We stayed at the 4* part of the hotel.Room was massive with large balcony looking at the mountain Triglav.Spa comes at 15 euros extra p/p but it's definitely worth it because it's well kept and fairly modern with variety of saunas and it's 18+. Swimming pool area is fairly big with areas for kids and swimming pool for adults only.Unfortunately the area isn't supervised so kids own it ,jumping in and out ,screeming and spraying. It is very hard to swim in above mentioned conditions,no matter trying to rest on sun loungers. There is person employed to oversee the area but for some reason he is letting it happen. Bar was boring with no atmosphere at all, expensive at times. The spa on the 4th floor was closed for some reason, never figured out why. There was no lounge areas like advertised on the pictures. We had breakfast and dinner included, which was fine although food was tasteless at times ,it was filling.Bare in mind hotel is in the middle of nowhere so getting to Kranjska Gora could be an issue if you not driving as there is apparently only 1 taxi driver for the whole area. In general this hotel could be much more, but their business model is to appeal to families with small kids and mass tourism, which is fine but guests who want quiet relaxing holiday might find this hotel isn't right match for them.

The room was poorly cleaned on our first day with stained carpets. There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. A lot of children staying here so better for families I think. I would say that despite being in the four star section, it was more like a three star. No minibar or room service menu. Pool was enjoyable although the hot tub was filled with children so we could not use it.

Personeel is vriendelijk. Ontbijt was prima, kleine veranderingen elke dag.
