The front staff was not all that welcoming. Not friendly for the rather high end hotel. The shower head was broken,whichnI reported to the front.

This is a very beautiful hotel/ryokan, with wonderful service and very lovely baths. It was also very affordable! I enjoyed my stay very much, wish I could have stayed longer.

Seem newly renovated and the whole building is clean and very well condition. Japanese style design is kept. Foreign staff very helpful. River view is great,
