The parking situation for Unit 4 and the other two side parks is a joke. That area I got allocated for Unit 4 was disgraceful and if I had a larger car I would have been in trouble. You need to find three new parking spaces and prioritise those who are staying over the guest parking ASAP

The pool and spa are good. In the family room curtain was torn. The screen door was broken. The room smelt. The keetle was diry boiled water tasted yuk. The biscuits were off. The tea bags were yuk. Towels provided were worn out almost ready to have a rip, very thin and not fluffy. For $300 a night for a family these things can be improved.

Competively priced, clean motel a walk away from The Entrance CBD. Pool facilities are good. Not enough car parks in the front section of the motel which means some visitors have to park in “odd” spots.

We booked the property for the spa use but it was cold and hardly any pressure. The room requires more work on the ceiling and cornices as they are cracking. Otherwise a good located motel.

Room was dirty and zero attention to detail there was bottle caps left in cupboards, a manky toothpaste cup left in a cupboard in the bathroom. The property was unkept with lawn not mowed and random rubbish left around the area such as building supplies. i would not recommend you stay here!

Unfortunately on arrival we noticed ants were crawling on the yop of our fridge. Morning 1 of 2 the toilet was blocked. We notified reception staff of the problems. They came to check them out. They advised ants and toilet would be fixed whilst we were out. Staff contacted us later in the day not sure if things were fixed, so they gave us another room to move to. When back to our room , we first noticed our room door had been left open. NOT HAPPY AT ALL., then noticed ants had not been treated as there we still visible and toilet had not been fixed. We made the reception staff aware of the door having been left open, ants and the toilet not being attended to. On a positive , none of our belongings had been taken. We transferred rooms and had no further issues. Another positive was having air-conditioning and a pool and spa to be able to relax in.

Description in wotif does agree with the property. Check-in times are wrong. Key deposit is $100. Tbey want all your credit card details even though you've paid. The smells horrible. No glasses or cutlery in the room

I've stayed there several times, and the best thing is value for money and location, except for a bit of traffic noise which varies, but it is on the junction of a main road, which is a plus and a minus, I guess. Also, only a 10–12-minute walk to The Entrance shops.

Unfortunately the weather was not the best when I stayed so that I couldnt enjoy the pool which looked awesome. Staff were friendly. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t the best. The rooms are not soundproof so I could hear the conversation of the people in the room next to mine. Would stay again.

My partner stayed here years ago and it was close to family. Has aged a great deal since then and is a bit shabby. Staff lovely. Could do with upgrading but in my travels this past 2 weeks I have seen much worse!

Check in was not a very good experience. I had to wait for awhile before someone came to reception. In limited English I was asked if I’d booked in and asked for my ID. She kept asking if I’d booked and couldn’t match my ID with the booking and gave me a paper with someone else’s name. I told her it was not me and then she gave me the one with the right name and asked if it was me. I do not think she could actually read English, but the experience wasn’t very welcoming. In the room there was the bare minimum of things provided, including one tea towel with stains on it. The couch and chairs were also stained. I sat on a very old chair at the bench and I thought the chair was going to collapse underneath me as it was so wobbly. The shower was terrible with only a trickle of water coming out and suddenly went very cold and then very hot. The only good thing was that the bed was comfortable. If you want a budget motel then I guess you get what you pay for, but at least a clean tea towel and a decent chair would be good.

I liked the king bed , room needs a good revamp , didnt need the 2nd bed in there as it was useless , the balcony out back was dirty thelight fitting out there not clean at all , the pool was nice again i just feel the whole place needs a good revamp , the breakfast area was a small kithenette with frozen bread on offer and a few cereals , we went out for breakfast, wouldnt stay here again , it looked better in photos , my husband was very disappointed as he thought he was taking me somewhere special for my birthday.
