bathroom is particularly concerning. There are multiple dark/black spots across the ceiling that appear consistent with possible mold or mildew, along with bubbling, peeling, and damaged paint that appears moisture-related. There are also numerous small hairs visibly stuck to the bathroom ceiling, which raises further concerns about how thoroughly the room was cleaned before my arrival. I have photographs documenting these conditions. Additionally, when I went to use the pool, there were no pool towels available for guests, adding yet another issue to an already disappointing stay. I understand that a room change may normally be offered as a solution. However, I did not arrive and get settled until approximately 10:55 PM, and I am only staying for one night. Easy to find and check in, property looks a little tired, spots on rug and bathtub. Comfortable for showers and sleeping, business travel. Breakfast better than most, eggs well-seasoned and Sunday biscuits great
