Rooms are clean and spacious. We had a pool view room with a nice little balcony onto the pool. Also had the 2 bedroom family room which has a small dining area. Plenty of space. The resort is clean but not conveniently located to the main Leura shops. Ample parking space. The staff are friendly. The breakfast is very average -just toast and cereal for $25. The Fairmont has a full buffet breakfast for $35 which is much better value. Kids loved the table tennis room and the cubby house in the garden. I would stay here again though because the price is very good and rooms are spacious.

Great comfortable stay. Family room had 2 bathrooms and was an adjoining room so we could close the door between the two rooms while the kids were going to sleep. Facilities were great. Free table tennis and great kids games room. Pool was lovely and warm with pool towels and room towels always available. Gardens were beautiful and well manicured. Staff always greeted us on a friendly manner and we were very appreciative of the umbrellas in the wet weather. Easy parking right outside your room. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Breakfast was simple but enough. Kids loved the pancakes and hot chocolate each morning. My only criticism is the pillows in the room are not at all comfortable. Would recommend to bring your own.

The bed was the best wish I could take it with me, the grounds and services where excellent,lots of stuff to do to kill time,ice box, bbq, large chess board,swim pool, table tennis beautiful picnic space and the breakfast buffet was just perfect for the cost,the staff are all super friendly

I was in the Blue Mountains for the Music festival in Katoomba and Leura Gardens was only a 10 minute drive away. Great location, great service, pool extremely welcome on this very hot weekend - would definitely stay again.

Clean and comfortable room. Although older style it wasn’t tired and the rooms are a good size equipped with quality soaps, shampoos etc. Competent and attentive staff and beautiful well kept gardens. I’d definitely stay here again. Excellent value for a quick getaway!

Gebrauchtes Handtuch im Bad, schmutziges Geschirr, Staub überall (Auf dem Brett über dem Bett wurde seit mindestens einem Jahr nicht gewischt: dicke Staubklumpen), kein Mülleimer im Bad Sorry, so ein schmutziges Zimmer hatte ich noch nie! Schade, denn die Anlage selbst ist schön, das Bett bequem und das Frühstück lecker. Schade, dass Hotels.com wahrheitsgemäße Bewertungen nicht veröffentlichen möchte. The room was spotless & the staff were courteous & helpful. The continental breakfast was nice. Can’t fault our stay. However the supplied ice bucket didn’t fit in the fridge so the ice did melt quickly which isn’t ideal.

Lovely area with beautiful gardens & very quiet. We took a short car ride to dine at Mr Collins restaurant in The Mall which was fabulous. The complimentary breakfast was adequate but diminished from our last stay prior to Covid. I was shocked that the bath/shower looked like a coal minor had used it & not been cleaned. The rest of the bathroom was spotless as were the beds & rooms. We parked near the room & felt it was a safe area

Overpriced for what it is. I stayed in the single bedroom apartment. The bed was so uncomfortable. It was a cheap springy mattress and the frame kept moving. I put the stoppers under the wheels and even that didn’t stop it from moving. I’m saying that, it’s not your guests task to put the stoppers under the bed. What service are you providing? The walls are so thin that you can hear everything happening outside the room. The shower is tiny. Just a below average place.

Overnight stay for a local event. Late check in was organised because we were arriving at the accommodation late, which was easy! Unfortunately the wifi password did not work and because we arrived late we couldn’t query it so we had to suffer with our poor phone reception which was annoying. The customer service team addressed me as a female “Justine instead of “Justin”. I think they have made the assumption that because I was with my partner one of us had to be female. Other than that everything was fine.

The only thing I could complain is the wifi. It's not working in our pool block. Otherwise, we are very happy with all the facility that we have in our stay. Hope they will improve the wifi access when we come back next time.

The stays is more or less proportional to the cost however, the Internet did not work and after a handful of visits to the office and being deflected with incorrect answers, we had to use our own mobiles to create hotspots to do some work we needed to complete.

Place was beautiful and better than expected. The rooms are large and clean, the bathroom was contemporary. Gardens on the premises were beautiful. Drive to Leura town is just a few minutes, or walking is around 30 minutes. Follow the signs to the lookout that is a 25 min walk.

We stayed here 2 nights while doing the Grand Cliff Top Walk. It was excellent, with spacious rooms, comfortable bed, clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good, too, with all we needed to fuel us for our days’ walks. The staff there and in reception were lovely and very friendly and welcoming. 5 minute drive into Leura town centre. Would definitely stay here again.

We were unable to check in until 6pm as they said they didn’t have enough cleaners to get through the rooms on time. We missed a dinner reservation as we were unable to shower and change after a day of bush walking. Our room still had dirty towels hanging behind the door. Breakfast was included but there were no staff allocating tables so it was chaos, we waited 20 mins without any sign of a table becoming vacant so we had to leave and go somewhere else. Pretty location but not very organised unfortunately

Checkout staff member was nice, but when I checked in I was treated with cold indifference. The electronic key to my room failed in the morning, meaning I had to run up and down stairs three or four times getting a new one and then getting a staff member to come up and let me into the room. Breakfast: staff member cleared away my food and full cuppa in the 2 minutes I took to get something extra to eat. Clean, tidy, safe, lovely outlook from the room, but the whole vibe of the place was pretty cold.

Property was very understaffed. It took two attempts to check in, both times long waits. The fill in staff tried their best to accommodate all requests. Would feel safer if there was night staff on duty considering the hotel has many open spaces with easy access to the property. The breakfast staff did a marvellous job, very welcoming, helpful, polite, with all the shortcomings at the time of our stay.

My room was clean and fresh and nicely appointed. Easy parking right outside my room. The staff were super friendly and shared local tips for walks, lookouts and dinner, thankyou. The gardens are beautiful and the location is quiet. Great if you have your own car, but probably not convenient without a car as you have to drive everywhere from here. Otherwise - everything was great and I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Ontbijt was 1 chaos: er werd niets opgeruimd, boter en jam lag in hete zon, personeel was super aardig. Erg duur voor wat je krijgt, kamer wordt niet gepoetst. Tekort aan personeel. Ze deden enorm hun best, maar was echt de prijs van meer dan 150 euro per dag niet waard.Restaurant was opeens gesloten zonder iemand te informeren. Ook kun je daar niet logeren zonder auto. Op zondag gaan er geen bussen en trein erg weinig mogelijkheden. Omgeving was erg mooi en tuin ook goed onderhouden. Rest niet zo. Veel te weinig handdoeken bij zwembad en geen douche bij zwembad ( niet hygienisch) en geen mogelijkheid om iets te drinken te bestellen. Dus geen resort, maar meer een motel.

The staff were very good. The room was spacious and tidy although the bathroom was a little cramped. The room was adequate. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The wifi was excellent. The complimentary continental breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The very big downfall was the evening meal at the restaurant. The quality of the meals were on the whole quite under-whelming. They were far from restaurant quality. The menu was quite basic with restaurant pricing.

Lovely place for a weekend away. Close to the trails. Quiet. Breakfast and restaurant looks out over the gardens. Dinner menu was a little disappointing. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Pool was lovely in the hot weather.
