Really clean, comfy beds and nice sized room. We had a family room which had plenty of room. The trundle as the 4th bed was nice and high and as comfy as the other single. We used the pool and even around the 'back' of the motel everything was clean and gardens and lawns tended.

The parking spaces were quite tight and the internal LED lighting in the room was a little over bright. The rooms had a good kingsize bed but were not well sound proofed from each other or the outside....heard room service attending for each adjoining room. For the age of the property, the rooms have been tastefully renovated.

We had amazing weekend at Lithgow and stayed at ZigZag Apartments, I would differently recommend the appartments,very clean and comfy.They could do with a refurbishment outside the building ,but inside was lovely.We only had off street parking,but all was good.

They do not keep the property clean. I found some spiders in the room, so I reported it, to which the recption said they will get it cleaned but they never got it cleaned. Also they did not vaccum or cleaned the property in next 2 days I was there. I also complained that the single bed makes lot of noise when person sleeping changes sides but they said they are not going to fix it.

I loved the big soft bed and the luxurious jetted tub in the room. I ordered room service for dinner from the restaurant and it was some of the best food I’d ever had. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay there again

We booked for 1 night but loved it and decided to extend our stay. Room was very clean, fresh and well maintained, the in-room microwave was a huge bonus. Lithgow is a great base to stay at for a visit to the greater blue Mtns region, it’s away from all the busy touristy spots but has equally breathtaking views and fun activities.

It’s cold. Very cold. Wind blows through the windows.Screen rattles. Heater is noisy and doesn’t seem to make a dent on the cold. Restaurant closed and no basic equipment such as a plate or cutlery to eat supermarket food. It’s miserable and mean to not provide these basics especially when there is no alternative! No restaurants open in township (except maccas etc). Can’t wait to get out of here.
