It was clean and staff was friendly gor the most part. Would of been nice to have changed rooms so didnt have to be woke up also in the morning by all the noise. Did put in complaint but nothing was done. First night was bad with kids running up and down the hallways, jumping off beds which made it sound like they were coming through the ceiling and had a headache all days we were there due to the smell of paint fumes. Property was and had been painting rooms and you could smell it throughout the halls.

I used to stay at this hotel several times a year before covid, was always clean and comfortable. This was my first time back and it was totally disgusting. Everything was dirty. Hallways / stairwells/ elevator, never swept , same debree on floors for the 5 days I was there. Room was very dusty and dirty. Even after asking to have cushion under chair swept didn't happen. POOL was out of order and no sign on the door, no circulation, didn't notice it until the kids got in the pool full of hair and bugs. Pool bathroom was also trashed and unattended.

We booked this hotel for a soccer tournament. We brought all of our children because of the pool and of course the pool wasn't in service which was not told to us upon booking the room. The air conditioner literally fell apart in our room. You could here the people walking above us the entire stay. It definitely was not the best place to stay. However, the lady that ran the breakfast bar was super nice and helpful and did a great job with the food. The kids did love a hot breakfast and the pancake machine was fun.

I didn't like that the tv didn't work. It couldn't change chanel. The pool had so much bleach that my kids couldn't be there no more than 20 min cause the bleach was to strong that your hurt so much.

- An average place, nice but a little tired. - The elevator was so slow it seemed on the verge of breaking down. - Breakfast was OK but needed real butter, not that artificial spread. - Room temp was excellent. - An extra TV remote was on the floor between the bed and nightstand - better cleaning would have found it before I did!

Front desk person was polite. They did not have room keys at the time they ran out of key phobes. And told me they would have to let me in the room. That did not feel safe to me. Also the pull out mattress bed had mold and mildew. It was also false advertisement about the pool it was not open and they told me it hasn’t been open for a year.

When you come in the door from the outside building the door doesn't close. When you get to the next hotel door from the inside to go down the hallway there was no door handle when I came to my room the door was open because the hinge was broke. The chair had no cushion cover on it and there was sperm or bleach spilled on it. The bedspread had stains on it that looked pretty fresh to me AKA blood. The shower had no plug to take a bath there was no shampoo only body wash conditioner and lotion which quite frankly looked like all the same product. There were spiders in the bathroom and the carpet in the actual hotel room was wet. The whole room was extremely dirty and disgusting there was no large full-length mirror to get dressed in, I did tell the manager. He said he could move my room but that all the rooms were dirty. And that the chair was supposed to be that way. Had I not prepaid for the room already I would have gotten up and left immediately. It was an absolute disgusting experience they barely even had plugs or lights in the room not even a clock. Quite frankly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in!

The room was dirty, the walls were scuffed up, found trash under the bed. The room had no microwave, no coffee maker, no hairdryer, no tissues, no soaps or other amenities, the lamp shades were cracked and had pieces missing, the couch had stuffing coming out of the arms, the thermostat didn't work and the security safety latch was literally cut off the door.

Two hours after checking in we discovered ants in our room. They were coming in from the wall adjacent to the bed. We were given a different room and the next morning discovered ants in that room as well. We asked for a refund and were offered a partial refund of 30% . The worst part was they didn’t apologize or seem surprised. We called hotels.com and received excellent customer service and were treated with the highest level of respect . Although the hotel property would not increase our refund request , Hotels. com helped us with compensation for the terrible conditions. Thank you Hotels.com!

The rooms were basically dumps. that's all I can say about that carpets dirty trust me while you were in smelled like sewer we had to change rooms. somebody could get sick in this place. I mean that was good with the breakfast

The room was ok. The carpet in both the room and hallways were very worn and needed replaced. The TV although it was newer only worked in low definition not high definition. The bed and bathroom were acceptable. I would never stay here again. Nor would i recommend it to anyone.

The breakfast and service were very good. Easy check in and check out. There was no mirror in the room outside of the bathroom. The outlets, which we needed since there were three of us in the room, on the bedside lamp did not work. The front desk said that they were "old" and don't work. There were not available outlets on the walls. There was not sufficient lighting in the room. There should be a floor lamp behind the chair. The room was not even decorated. I have stayed in many Holiday in express hotels and they were very nice. My friends and I were very disappointed with our experience. In addition, the room was very overpriced at $178. A partial refund would be in order.

Furniture in the room was basically trashed. 2 lampshades broken and cracked. Chair grossly stained. Dresser top had 9 holes in the top. Drilled open holes. Moulding in the bathroom pulling away from the wall. Definitely NOT $160 / night quality. Disgusting actually. Also toilet wouldn't shut off.

The property and room were very nice for our stay. However there were some stains on the carpet in our room. Additionally the bed was rock solid and super uncomfortable which left both my wife and I in severe discomfort following our checking out.

Had terrible time confirming my check in. Couldn't connect directly to a staff at hotel, kept getting different info from Expedia that my reservation couldn't be guaranteed if I was to arrive late. Breakfast was terrible, although the waitress was kind, bread was stale, imitation eggs and pancakes were terrible. Only thing good was coffee. Hallway and elevator was dirty. Will only stay there if I cannot find another hotel.

I will definitely stay here again. It was very quiet, clean and the room was well maintained. Breakfast was substantial and appropriate foods were kept warm. It was only a 10 minute drive to the exposition center, which was convenient.

Room 208 has a funny smell when you enter the room. It wasn’t too bad but was off putting. We got used to each time we entered the room. Entering the parking lot is odd. We missed it the first time. Seems like it could be changed to be easier. Our toilet was a little low, the bed not so comfortable and the facilities overall are worn. I’m pretty sure I won’t stay at this Holiday Inn Express again.
