The room was pretty good, but how come every time I stay at Holiday Inn the pool is broken and it's not mentioned??? Like? I have a 8 year old, I book hotels based upon the fact that they have a pool! So disappointed. Won't be staying at Holiday Inn Express anymore!

So the front desk woman Shay was not friendly! Pool was closed and NO notification and my children want to swim so I booked a hotel with a pool. The Room was not clean there was Hair ties left out from previous guest. The fan in the bathroom was broken and made a really loud sound.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast… kept the buffet stocked. Our big problem was the third floor did not have hot water. Then find out that most of hotel was affected and they’ve had this problem the previous week. Personnel was very apologetic but could not do anything. Seems like if it was a problem the week before the boiler should’ve been addressed professionally so that this didn’t happen on a weekend to one of the largest group of travelers.

The only thing is that the pool was out of service, one of our rooms was supposed to be 2 queen beds and we had to sleep on the sofa pull out because they didn’t have any available. We still made the best of a uncomfortable situation 🙃

Such a great experience for myself and the family. We arrived in town earlier than expected and they were still able to accommodate us. Got a great room on the first floor close to everything. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The gym was small but still nice with all new and updated equipment. The pool was a little disappointing due to it being very murky and dirty but it didn't ruin our experience for the price paid. I would definitely stay here again.

Check-in was very slow. 2 clerks there. One busy doing some kind of inventory and the other making a future reservation. We were here 1 week ago and had a wonderful experience. This time, not so much. Water pressure was poor. Hard to shower & wash hair.

The kids wanted to swim as it was almost 100 degrees outside, the pool was so green you couldn’t even see the bottom. Never had an issue with a Holiday Inn until this visit. Very disappointed.

When I first checked in the room they gave me was not clean so had to go back and get another room and then the lady at that desk was extremely nice about giving me another room but was not pleased about the lights going out and staying off for most of the night so left early but would have been great if the workers would have let everyone know what was going on and the exit on the third floor lights was not working so had to use my phone to go down the stairs which would not be safe for someone elderly so that need to be address and would be great if the hotel had a backup generator at least for lights just in case people have children

Common area carpets very stained and worn out as well as in elevator. Room was clean- however ceiling in bathroom showed mold and mildew. Ac was on 50 degrees when we checked in. Had to call front desk from cell ohone(room phone did not work) it sounded like a herd of elephants above our room. Not a good fit for us.

The room was nice and the beds comfortable but housekeeping was really really lacking I advised the front desk but doubt anything will improve It didn’t for us…. All they did was put clean towels on the rack The body wash bottle was empty when we got there and empty when we left We were left with 1/4 roll of toilet tissue for 3 people No tissues to back it up, we went to store and bought some Coffee pot but no coffee, cups or condiments and it wasn’t replenished either Shower curtain rod was jacked up causing floor to get super wet Commode seat broke on 1 side so you wobbled while you sat And the elevator was past due on date for inspection I will never stay in holiday inn express again and want everyone I know to be aware

My only complaint was the bathroom. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and there was a dirty hand print in the shower. The toilet need to be cleaned around the base of it.

When we booked we selected a king size bed. When we arrived we were told due to Expedia over booking king beds we couldn’t get it because didn’t have that option available anymore. As we’re waiting to be check we in the other staff worker starts attending to a man who came walking in who said he needed a room for the night. The other associate gave him a king bed (that we were just told they were out of) When we get to room door is so hard and jammed we could barely open the door. We get in and we want showers and I’m getting ready for shower and there’s no shower curtain. I have to stand in a towel while my husband went to get staff to put a shower curtain. Took around 20-25 minutes for that. Breakfast area is small and everything was slim when we arrived. We overheard others saying the same thing. Sounded like people above us were playing kickball on their room which kept us from sleeping in.

Very clean and roomy rooms. Beds were very comfortable and I liked the labeled soft and firm pillows. The bathtubs in both rooms we stayed in were very slick would be my only complaint. Quick check in and very friendly staff. I also liked for an off-the-highway hotel, the entrance didn’t feel overly exposed to freeway traffic, making it feel more secure. Would highly recommend for weary travelers! Our stay was exactly the refresh we needed.

When we arrived hotel was unable to get our reservation to complete for unknown reasons between Expedia and their system. I downloaded the Expedia app in my phone then for whatever reason it now "went through". Bad thing we had booked double queen beds ( only thing they had left was king bed. Grandson had to sleep ion a chaise style chair in the room. All worked out.

Something that was valuable for me was the customer service. I called ahead and requested an early check-in. The lady up front had my agreement and key card prepared before my arrival. My check-in was quick and i was able to attend a scheduled event on time.

This is second time in 3 weeks we stayed at this property.the hot water was not hot. We stayed on second floor and all we smelled was Marijuana. Water pressure was not good. The breakfast was greak Saturday..Sunday was not no coffee at first because she said they had no cups. She was more worried about being on her phone than making sure the food was out . We brought another couple with us as well. It was not worth the price we had to pay for the stay. We will not stay at this property again.the front desk and cleaning people were very friendly but they we wont go back here

Beds were very comfortable and plush. Rooms were quiet. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff even asked if we were finished and had all we wanted before she cleared the food and closed down the breakfast area. Night staff was kind to help with paper plates and forks for a late night birthday celebration. Overall, AWESOME stay! 😊

It was a nice room with soft bed and plenty of space. There were no facial tissues in the holder in bathroom and with the angle of the front door, the luggage cart wouldn’t fit in the room. So that was a big inconvenience. Breakfast could’ve had more of a variety and fresher food.
