The property was near many places to eat and entertainment; however, the pool was not clean and when you travel with kids playing at the pool to give them some energy burning time it is almost a must, kinda disappointed when you specifically book with that in mind.

From the minute we walked in and through out our stay, the staff was amazing. The hotel grounds were well kept and plenty of parking. Multiple places to eat foot steps from hotel. I absolutely recommend staying here.

We stayed here for a few reasons location was close to work, my 1 pound pup, and mostly the hot tub. I have a bad back, it is the only relief i get after work. It had trash and a few leafs and the water was yellow, they claimed.a broken pipe. It had been sitting at least 3 months. Of you do not have please do not advertise. This is the 3rd hotel in 4 motnths this has happened. We called the properly prior to booking and was told they had a operational hot tub. So par for the coarse these days. Btw the breakfast they served was gross. Biscuits were so hard they could not be split for butter no exaggeration. The mystery sausage smelled bad the clerk was embarrassed to serve it. . I expected a bit more from Marriott

When checking in we agreed to room cleaning every 2 days. No problem. On day 3, we asked for full service cleaning from the cleaners. She grilled us about how many days we were staying. We were in fact leaving day 4, but we needed our room clean. She said to inform the font desk when we left. At noon, we told the front desk we were leaving and wanted our room clean. We came back that evening to an unclean room.

The bathroom did not have ventilation. When we showered with the door closed the walls and the bathroom door were all wet from the steam. Wished we had a vent switch to turn on while showering. The worst was that while sleeping there was a cockroach on the bed next to us.

The staff at check in and out were polite and professional. The room smelled horrible. It smelled very musty and moldy. I would not have stayed if I had time to look for another option. I called over the weekend to ask for an early check in but was told I couldn’t know for sure until I got there. I didn’t bother trying for an early check in since I didn’t want to wait in the lobby for a room that might not be available. The parking lot was mostly empty and I saw only a couple other guests so I don’t believe there was any reason not to accompany my request when I asked. Overall very disappointed.

Just ok. The room was dated. There were bugs in the bathroom. Staff was fairly friendly. Pretty good location with lots eating options around. I probably won’t stay here again though.

I would have rated lower if I had not stayed at this hotel in the past. This time around, I had two rooms. One room the TV had no signal and the wrong remote (I was told it was an input issue, but it would not go to another input so I doubt that was the problem), and the refrigerator was unplugged wasting my food, then when it was plugged it, it was turned high which froze my food. The second room had blood on the pillow case. The housekeeper advised me I needed to take the pillow case off in order for it to be changed. But this is a new room that I checked in? Not my blood.

The facility is tired. Room didn’t have regular coffee or condiments. Had to get them from the front desk. Limited electricity outlets - had to unplug the lamp and clock so we could plug in our phones and CPAP machine. Closet door was missing. Furniture was old and sofa had a huge stain on one cushion. Nasty. Only reason we stayed 2 nights was the beds we’re comfortable and we slept well.

The staff was incredible. I couldn’t find my AirPods and I told the front desk that if they found them could they let my family know that was staying longer than me. I was shocked when they actually turned them in to my brother in law instead of pocketing them. A lot of my family stayed here and they were very accommodating, helpful, and kind. I would definitely stay here again.

We've stayed here a lot over the life of this hotel. They're remodeling, it's starting to look pretty good. The location is perfect for me but the parking situation is atrocious. The front desk staff is always friendly and will continue to stay here. My main issue on this trip is that the housekeeping staff has started knocking on room doors LOUDLY at around 730am. That's far too early and aggressive especially when I've got a "do not disturb" sign on the door. When housekeeping knocks on every other door like the police with a warrant it's not exactly undisturbing.

Love this property close to Schlitterbahn and San Antonio. Staff was nice, property was clean and quiet. Chili’s and Sonic is within walking distance in case you just want a quick bite to eat. Will definitely be back

We loved that it was so close to so many things. We stayed here since we were going in between New Braunfels and San Antonio and it was perfect. We originally looked at Riverwalk hotels but the parking was crazy!
