Clean, comfortable room, lovely kitchen. Exercise room lots of various equipment, pool area looks very nice. Tv wouldn't work and desk clerk could only offer different remote. Googled problem and unplugged and replugged set and then it worked fine. We had breakfast plans away from hotel but checked it out and it looked quite extensive for a hotel free breakfast.

I liked the outside patio area with seating and the fire pit. My room was convenient to parking, but a little noisy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice to have access to exercise room and pool. Overall a good stay. I would go again if in the area.

The room was great. The shower head not the greatest. Very clean. However, our room was right next to the highway and the road noise is very hard to sleep through. That being said, the hotel did offer for us to switch rooms. We decided since we only had 2 more nights to just stick it out. We turned on the exhaust fan under the microwave for some “white noise” and that helped. The staff was VERY friendly. Breakfast was good. Pool was warm ,thank goodness. Overall we would definitely stay again but make sure to get a room not along the highway.

I went for a week class at Concordia Wisconsin and brought my family along. It was very cozy and nice. When we arrived though our room wasn’t really cleaned, garbage still in the trash containers and the floors were dirty. Also, our tv did not work properly and we could not get any shows that went along with the guide. Other than that the front desk staff was very accommodating and the stay very cozy. The kids loved the pool.

Rooms are small. The bathroom shower had a constant drip landing on the metal drain cover. Sounded like a bell ringing. We had asked to have the bed made and the towels refreshed every day while we were there and that didn’t happen. If the hotel isn’t cleaning everyday, they should reduce the cost.

Property was nice, room was updated and mostly really clean (floor was a little dirty). Staff was very nice. One downfall was we didn’t realize there wasn’t a hot tub. The breakfast was very disappointing. We got down there an hour after the breakfast had started and there was nothing left and what was left did not look edible.

The room was nice but the entrance and breakfast area pretty icky. Outside grills have yuck all around them and landscaping very overgrown, messy and flies all over floor by our breakfast table by window. Like 20 at least dead. Housekeeper dropped off by ride and went in and came out to smoke at entrance and put cigarette out about waist high on white post at entrance while we were eating looking right at him. Elevator floors were gross and one gentleman said he has been here a week and it has been like that the whole time. Nice place but needs way better care.

The sound attenuation between floors is really bad. Unless you are on the top floor, anyone walking across the floor or placing items down sounds like a herd of elephants walking across your ceiling.

Such a great place! We had the suite with a kitchenette and were beyond happy with the layout and items provided, comfy beds, and quiet. Close to restaurants, shopping and a hop skip away from Port Washington where we spent alot of our time. But the biggest win for this place was their staff! Everyone of the girls we interacted with were always so cheerful and went above and beyond to make our stay great. We will definitely be back here!

I had a great stay until the day I was supposed to check out. The overnight shift staff had “canceled” my reservation at 4 AM, wouldn’t let me go back up to my room and grab my stuff and she reeked of alcohol. She was very rude to me, my friend and my boyfriend. Other than that the room was beautiful!

The property was very nice. The only problem was during check-in. The two ladies at the front desk were more concerned about ordering Queso than checking us in. The whole time during my check-in, they were having their own conversation. It would have been better if they had excused themselves for a moment to talk where I couldn't hear them instead of making me feel like I was intruding.

Always liked to stay at this hotel because of the cleanliness and friendly staff. This visit we were given a room towards the front of the hotel. We stayed 5 nights and had a horrible time sleeping. The hotel is right off the freeway and the noise was terrible. We will now only accept a room towards the back of the hotel and on the side away from incoming traffic. We tried to change rooms but the hotel was full

We stayed here for our daughter's wedding and we booked a suite: it was extremely spacious, clean and updated. Hotel itself also very well maintain and one of the nicest complimentary breakfasts we've had. Only encountered staff upon check-in and they were super friendly. We would definitely stay here again!!

We arrived late but check in was easy. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was better than expected with so many options (oatmeal with all of the fixings, breakfast sandwiches, scrambled eggs, and sausage links, etc…). We were in town for a funeral but the hotel stay made it feel a little better. We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you
