Dessa vez tivemos a condição de observar detalhes que podem melhorados, exemplo: pagar caução para retirada de toalhas? Rummet var mycket bra, fanns dock inget strykjärn men det tvättservice. Personalen kunde absolut vara mer uppmärksam, vi fick ofta vänta på att få service i restaurangen och baren. Trots att det var mycket lugnt, få gäster. Poolen var bra, men det fanns endast 4 parasoll till ca 20 solbäddar. Solbäddarna fungerade bra om du inte väger mer än 90 kg. Är du tyngre går de inte att använda.

This was a last minute booking, it is not close to the city but it is one train ride away! The rooms were clean, the fridges were stocked if you wanted to buy something at ease! The front seat manager was very accommodating for our last minute request! There is a great sized pool for the hotter days which was nice and a restaurant with great food options! Thank you for having us!

The property was nice and there was excellent service provided by Carlos, Olena, and Antonio. The property is kept well and there is this aroma that when you enter the lobby is absolutely warm and inviting. I would definitely stay there again.

We checked in to a nice room. We found a leaflet that warned us to always use the safe, not answer the door, lock our suitcases etc etc. Ironically the safe didn't work and they couldn't fix it. So they moved us to a different room which was a lot smaller. Staff were nice enough but no adjustment/compensation offered.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean. But other guests made such a racket all afternoon and evening hours, not stopping until midnight. It was impossible to sleep. It sounded like they were renovating the room above us. Can’t say I’ll come here again.

The staff is what makes this place good. The facility is really old and badly needs a facelift that is well overdue!! The rooms were nice 20 years ago but today, it simply bad. The walls are paper thin that you hear every flush of every toilet around, the closing of doors and the faintest of conversations. The pillows provided are simply awful and the Internet WiFi is atrocious. The staff is simply great all around, hospitable and accommodating and very friendly but there is a lot to be desired in the hotel otherwise.

The air conditioning wasn't working in either room on the same floor, so we had to traipse down to reception with all our luggage before they re-allocated us to two new rooms on a different floor. Switches in all four rooms we had the pleasure of visiting worked intermittently and in fact one of them was hanging off unsafely. The phone in the bathroom is a rather unique feature. To add to this rather dated and tired hotel located at what appears to be the edge of an industrial estate, we had to pay twice for our rooms. These rooms were booked in clerical error, as we needed them 3 weeks previously when we were actually in Lisbon. We booked them the night before and not 24 hours later arrived at the hotel to realise we had somehow unwittingly booked the wrong date!! We had booked non-refundable rooms as we needed them for the next day. The hotel were uncompromising and uncompassionate to the point of being insolent - there would be no refund - we would have to pay again. There was no management available - only junior members of staff. Expedia were no help in this matter.

The hotel is located in the industrial area of Lisbon. It was adequately clean. The staff we found were not very friendly and said they were too busy to give assistance when needing help checking in for our flight. When pressured they finally gave us some help. Breakfast buffet had a good assortment and the breakfast lady manager worked very hard while her 2 assistants were slow and un-engaging. She certainly needed more help. The dinner staff was extremely slow. It took a long time for them to acknowledge you were there even present though the restaurant area was practically empty. It then took them over a half hour to fix an omlette with fries.

Correu tudo bem até ao PA, quando chegamos à sala, por volta das 10h15m, (Domingo o PA termina às 10h30m) o casal de funcionários, basicamente ignorou a nossa chegada, não tinham nenhuma mesa preparada, fiquei confuso, perguntei e confirmaram a jora do PA, perguntei já com o prato na mão em que mesa nos poderíamos sentar, a resposta vou já preparar uma, mas continuando a limpar só as mesas e nós com os pratos com comida na mão, perguntei quanndo e se seria necessário wxplicar eu como fazer esse trabalho, inacreditável

We are so happy with our choice. Every aspect of our stay was pitch perfect. We asked a ton of questions, and were given thoughtful & accurate answers. Breakfast service was always fresh & the staff were champions in my opinion. We will definitely visit again in future trips to Portugal.

Esta muy muy lejos de Lisboa, si no vas en coche es una odisea, muy mal el acceso al tren por carretera sin luz, tienes q coger tren luego metro y cambiar de línea de metro para llegar al centro de Lisboa. El hotel está bien , desayuno igual todos los días. No me quisieron hacer cambio de hotel así q me fui dejando tres días pagados, pero no aguantaba mas el tardar dos horas en llegar de Lisboa al hotel. No volveré a este hotel.

We are so happy with our choice. Every aspect of our stay was pitch perfect. We asked a ton of questions, and were given thoughtful & accurate answers. Breakfast service was always fresh & the staff were champions in my opinion. We will definitely visit again in future trips to Portugal.
