Great place and very comfortable. Duvet, pillows, and mattress were super comfy. Took advantage of the hot tubs, which were very nice to have after a long, wet bike ride. Breakfast was good with the added benefit of the dining room overlooking the lake.

Je dois dire que la chambre était propre et agréable à notre arrivée. Lit confortable. Machine à café pratique. La grosse déception fut les spas et la piscine. Spas avec eau brouillée et pas nettoyés. Plein de résidus, de poils au pourtour... des insectes du sable et des feuilles au fond. La piscine n'était pas utilisable.... sale ils n'ont clairement pas écumé ni passé l'aspirateur car encore là feuilles et insectes à profusion. La pluie et les vents des derniers jours ont fait du tord aux installations près du lac. Le quai était détruit. Impossible non plus de louer des kayaks. Non n'avons jamais été avisées de l'impossibilité de pratiquer les sports nautiques qui étaient dans la description de l'hôtel. Le restaurant de l'hôtel n'était pas ouvert non plus. L'hôtel était calme et non bruyant. Propre à l'intérieur. Le déjeuner continental était correcte sans plus. Déçues de n'avoir pu profiter des installations décrites.

Lake view, private beach area, breakfast included, free parking, very friendly and helpful front desk staff, good facilities like Hot Tub, Pool, Spa, Sauna , dogs allowed Executive Suite could have been better. But Location is excellent!!! And i would recommend whoever wants to have a peaceful stay.

La piscine et les spas n’étaient pas très bien entretenus. Déjeuner débutant trop tard le week-end pour en profiter car nous étions en tournoi de soccer. Personnel courtois et aimable.

Good location with private access to the lake. Rental equipment for kayak or paddleboard. Spa and pool outside perfect for summer condition. Good sauna and hammam. Breakfast included with the room. Quality of pillows not at the top. Bed is soft. But private balcony for the room. Nice stay overall

We enjoyed our one night stay at Hotel Lac-Brome on our way to Montreal Airport. The room was clean, very comfortable and the view was pleasant. It was enjoyable to relax by the lake.

The lake view is exceptional. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. The water has a bit of an ironlike smell and taste. The shower handle didn’t work properly but the facilities were very clean.

Room was sold as lake view in reality it was just parking view. Property photos are very misleading. Overall comfort and cleanliness was very poor. They didn’t properly vaccum room before we checked in. Patios had lot of cobwebs, not cleaned in years. Only good thing was pool and hot tub. I won’t recommend considering the price.

The lobby and the room I stayed in was clean. I pool and hot tub area was not. The hot tub was dirty and had some dirty foam floating in it. The pool area had left over cups from other guest lying around and the lounging chairs had cobwebs. Inside the room, the bed was horrible. Considering there isn't much nearby to eat, we ate at the restaurant in the hotel. It was horrible. I orders the pasta dish. The pasta was very uncooked and the sausage and spinach in the tomato sauce was over cooked. The tomato sauce was sour for my liking, I did not enjoy my food. The waiter was nice and gave us a discount on the meal. Lets just say, checkout is at 11AM, we left when reception opened at 7AM.

The King room was very roomy and the rain shower has very good pressure. Loved the balcony with view of the lake and sunset. The bed was very comfortable, I was able to connect my Roku for extra streaming channels. The hot tub was large and enjoyable although it was not hot and took too much time to get to the expected temperature, still it was nice, with a sauna inside. The breakfast area is spacious with lots of windows, the breakfast has everything you need. The pool was clean and the pool area was very pleasant and cozy. There's an area by the lake to sit with a fire to keep you warm. The whole experience was very nice, except for the lack of dining choices at the hotel; there's no room service and it's a fancy restaurant so if you're not in the mood, the only place that delivers in the area is the pizzeria. At least their food was good. The staff was nice but lacked hospitality. I would definitely go back for some R&R.

The setting is beautiful, with a view of Lac Brome. However, other things are not ideal, especially for the price paid. *Front desk staff were helpful, but not always with a smile or seeming very happy to help. *Continental breakfast is not what I would expect from BC Signature Collection - while I understand it's continental, sugary cereal, toasts only... I would expect more. The room for breakfast is beautiful, and quite large, but yet not many table are set and many tables are only for 2. Many families had to just steal chairs and make due at a small table, or move their own tables. There could be more seating available based on the space. *We were there during the winter holidays, the hotel seemed full. The girl working breakfast was alone and beyond able to keep up. So unfortunately, she was not able to be super friendly... but she couldn't keep up, and no one came to help her. *Front desk being closed after 10PM isn't ideal when you have questions. And no phones in the rooms seem weird. *HOt tubs we chose this hotel for that feature, wanted to enjoy the hot tubs where our kids were skiing. That afternoon ended up the hot tubs could not be used as a sewage truck was pupping the septic tank for 3-4 hours. The noise was unbearable from our room and the smell in the hotel, our room and by the hot tub was putrid. When we mentioned our concerned to the supervisor at the front desk, nothing was done except apology. *Shower in the room was unusable - no pressure or too hot

Pas de reception 24h. Il y a eu du tapage dans la chambre du dessus toute la nuit, nous n'avons pas réussi à fermer l'oeil. Une plainte a été faite en soirée, mais rien n'a été réglé. this hotel was advertised as being four star and having a restaurant. The restaurant was not open and you had to drive several miles to eat. Staff were sitting behind a very high counter and never greeted you either going or coming and neither did they arise from their chair.

