Hampton Inn Atmore

Super clean property but still under construction. The last couple times we've come they were remodeling and still under construction. Gym was closed. Breakfast was fresh and great with several options.

Disappointed that fitness room was not usable & was not advised beforehand! Also their system had us staying for 2 days instead of 3 nites. Fortunately I had my confirmation which stated 3 nights!

Pet friendly! Awesome staff, really enjoyed my stay and I will be back!

We were on the 3rd floor, the elevator was broken and the cleaning staff was making noise in the hallway from early on, knocking on the door to ask when we were leaving. Terrible service.

I love how it’s pet friendly so I got to bring my fur baby with me , he also enjoyed the stay ❤️

Spent lots of time in pool

They did not service our room for 2 days, they would come and ask for our dirty towels and tell us housekeeping would bring some back but they never did, each time we had to go get them from the front desk. The pool was wonderful except it would be nice to have extra towels for the pool. Breakfast is supposed to be from 6am until 10am but we would get there at 9 and they would be closing it up and taking stuff away it would be nice to be able to eat up until the time it closes. The hotel was clean, staff were nice and helpful.

1)We had stains on our bedding 2)the bed was horrible (big dip in the middle) 3)elevator was as slow as Christmas 4)sketchy man in the lobby when we checked in talking to the front desk girl. 5)bathtub was nasty 6)the whole place just felt dirty. Pros 1)walkable to casino 2)well lit parking lot

It was a nice stay the only issue I would say is the pool could be kept better, was a little dirty. Overall nice comfortable stay!

Had a great stay and the breakfast was delicious. Did not like the pool hours tho really bummed my son out not getting to swim right quick before check out

Stayed in room 133 room dirty toilet was not bolted to floor loose shower moldy walls dirty

This place is always clean, comfortable, and the staff always goes out of their way to be helpful and are always courteous. This is our third time staying here and will stay here anytime we are out this way.

Pros: Comfortable, easy access to eateries, friendly staff Cons: Room wasn't thoroughly cleaned (dound floss picks and hair on floor near bed)

The Hampton Inn Atmore was filthy. The hallway was filthy, the rooms were filthy, beat up furniture, uncomfortable beds, the towels in the bathroom had stains on them. I kept my shoes on because of the apparent sperm stains on the floor, Just gross. I have never been to such a nasty location.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was clean!

My room had dirty sheets. The sheets were not changed from the previous guest. Other than that the room was clean.

The walls in the room were in desperate need of fresh paint. You can go to room 429 and check it out. So many dirty scuff marks. The charging plug on the light wouldn't hold a plug so had to unplug the lamp to charge my phone. I always check for bedbugs so when I pulled the comforter up to check the mattress, the sheets were barely on the bed. The mattress was like sleeping on a wrestling mat. The noise level was awful. My husband tried calling the front desk several times and got no answer, so he went down there with his cell phone calling the desk but the phone on the desk was not ringing. He did this to see why he wasn't getting an answer wen he tried calling from the room. Not sure if there was an issue with the phones or if the ringer was just turned off. He mentioned to her that they may want to check the phone issue and then asked for the wifi password. The clerk got an attitude with him stating that the code is given out at check-in. He told her the key was basically thrown at him and he didn't receive anything else other than to have his credit card charged a cleaning fee to be returned after our stay and the room checked out for any destruction. For what we paid for the room, we expected better. The quality is not worth the money.

Very uncomfortable beds and pillows. We did not get much sleep due to the uncomfortable mattress and left with back and neck pain.

It was just average. I thought the bed was older.

We stayed on the 4th floor. When you get off the elevator, turn right, there is a dip in the hallway floor. Its spongy and flexible. Those floors ahould be solid concrete. In the room, the floor is creaky, and also has an odd flex. The room door is ill fitted, leaving a gap on the bottom and the latching side. A good bit of light comes in. The charging pads on the side table and over by the coffee maker was very very sticky. The toilet is set very low to the floor, and the sink counter is rather high.

The staff were all super nice. The other visitors on our floor were very loud. We had people yelling and knocking on doors late into the nights.

Check in was easy! The front desk assistant was super helpful and friendly. Walking in the hotel it smelt horrible. Bed was uncomfortable

Seems like the beds were small for Queen size. Don't like the HARD mattresses that almost all hotels have gone to. Didn't have any biscuits and gravy at breakfast.

The cleaning lady open our room without knocking or nothing to take the dirty towels and that’s not professional

Check in was fast staff was amazing made my stay feel like I was at home

When we arrived, I was told the price I had already paid was not the correct price. She said the card that was sent was declining, and told me I would have to put in on my card. I showed her my email confirming the booking, and she finally changed the price for what I had already paid for. The room was comfortable, but not the cleanest. The floor from the door and into the bathroom was greasy/slippery. It wasn’t a horrible stay, but it could have been better.

We had a softball team with us they were amazing with the girls. They were always available to help and answer questions questions. Friendly and accommodating and the room was clean and comfortable

They didn’t have my reservation I waited 30 minutes and had to pay for another room.

Took forever for money to be put back onto the card. Customer service was terrible. Room was definitely not up to even subpar.

Emma Jean was excellent from the time we walked in the door. She make sure our reservation was straight and we had everything make our stay enjoyable. She was above anyone I met in years. I give her 5 stars.

Very easy and nice reception. The front desk was very helpful in taking care of some overhead noise. It’s an easy stop on the way to and from the beach.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was great for our weekend plans, which included the Casino next door and the Pensacola Beaches which was just over an hour drive away.

I liked the proximity of the hotel to the casino and dining options. I also discovered a Walmart nearby.

All was really good.. the breakfast had a good variety my husband loved it.. i guess im a little pickier, i did not.. i would have liked more fruit and less grease. Clean rooms amazing staff we will stay there again♡

Breakfast was awful. Didn’t eat there second day. Need to take lesson from holiday express. Carpet was so dirty in the rooms. Use to stay here a lot four years ago. Really went down hill

The day was great, but breakfast was awful. They had sausage gravy with no biscuits, fried potatoes, and Kabasa sausage. There was no eggs and no biscuits. Was very unsatisfied with breakfast

Everyone was very courteous, the breakfast area was spotless and well-stocked, and the hotel was well maintained.
