Nesuto The Entrance

The room was massive. They upgraded us to a beachfront suite. It was beautiful, clean, spacious and in a great location. Parking was easy and convenient and very safe. We did after hours check in and the instructions were easy to follow. The staff were very accommodating. My only negative is that the beds moved around a lot (when you sat on them they kind of scooted out from under you). Might be worth investing in wheel brakes or chocks for the beds. Apart from that the accomodation was excellent!

I found check in hard. I called the day before to discuss check in late at night and I was told to just ring back on the night when I was there. If they had checked the booking and advised that I would need to do email verifications etc as I had not paid, I would have paid right away when talking on the phone the day before. It just was a stressful event that I was travelling for and which I did warn them in notes but otherwise it was perfect and no complaints.

Roomy, close to everything

Awesome one night stay at Nesuto apartments. Check-in time is normally 3pm and I requested an early check-in if possible, as i was attending a wedding at 3pm that day - arrived at 12.30pm and the room was ready and was able to check in with no fuss or extra charge. The staff/reception was so accommodating especially George. We stayed on the fifth floor and we had the beautiful view of the water and promenade. Had an overall excellent experience. We'll stay again.

Great stay at Nesuto The Entrance Apartments Location was excellent – right near the boardwalk and very convenient for restaurants and cafes. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the staff made sure it was fully equipped with towels and essentials. I really appreciated that our request to have the sofa bed ready on arrival was taken care of. The self check-in process was easy and hassle-free, with clear instructions that were simple to follow. Overall a very pleasant stay and great value for the location. Would happily stay again.