The setting is beautiful, with a view of Lac Brome. However, other things are not ideal, especially for the price paid. *Front desk staff were helpful, but not always with a smile or seeming very happy to help. *Continental breakfast is not what I would expect from BC Signature Collection - while I understand it's continental, sugary cereal, toasts only... I would expect more. The room for breakfast is beautiful, and quite large, but yet not many table are set and many tables are only for 2. Many families had to just steal chairs and make due at a small table, or move their own tables. There could be more seating available based on the space. *We were there during the winter holidays, the hotel seemed full. The girl working breakfast was alone and beyond able to keep up. So unfortunately, she was not able to be super friendly... but she couldn't keep up, and no one came to help her. *Front desk being closed after 10PM isn't ideal when you have questions. And no phones in the rooms seem weird. *HOt tubs we chose this hotel for that feature, wanted to enjoy the hot tubs where our kids were skiing. That afternoon ended up the hot tubs could not be used as a sewage truck was pupping the septic tank for 3-4 hours. The noise was unbearable from our room and the smell in the hotel, our room and by the hot tub was putrid. When we mentioned our concerned to the supervisor at the front desk, nothing was done except apology. *Shower in the room was unusable - no pressure or too hot

Great hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice area. Everything was excellent. I do however find it unfortunate that you can't smoke on your room's balcony. Feels a little pointless to have a balcony.

The property outside needs some care but the interior is very nice and clean. The service is actually VERY poor. At check in we were given a card to access the room and that was that. We had to ask for the location of the room, we had to ask for the hotel services and facilities, and also about breakfast. Smiles were also not available. The next day we were told that the kayaks use was not included in our fare because we booked via Expedia. Kayaks are free for hotel guest but not for us. In fact, the employees left us with the impression that Expedia guest are a lower class. probably they do not realize that we would not have found them if it wasn’t for Expedia and now we really don’t feel like going back. It’s an unfortunate attitude! The beach attendant was the only hotel employee that had a friendly attitude. The breakfast was average, but the croissants tasted like from the day before. The restaurant that operates in the hotel, Un vrais delice, is new and highly recomendable. Excellent food, friendly service and good atmosphere. The Snaper was un vrais delice! We will go back to the restaurant but not to stay in this hotel.

Had a relaxing stay here in early March while volunteering for an animal sanctuary nearby. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The spa services are very nice, new and clean. The bed was deliciously comfortable! The cleaning staff are super friendly. I was surprised the breakfast didn't start until 8 because most hotels are earlier. I assumed 6 or 7 when I booked, so maybe that's my bad for not calling or inquiring, but it's a main reason I booked here, as was the restaurant. I had to leave at 7:30 every day so couldn't take advantage. Sadly, the restaurant was not open at all for dinner while I was there, despite saying so online and having the menu in the elevator. It is a major reason I chose this hotel because I wanted to be able to eat somewhere close while I was working, so that was a bummer. I am also hearing impaired and there is no closed-captioned option available on the TV (it is locked out) - which would have been helpful. So, I watched Netflix on my iPad. Overall, a very nice stay and comfortable. If you're simply looking for a place to sleep/stay, it's perfect. Personally, I booked here for the breakfast/restaurant option and neither worked for me so I'd probably reconsider for when I come back.

Il n'a jamais été dit qu'il n'y avait pas de restaurant. Il devait réouvrir le 1er octobre, mais le 19 octobre, il n'était toujours ouvert. Et donc pour manger, il fallait sortir à chaque fois. Le prix est vraiment trop élevé pour ne pas avoir de restaurant.

The room was clean and neat. The little desk area was perfect for my laptop. The table and chairs at the foot of the bed was perfect for morning coffee. The view of Lac-Brôme was breathtaking. The restaurant downstairs was first class and the food was perfectly prepared and delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Good overall, well organized and clean. Friendly staff. The breakfast was a bit disappointing and limited in variety and quantity, but quality was good. Bedroom outdated but super clean. It is a pet friendly place, so you can see cute dogs around the property. I would recommend the hotel.

The room is quite nice, although having two chairs and a little table would have been nice. The bathroom is really nice and the shower very enjoyable. They need to do something about the continental breakfasts. Although there is a spread, it is so uninviting. Most mornings, the croissants were so hard. And it's the same thing every morning. You have to clean your own table, put your dishes in bins. Not a great expérience as far as breakfast is concernés.

Great place! Like having your own one bedroom apartment on two floors! Two bathrooms, a well stocked kitchenette, Dinner at the restaurant was delicious and the complimentary breakfast had a great sample of goodies. We had a wonderful stay, despite the cold and rainy weather outside. Would definitely go again!

There were 2 small annoyances. 1, was the soap containers in sinks had to be squeezed which was hard to notice and hard for arthritic hands. 2, was the lack of safety rails to enter and exit the whirlpool.
