Accommodation Terms and Conditions By making a reservation and staying at our hostel, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms and Conditions. 1. Check-in and Check-out Check-in: From 3:00 PM. Check-out: Until 11:00 AM. Check-in is fully digital. Access to the property is provided through smart locks and/or access codes. Guests are strictly prohibited from sharing access codes with anyone. 2. Identification All guests must submit a valid government-issued photo ID before check-in. International guests must provide a valid passport. 3. Payment Reservation Payment As we operate with a virtual reception, 100% of the reservation amount must be paid at the time of booking. We do not accept payments at check-in or at the property. If payment is not received within the required timeframe, the reservation may be canceled immediately. No-Show and Early Departure If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date (No-Show), 100% of the reservation amount will be charged. Likewise, if a guest chooses to leave before the scheduled departure date (Early Departure), no refunds or credits will be issued for unused nights. Where applicable, security deposits will be temporarily held and released after the property has been inspected and confirmed to be in good condition. 4. Occupancy Only guests registered on the reservation are permitted to stay at the property. Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms without prior authorization from management. Exceeding the maximum room occupancy may result in additional charges or immediate termination of the reservation without refund. 5. Cancellation Policy Reservations canceled at least 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled check-in date may be canceled without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, No-Shows, or Early Departures will be charged 100% of the reservation amount, and no refunds will be provided for unused nights. 6. Quiet Hours To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. 7. Smoking Policy Smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside guest rooms and all indoor areas. Failure to comply will result in a USD 150 deep-cleaning fee. 8. Alcohol and Illegal Substances The possession or use of illegal drugs or prohibited substances anywhere on the property is strictly forbidden. 9. Property Damage Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property's furniture, equipment, fixtures, or facilities. Any damages will be charged based on the repair or replacement cost. 10. Access Codes Guests are responsible for keeping their access codes confidential and secure throughout their stay. 11. Lost and Found The hostel is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen personal belongings. Items found on the property will be kept for a limited period in accordance with our internal Lost and Found policy. 12. Pets Pets are not permitted on the property. 13. Minors Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times during their stay. 14. Use of Facilities Guests are expected to use all facilities responsibly and respectfully. Management reserves the right to require the immediate departure of any guest whose behavior disrupts other guests, compromises safety, or violates these Terms and Conditions. 15. Force Majeure The hostel shall not be liable for interruptions or failures in services resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, natural disasters, internet failures, government actions, or other force majeure events. 16. Personal Data Protection Personal information collected from guests will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will be used solely for reservation management, accommodation services, and compliance with legal obligations. 17. Right of Admission Management reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate the stay of any guest who violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in illegal activities, endangers the safety of others, or disrupts the peaceful environment of the property. 18. Acceptance of Terms By confirming a reservation or accessing the property, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Accommodation Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation policy: 2 day(s) before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay. Check-in from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Check-out before 11:00 AM Payment upon arrival by cash, credit and debit cards. This property may pre-authorize your card before arrival.
