The hotel was very clean and looked new. It was in a great location. We were disappointed with the breakfast. It only had scrambled eggs and bacon or waffle. There wasn't any yogurt and the fruit was mainly melon. When we returned to our hotel at 10 p.m., we couldn't find a parking place in the hotel lot. Did park in the restaurant next door lot. I've never been to a hotel where they don't have enough parking for their hotel, unless you are in a major city. I would still recommend this hotel, even with the few quirks.

Check in was slow but the staff was very kind and apologized for the inconvenience. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness, temperature and obvious good care of the pool and hot tub. For a value priced hotel, these were the best I have seen in years and made my stay so relaxing after a long day's work.

This is always a reliable place to stay when I visit the area. It's clean, quiet, comfortable, with parking, close to the freeway. This time I used the hot tub and pool, both clean spaces. Staff is very nice.

Such a great experience at the Hampton in Grafton. They were working in remodeling and you wouldn't even know it. The common areas were clean. All of the staff was very hospitable. We had just come from a water park where the cabin and facility was so dirty. So staying here felt amazing and was really restful.

This was the second year my sister and I met here to enjoy 3 days exploring and shopping in Port Washington, Cedarburg and Grafton. We will return next year. Hampton Inn and Suites Grafton is an exceptional place to stay. The front desk people are absolutely wonderful- polite, kind, personable. So, for 2 years in a row we enjoyed a spotless and comfortable stay with a delicious breakfast each morning.

The front door was locked at 11 pm when we arrived. We had to wait for a guest to leave before we could get inside to check in. There was nobody at the front desk and there was a temporary sign indicating someone had stepped away, but there was no indication of when or if they would return. When I called, the phone behind the desk rang a dozen times before a woman appeared, irritated. She asked how we had gotten in and started complaining that she had to rearrange something in the pool area. She then proceeded to complain while curtly asking for my ID and CC and typing slowly with a single finger all of my info. About 20 minutes after check in (about 11:30 pm) she called our room just as we were just falling asleep after a long day of travel so she could apologize for being so rude….seriously. The room wasn’t properly cleaned and there was towel bunched up and jammed into one of the cubby holes in the bathroom. Everything else was folded, but this appeared to be a used towel left from a previous guest. So, yeah….not a great experience.

It looks like the former Hampton got a glow up but the new decor is spartan and everything is grey. Im not a fan of the new decor however this hotel finally has multiple hooks in the bathroom to hang your used towels and two outlets at the vanity. Breakfast selections were also greatly improved. Be sure and request a room on the parking lot side of the building. Rooms on the hiway side are terribly noisy due to traffic.

Upon arrival after a long drive I waited 20 minutes to check in before leaving and coming back an hour later to try again. I later found that they often have only one person on staff. Although I must say the staff was nice when they had time for us. The temperature controls were tricky and made the room hot when we were not moving about. The toilet didn’t flush well. The room was noisy being next to the expressway. And they allowed an RV to camp right outside the front door for several days

Overall very good, only complaint was poor sound barriers. We had light and sound coming in all around the room door. We could hear TV from across the hall as well as through the adjoining wall. We did not return to the hotel untl after midnight both Friday and Saturday, andboth nights/mornings the TVs were on at a high volume, which impacted our ability to sleep

Our stay at the Hampton Inn was fine. The registration was wonderful and the attendant was very friendly and kind. I was disappointed in the room. I felt there was not enough light and the air conditioning was either too cold or warm. When the blower was on, it was very cold. I also didn't enjoy the pillows and slept terrible due to them and the air conditioning challenge. The food options was ok for breakfast.

Accommodated our request for adjoining rooms - and were even able to allow us an early check-in. Rooms We’re bright and clean. Great breakfast, coffee available in the lobby throughout the day, and even cookies offered mid-day! Really - it had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely come back and recommend to others!

Front desk folks were very nice. Could not check in until 5:30 PM because the room was not cleaned. They were shortstaffed and there was a convention there. They were very apologetic and I am sure this doesn't happen regularly.

Hotel is located by noisy highway and unfortunately, we received a room located on the highway side in spite that the hotel was almost empty and they could easy assign room for us on the other side of hotel: much more quiet side.

Nice place, staff were friendly and traffic noise was not too bad even on the expressway side of the building. Kids running and jumping overhead from 7:30 to 9:45 but finally stopped before we had to call the desk.

What a wonderful 2 nights my sister and I had here. We love the location as we had easy access to Cedarburg, Port Washington and Grafton shops. I also want to praise the complimentary breakfast. Delicious, much variety and a different hot menu each morning. We will stay here again. All staff were wonderful. Super clean.
