When I arrived, there was a sign apologizing that the elevator was out of order. I was traveling with my disabled mother so I wanted to make sure there were no steps for her to climb. We were assigned to room 107. There was noises nonstop coming from the ceiling and walls. I called the front desk and was advised that this room usually is not assigned due to the noise level because the room is underneath the boiler room. However, the agent that checked me in was new and is not aware. She said that I should speak with the manager the next morning for compensation. They offered to give me a room on the second or third floor but I explained that my disabled mother cannot climb stairs and the elevator is out of service. We didn’t get any sleep. I spoke with a woman at the front desk the next morning and she said they can’t compensate me. The entire experience was a nightmare. If I was told about the room in advance, I would not have checked in and would have went to another hotel.

Staff was very friendly and courteous, especially Mary at the front desk ! Room was very quiet and comfortable . Hot tub and pool area need a good cleaning and hot tub needs gets fixed .

I came to stay at Comfort Inn for my dad’s funeral only to know after I booked the elevator did not work. We had a lot of luggage and small kids which made it more inconvenient. Had this been disclosed we could have made other arrangements.

Very nice property with easy access to I-40. Pet friendly, with large grassy areas and pet waste stations. All guests with pets are housed on the ground floor, which really helps! Very nice room and bathroom. Duvet is always too hot for me, but linens and bed were otherwise comfortable. Nice breakfast options.

Traveling with dogs and they’re always so nice to put me on first floor near to door near dog walk area. Good coffee machine in lobby is a real plus for me! Influences me coming back. Good food at breakfast.

Staff was very welcoming. Offered a list of restaurants close by. The facilities smelled wonderful. Room was big and comfortable. Everything was clean although the bathroom tile had some mold under the soap shelf. Otherwise very nice! Loved we just had a small pet fee for our fur babies.

Everything was fine up until I was getting ready for bed and a rat ran from up under the sofa and under the table. I immediately called the front desk and was moved to another room but I wasn’t able to sleep at all, ans I worried there were more ans it was the same floor, and had a very important meeting the next day. I wasn’t too happy to not be rested for my meeting.

The property was clean however we found a dead lady bug in our bed. A rodent ran into the room next door to ours. The evening front desk clerk called the police on our family because of her lack of customer service on what we thought was a broken bed. And she informed us that her manager initially wanted us to leave the property. It was a very embarrassing and unacceptable experience.

The room was large and the bed was comfortable,but room 201 the air conditioning unit was like a plane takeoff and would wake you up. The bathroom shower had mold in it and the floor was not clean.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had a very comfortable king bed, a nice sofa sitting area, chairs and ottoman as well as a long bench for your luggage. The bathroom counter was spacious for all bathroom items. We were very pleased with our stay.

Surprisingly wonderful quaint hotel and the back of the property faces a natural area. So, out of the window of our room we could see trees with no other structures, it was great. The bed was super comfortable and the front-desk staff were fantastic.

We loved our stay at the Comfort Suites. The staff was wonderful. Comfy beds and clean bathroom. Only gripe I have is that the TV’s are old (non smart) and my toddler couldn’t watch John Deere Kids on YouTube…no big deal at all though! Everything was perfect and we would stay here again.

We stayed in room 201. Beautiful room but there is a very bright street lamp that shines through the window all night. The curtains were just framing the windows so the sheers didn’t block the light. Little to no sleep.

I was very disappointed with my stay at comfort inn suites! The refrigerator didn’t work . It took 2 days to receive a new one! The iron wasn’t working, they did bring another one right away. The elevator wasn’t functioning properly two times when I went to use it. The breakfast was ok. The staff was nice at the front desk. The room service was nice . No issues. I asked to be compensated for the refrigerator issue but they said it was a third party booking and they couldn’t issue any credits or anything.

Check in was average, the lady didn’t seem thrilled to be there. Elevator was broken so we had to lug all our stuff up the stairs. Our room was dirty and had hair all over the place. Bed was comfy and cable was good. Breakfast was the highlight of the stay.
