The front desk was not open when I arrived (during open hours). I never saw it open during my 5-night stay. I had to wait an hour to get in as front door was locked. Walks are very thin. I could hear tv and conversations in adjacent room. My room was cleaned once, two days after I arrived. Shower was very nice and had been upgraded. Otherwise, the hotel was not being cared for properly. I never saw other guests. Do not recommend staying here, despite the good location.

Arrivée vers 21h15 à l'hôtel, réceptionniste occupé avec un autre client dans le hall d'entrée, nous fait patienter dans le salon plusieurs minutes pour finalement nous dire qu'il y a un problème avec l'autre client. Nous donne juste les clefs de notre chambre en nous disant l'étage sans d'autres explications. Dans la chambre, store cassé, seulement 2 voilages (pas du tout opaque). Après appel de l'accueil, dépannage d'un rideau opaque accroché comme nous avons pu. Sinon chambre agréable, lit et oreillers confortables, douche correcte.

Gros problème de sécurité. La porte coupe feu du 3ème étage reste bloquée en position ouverte. L'éclairage du couloir ne fonctionne pas au troisième. Aucun détecteur d'incendie, ni de monoxyde constaté... Les numéros des chambres sont quasiment illisibles (peinture par dessus) et les plan d'évacuation ne comportent pas les numéros des chambres. Les pastilles indiquant votre situation sur le plan ne sont pas bien placées. Dans la chambre que j'avais, la porte coulissante en verre de la douche ne tient que par une attache. Moisi sur le mur de la rue. Rideau occultant en piteux état. Fenêtres dégoutantes et opacifiées.
