Stay was for my daughter’s wedding. Our family had, I believe 6 rooms for 2 nights each. Hotel was very nice. Only complaint was there was no ice machine.

I especially liked the preserved Nature area with a pond next door. 3 brand new families of geese swimming around. Different nesting areas. I tend to not use the in room coffee makers and they did run out of coffee for about 3 hours, on Saturday, until the new check ins arrived. I drink too much coffee anyway I guess.

We stayed overnight to explore Koziar’s Christmas Village and it was perfect. The rooms were tidy and clean, the staff was super friendly, the pool was super nice to relax in and the breakfast was nice. No complaints and would absolutely recommend for the near by attractions. We will absolutely be booking for our next trip!

The hotel was very clean and overall nice in general. It seemed that only one elevator was working the weekend we were there. The beds are also the hardest hotel beds I've ever laid on. I travel weekly out of town for work and they were extremely hard compared to anywhere I've ever stayed.

Hotel and room were clean and nice. Workout facility was also nice. Staff were very unfriendly. For some reason, the room cleaning woman shouted at me while I was taking a shower. Don't know why she couldn't speak to me in person. Similarly, the two desk clerks were unfriendly: one woman put her cigarette above all else. One or both of them yelled at me while they were outside smoking. Good hotel; poor staff.

This was our first stay here with our dogs. The entire place was very clean. Pool was nice. Breakfast was nice although fresh fruit was gone by the time i made it down. Our dogs liked the area for them to walk.

They messed my booking up. Then the bathroom had a sliding barn door that had a huge crack in it, there was no privacy. When coming back there was no hot water for showers both nights. They overcharged me for the second night by 80$ now im fighting to get reimbursement.

We had room 227 and the bathtub was disgustingly dirty with hairs all over the shower we went to the front desk and requested another room and told them it was dirty so when we got to the other room it was as dirty as the first, no cleanliness at all we ate never staying here again

Read the other reviews, the hotel needs to update the hot water heaters because we had no hot water in the morning. The hotel itself was fairly clean and the staff was nice but as others have stated there seems to be a common problem with a lack of hot water.

we arrived on Thursday, everything seemed fine. Friday after working in the area. Me and all my staff had to shower to remove the chemicals that we used during work. The Hampton Inn at Lebanon DID NOT have any Hot Water. I called down to the front desk to voice my concerns. This is when they told me that the Hampton Inn was replacing their 3 100 Gallon hot water heaters. They told me to try again tomorrow. Saturday morning we once again tried to shower. Once again we did not have hot water. When we were checking out. They gave me a statement that they were having water problems. I didn't get the warning until I was leaving This is so wrong! I asked the front desk for a discount on the $800 rooms. I was told that since I booked the rooms with a third party Expedia, they could not give me any kind of discount. I have called the manager twice and I didn't even get a chance to talk to him yet. The staff said he will not call me back. Since Hampton Inn at Lebanon refuses to discuss this matter. I would think twice about staying their. I will be returning to the Lebanon area soon and guess where I won't be spending my $900

Water in the shower was brown. Woke up the next morning to NO HOT WATER, called the front desk and was told city was doing a flush, I asked did you think maybe you would tell your customers? He said I was the first complaint, meanwhile the night before there was a woman at the desk complaining about the same thing and she was told maybe everyone is taking a shower at the same time!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME???/

So when arriving staff took quiet some time to address us at all times at counter they were in office. Stayed the night and no hot water in room 423 shower surprise and good morning...definitely wakes you up I guess. Asked for accomodation all they could do is put us in a different room 214. Had to move my mother that had a broken femur with recent surgery and staff was unbothered by situation especially the guy with acrylic nails. 1st breakfast hand no eggs, sausage, fruit, juice, just carbs. Bathroom door is horrible and does not shut, its a "barn door". Very displeased for how much was spent on this hotel for thanksgiving.

The property is safe and clean and new. However...there are some ...features...that are odd. The bathroom door is a sliding barn door that never really closes so if you are travelling with family...they gonna hear it all. The pills and beds are both soft and noisy for some reason. Getting in and out of the bed makes considerable noise and you need 4 pillows to do what 1 will do.

Too noisy. I couldn’t sleep the first night because of the people upstairs walking around all night plus outside noise like power washing. Also dogs barking very early in the morning. Why putting people with no dogs mix with people with dogs. Breakfast was ok but not the best selections. Place was clean but people outside parking having a time like they were camping sitting and playing games under a tent very strange for a hotel.

Beautifully renovated, comfortable beds and pillows in quiet location. 2 small problems are, the barn door in room 221 is 2 inches short that did not close completely and musty smell when we first arrived but disappeared next day. Other that, we enjoyed our stay

Really disappointed with my stay. Upon checking in, we were not informed that there was no hot water available. Despite running the water for an extended period, it remained ice cold. This was extremely frustrating, especially after a long day of travel. A heads-up at check-in or some effort to address the issue would have made a difference. When we arrived they could not find our reservation. They found it by the confirmation number, not my name. Then, there was not a room like we had requested, so the hotel upgraded us, told us no extra charge. Then they came back and charged us $30 for the room because management would not waive the extra. I made this reservation and paid for it on 1/7/25...they gave the reason that it did not hit their computers until we tried to check in. Expedia refused to accept responsibility; hotel refused to be courteous. I am frustrated since I could not cancel the reservation without losing the money that I had paid months ago in good faith. For the breakfast - we found that the eggs were extremely salty and we were unable to eat them...so we had to go out. Would I stay here again - probably not. That management would not waive $30 and to avoid the risk of losing a customer does not sit well with me. That we heard the people upstairs walking and jumping/running? including during the night was little much. The people at the desk, however, were very pleasant and helped when they could.

We've stayed in this area a few times and this may be the best hotel we've stayed in thus far. Very clean, great service! The hotel itself is in good shape. While nothing in the area is truly walkable, there are at least a few food options that are from this hotel.
