Only issue I had was, it’s on a college campus, and there were students walking the halls and being loud very late. Aside from that everything else was good. Full kitchen but there are no utensils or anything, but kind of to be expected. Very comfortable

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are simple and clean. The staff was so lovely. There is a Starbucks and Tim Hortons within 5 minutes. (Tim’s is not always open) we used the walking trails on the grounds. Beautiful property. We also used the game room and had some games of pool. I would always stay here on my trips to Toronto.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cost of stay was great, esp for long time staying, however, the building was located in Seneca college campus and was not a hotel. Building and rooms were clean but old. The only issue was there were some earwigs insects in the room esp at night and I was concerned that they went inside our ears when we were asleep. I talked to the reception but I have not heard anything back from the manager. I bought insect killer spray and I have not seen any earwigs inside the room after that. As we were on the ground floor maybe upper floors would not have the same issue. The vicinity was beautiful and King city is located very close so the dining and grocery shopping is very convenient. Unfortunately, the room did not have any coffee maker or electric kettle. Also, there wasn’t any oven inside the room. Shared kitchen was available in the hallway but we haven’t used it.

First thing First, the staff is Amazing! Everything was clean and nice. So really its not the process of anything rather than my own lack of realization that this is a college dorm running as a hotel. So certain things would need to be brought in by myself. As in dishes, hair dryer, and things like that. They do provide towels

Perfect for a family! You have to2 separate bed rooms and a common kitchen area with a full size fridge and microwave. There isn’t a coffee machine… I brought my own. The price is well worth it and this is the perfect place to stay for a family looking to go to wonderland.

It is a dorm style suite, the advantage is you have two separate bedrooms. Very clean and comfortable, the location was convenient for us and the price. I will stay there again especially for longer trips.

Residence Hall turned hotel. The best part was the shower pressure. Felt like i took a shower under a waterfall...very pleasant. Two bedrooms in each room. Small kitchen and sitting area. Very satisfied with the stay.

Rooms are not cleaned daily and guests were not informed of that. No daily room services to change towels or wash clothe etcetera. That’s the issue I have with the facility. Guests should be informed online before booking the facility if that’s their policy.

The hotel is very poor, no iron, no kettle and the people at reception lack communication skills on how to make customers feel better. You have to call them before they will clean the rooms , the blanket, bed sheet is not something to talk about. It’s was not a great experience there

The rooms were great value for money. Because it is a student property, access to an iron and board are via loan from front desk rather than in each room but that was not a big deal as we were not far from front desk. Didn't see a phone to communicate with front desk so had to walk there. Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Front desk is 24 hours so there is always someone there to help you if needed. Loved it!

This property is a converted college dorm room. The room was very clean and comfortable, but also had a very clinical feel. These rooms are usually used by college students, so it reminded me of my University years. On one level I liked the Nostalgia, on the other I missed the more homey feel of other hotels. I wish there were more amenities such as a coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, or even a fitness center available to use. There was a fitness center on property, but our room keys did not give me access to it. This property is also a ways away from any shopping or restaurants. Overall, it was a nice stay. I just wish there were more amenities and that the property was in a better location.

I’d recommend this type of thing. Great value. In this case, it was just a little difficult to actually find the residence. It’s a big campus and there were no directions given for the actual dorm so I had to figure my way around the sprawling campus before I arrived at the right spot. Otherwise, again, high recommendation. Especially the people - very, very polite and respectful, and helpful too of course.

Accueil à la réception était excellent, elle nous a parlé en français et offert des conseils pour les restaurants à proximité. Nous avons choisi cet emplacement pour la proximité avec Canada Wonderland ( 15-20 minutes) et son prix.

I was surprised how far it was from anywhere to eat. I was unaware tgere were no amenities in the room to even make a tea or coffee. No cups, plates ,forks ect. I understand tgey are student facilities but when renting to the public, this should be communicated.

Great for the price. Bring your own plates, cutlery, shampoo etc if needed. Closest grocery store closes at 8pm and opens at 8am otherwise you’re stuck with McDonalds.

It was ok. Shower area was too small in the bathroom. As they did not accept the cash payment, it was inconvenient to foreign tourists or visitors like us. Also there was no breakfast served by hotel which is very common in United States in all hotels. This was also inconvenient. Otherwise stay was quiet and good.
