This hotel is an excellent value. The place was clean and well maintained, safe, and the staff was great. The beds were very comfortable and the saltwater pool was refreshing. I will absolutely stay here again.

We had a great experience, clean, huge room, excellent staff, great breakfast, lovely pool, great fitness room. Only 7 minutes from NASA and close to lots of restaurants. The only down side was that there was only one small trash can in the whole room, and we were apparently next to a smoker room, because the smell was very strong. Overall a great experience, very family friendly. Would absolutely stay there again.

This location is an older building and had several signs of wear. The front desk staff was friendly. The rooms were comfortable but did not feel clean. Our carpet had several stains and the bedding skirt was ripped. This location needs a heavy dose of TLC.

We checked in and went to the room. It was not clean and had to go back downstairs to get assigned another room. That was a little disappointing. The second room was ok. For the money that was spent I felt I would have received the same accommodations at Holiday Inn for less money.

The breakfast ran out of coffee and pastry and nobody refill it. Also, there’s no trash can in the toilet room which is not convenient. The room is not cleaned daily, nobody told us until we asked and was told it’s cleaned every other day. The location is good if you want to visit space center.

We loved our stay at Webster Springhill Suites. The staff was welcoming and helpful. It was a convenient location off of I-45 and we had a great complimentary breakfast in the lobby. It’s perfect if you’re in town for NASA for even on your way to/from the cruise terminal in Galveston. Our family of five booked one of of their family suites and there was plenty of room for everyone. Great restaurants were just a short drive away. Our only complaint was that the pocket door to the half-bathroom would squeak when it was pulled open and closed. We would definitely stay here again. It was clean, a great location, and an excellent price point.

Phones in room didn’t work. No locks on bathroom doors. Finger prints all over windows. When shower steamed mirror there was writing that was in the mirror making me question the cleanliness. Called to ask staff to ask neighbors to quiet down a party at 10pm. The music was loud. May people coming and going and there was running down the hall and the door kept slamming. Staff told me that “I told them when they told me they were having a party it wouldn’t be loud.” Today’s employee had ear buds in and didn’t respond to any questions I asked.

So we were here during Hurricane Beryl. All of the power came on around us and the power company even came by to help us out, however the general manager won’t help at all. The young people working the front desk were AMAZING all day. While NO managers come to help. Absolutely ridiculous.

My mom needed a room with a shower she could walk into with extra bars and a seat. The hotel had the perfect room and moved her from a semi-accessible room to a fully-accessible one which was perfect. Doing this relieved all of my stress. THANK YOU

Everyone was great. I had to call to ask a few questions and the front desk staff was so professional and helpful check out was easy and I left with a smile and a blessing. Breakfast was good. It was a standard hotel breakfast. Efficient and worth it if you have a family with young kids. My teenage son loved the waffles and yogurt. I enjoyed the coffee and the variety of creamer. I was so happy to see oat milk! Room was clean and comfortable. We were able to log into our apps from hotel tv and clear out information from all apps with link (loved that). It was an excellent stay.

The gentleman that checked us in was absolutely wonderful! We got in very late because of our flight, and he went above and beyond to make sure we did not feel rushed to check out the next day. He also made sure my elderly disabled mother was in a room that she felt comfortable in, and was in a good location for her. I wish I got his name; but he was awesome! Will definitely come again!

Property and staff are great. Expedia makes the initial experience frustrating. Be careful in room selection - you select one room type and Expedia books you in a smaller one. If the hotel staff were not professional, helpful, and had the room, we would have been out of luck. Not the first time it has happened and I was the fifth Expedia guest of the day it happened to. You usually cannot change because the booking is on Expedia’s side. Even when it’s an error. Handling an issues: Expedia will put in minimal effort and defer and deflect…leaving you to fight through your credit card company…even if the merchant failed to complete the transaction. Again, not the first time but will be the last for hotel and car packages. Not sure what happened with Expedia…I have been a customer for year. So disappointed.

Good location near by freeway for easy access to NASA and Kemah walk. Gas station next door for quick grab n go snacks or drinks. Overall quiet area. Hotel has nice amenities, room was clean and perfect for our needs. However, staff at front and breakfast need a bit of help. Front staff at arrival wasn’t very welcoming. He was not rude but definitely not what you expect when u first arrive. He was young so maybe good training and a smile will help. Breakfast food was good but never enough. By 7 am there was no array of food (no bacon, no eggs). There were no replacements if one thing was gone.

Hotel has nice amenities, room was clean and perfect for our needs. However, staff at front and breakfast need a bit of help. Front staff at arrival wasn’t very welcoming. He was not rude but definitely not what you expect when u first arrive. He was young so maybe good training and a smile will help. Breakfast food was good but never enough. By 7 am there was no array of food (no bacon, no eggs). There were no replacements if one thing was gone.

Amazing location. Close enough to Kemah Boardwalk and Galveston Beach so you enjoy both amazing spots. But also far away where you are not dealing with Houston traffic. Room was beautiful and spacious. Felt like we were still at home.

We had a great experience, clean, huge room, excellent staff, great breakfast, lovely pool, great fitness room. Only 7 minutes from NASA and close to lots of restaurants. The only down side was that there was only one small trash can in the whole room, and we were apparently next to a smoker room, because the smell was very strong. Overall a great experience, very family friendly. Would absolutely stay there again.

Hotel advertised happy hour with specials on beer and wine. We went to imbibe and they said they didn’t have any beer or wine, just three bottles of angry orchard and a little Hennessy. Exhaust fans didn’t work in the bathroom. Other than that, it’s a decent hotel. The staff was super nice.

We were hesitant on which hotel to book with so many hotels close to this one. We are glad that we stayed here. There are many good things and just 1 bad one about this hotel. The rooms are big and nice. We booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Very spacious. Microwave and fridge were a plus. The staff was friendly and helpful. Just be aware that the breakfast is not good. At 9 am there were just few thing left.

The ONLY negative I have about this hotel is that they say breakfast is served until 10am but the staff stop making food at about 9am so if there's anything running low, they don't make more.

The hotel was changing ownership and did not have supplies for breakfast (which was a reason we chose this hotel) or cups for coffee in the rooms. They did offer some Marriott points for the inconvenience but were unable to give them to me as the GM needed to do it. The GM would apply them when he came in Monday. It’s Wednesday and I’m still waiting.

The property outside was not maintained and looked like a month since anything was done. On the inside the carpets need changed in foyer and hallways. Our room was very clean and staff does awesome in this area. The most disappointing part of our stay was no breakfast or even coffee in the morning and one of the reason we stayed at this hotel with 2 boys so we had to go out both mornings for breakfast and was not anticipating this. The one elevator in service was dirty and it did work fine. We will not go back to this hotel again.

Noisy room near the highway. No toilet paper in the lobby bathroom. Asked the desk clerk to replenish and he handed me a half-used roll from somewhere behind the front desk. No coffee available in lobby in the early AM. Saw so many guests heading out looking for a cup for the road, only to be disappointed. When they did put coffee out, the cups & the lids were not a match so you had to walk around with an uncapped cup. Just terrible customer service all around with the exception of an average check-in experience. Never again.
