Front desk amazing. Upgrade really appreciated as return guest. The Beach pontoon travelling single was difficult to get service for a drink initially waiting quite awhile being ignored and same with food. However In room dining came with beautiful set up so was very happy overall!

Exceptional customer service from everyone incountered that is impressive. Hotel is a bit dated but in very good condition with nice beach club. Only knocks are its a bit far from main attractions (30min walk to casino and 60min to Palace) and other restaurants
