Staffs are nice, room is fairly clean and breakfast not bad, but this place is old, the bathroom is old and bit odd layout, sinks area is definitely very out of date. We stay on 2nd floor, but there's nio elevators. They do have clean towels. Overall this place is okay for single guys traveling through but not a good option for family w kids. We also paid more for the room compare to a city, next time I'd rather drive an hour or more to get to next city instead.

If you’re looking for something right off of the freeway, reasonably priced, and you don’t mind subpar cleanliness. The sheets were clean, not too many breakfast options, thin walls, just overall run down, and kinda noisy. They do have a big gravel lot if you’re towing or trucking, and the service people were incredibly nice. They even offered us a different room because our microwave was broken.

Property was right on the highway, area a little questionable but no big deal. There was a group of folks drinking and partying at a nearby picnic table close to our room. It was late and my wife was concerned they were locals and not staying at the hotel. Night clerk assured us that they were staying, so things were ok. Just unsettling.

I’d like my money refunded. We did not check in. We did not stay there. Boxes and construction material blocked the entrance. People who were not staying there were standing around and we could not pass through, not 1 car was in the parking lot. We could bot tell if they were open. No one answered the phone for us to cancel and we were not going to get out of the car. Scary. Unclean looking. Don’t want to stay at a place they are remodeling.

The hotel is still being "updated" & has some decent features, but is still lacking. We were greeted at the front entrance with construction supplies sitting all around. The breakfast area is nice & the food was fairly good. As soon as we opened the door to our room, the floor felt gritty. The bathroom door had a bashed in spot. I took a pic & showed the front desk so they wouldn't think we did it. She was appreciative & said she would make a note of it. While the room had been freshly painted, they apparently didn't use people that cared much. Drips on the counter & the inset toilet paper holder had paint strokes. Both pictures on the wall were crooked & stuck so they couldn't be straightened. Of concern with my electrician husband was an expanded outlet plugged in behind the bed that the mattress hit everytime you got on or off the bed, causing the bedside lamps to flash on & off. Luckily, we were able to move the bed away from the wall. The outlet was quite loose. All in all, it wasn't the best & it wasn't the worst we've stayed in.

The place is in need of a serious remodeling . The staff were polite but the place is just run down . Holes in the ceilings , no security latch/bar on the door . Rooms smelled stuffy

When we got to our room my very small ice chest leaked on the floor. My husband took a hand towel to wipe it up. The towel was very dirty after wiping the floor. It was obvious that the floor had not been mopped in a while.

The room smelled of mold and very strong and unpleasant cleaning products. The tiled floors were greasy and slick. The furniture was dilapidated and the towels and cloths were very old and stained. The smell from the air conditioning unit put out such a terrible smell of mold it made us feel ill. There was a lot of noise all night long coming from the surrounding rooms.

The room, had a very strong musty smell , flooring was very wavy it made you trip in some areas, all of the "stainless steel" in the room was rusty, the towels were dirty and had hairs all over, we just needed a place to sleep for a few hours so did not complain since it probably wouldn't do any good

It's definitely a very old facility and rooms look neat with few issues. But overall it was a ok stay for one night. The road noise was a little disturbing and the morning breakfast was not at all warm and most of the items are finished and nothing there to replace.

This hotel is a little run-down. The room was tiny. The sink was noisy and just a couple feet from the bed. The door was hard to close. I would not stay here again.

For an overnight stay, it was better than sleeping in a tent or youth hostel. Pros of stay--comfortable bed, shower had good water pressure and hot water, tge room was decorated nicely. Cons--trash in parking lot, floor in room was super dirty. 30 minutes of walking on floor in sock feet and socks were black. Refrigerator not working properly. Bathroom door handle was loose. Interior looked care worn. Phrase putting lipstick on a big comes to mind. If y'all are trying to upgrade do it right

It took 30 minutes for check-in. I was double charged for the pet fee, and the receptionist was unable to reverse one of the charges. She stated that she “was new” and needed to call someone to assist. I finally told her I would come back to take care of it. My husband and I finally got our car unpacked and found the bathroom floor had standing water on it from the toilet overflowing. We wen back to the lobby to request a new room. In the new room we were given the TV wasn’t working/connected. We called the front desk and she said she would call us back. I ended up re-booting the cable box myself. About 30 minutes later the clerk came to the door to “troubleshoot” the TV. I’m still waiting for the double charged pet fee to be returned. Not a good experience, especially after driving for 14 hours with 2 small dogs in the car.

We were traveling and checked out early. The evening Manager was very pleasant and informative. She seemed very efficient. Our room was clean but tired. The coffee pot leaked and the TV didn't seem to work. The TV may have been operator error. The shower was hot with great water pressure. Easy off and on the highway.

I was cked in swiftly by Michael. He was very professional and polite. He gave me a down and out and then showed on a map how to get to room told me times for breakfast. Michael was fantastic rooms were freshly remodeled ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This property is right off the freeway so that is convenient, it is not the most upkept property but it was sufficient for a one night stay. What made me the most uncomfortable was the customer service I received when checking into my room. The person checking me in did not even make eye contact with me - she was talking to another person the entire time that she was in the process of checking me in. Rude and unprofessional is the best way I can describe the experience.

Surprisingly nice. Convenient to the freeway. Well lit. 24 hour staff. The room I stayed in was clean and smelled good. Bed was good. Shower pressure excellent and water turned hot immediately. Heater worked well. Tv too. The staff was very nice and helpful especially Betty. Yes, the motel is a little care worn but they made the best of it. I would stay again.

We stayed just for a place to sleep. The bed was really comfy. The breakfast was hot with biscuits and gravy, sausage links, prepared eggs and waffles, plus all the cold items you would expect. I would stay again.
